In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a hemming device 100 includes: a frame 110, an operation table 120, a folding mechanism 140 and an ironing mechanism 150. The operation table 120 is installed on the frame 110, and a jig 130 for installing a product is provided on the operation table 120. The clamp 130 is provided with a shovel fold 131. The shoveling and folding mechanism 140 includes a first moving structure 141 mounted on the frame 110, and a shoveling and folding member 142 mounted on the first moving structure 141. The first moving structure 141 is used to drive the folding member 142 to insert into the folding opening 131 and fold the side edge of the product. The ironing mechanism 150 includes a second moving structure 151 mounted on the frame 110, and a heating module 152 mounted on the second moving structure 151. It should be noted that the way of folding the product onto the middle part of the product after the side edges of the product are bent can be automatically put on the middle part of the product by the self weight of the side edges; or the bent side edges are further pressed against the middle portion of the product by the first moving structure 141; or the bent side edges are adsorbed on the middle part of the product by the negative pressure at the clamp 130, and the like. The middle part of the product is understood to be the part which bears the side edges after being folded, i.e. the part of the product other than the side edges.
It should be noted that, when two sides, three sides, four sides, or more sides of the product need to be folded, the present embodiment may rotate the clamp 130 or rotate the first moving structure 141, so that the shoveling and folding members 142 sequentially bend the sides of the product, thereby folding multiple sides of the product. Of course, in order to further improve the edge folding effect of the product, the present embodiment may be provided with more than two folding shovels 142, and simultaneously, the multiple edges of the product are bent.
It should be further noted that the heating mold 152 is a heat conducting structure, and in the process of operation, the heating mold 152 has a certain temperature through heating, so that when the heating mold 152 abuts against the folded product, the product can be ironed. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the folding member 142 includes a first blade 1421 and a second blade 1422 disposed on the first blade 1421, the first blade 1421 is mounted on the first moving structure 141, and the second blade 1422 can be inserted into the folding opening 131. Therefore, the shoveling and folding member 142 of the present embodiment is of an "L" shape, so that the side edge of the product is more easily bent.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the first moving structure 141 includes a first driving element 1411 and a second driving element 1412 in driving fit with the first driving element 1411. The first driving member 1411 is mounted on the frame 110. The spading member 142 is in driving engagement with the second drive member 1412. The first driving element 1411 is used to drive the second driving element 1412 to move in a first direction. The second driving member 1412 is used for driving the folding member 142 to move in the second direction. The first direction intersects the second direction. Therefore, the folding member 142 can move in two different directions under the action of the first driving member 1411 and the second driving member 1412, so that the folding member 142 can be inserted into the folding opening 131 more conveniently and more accurately by matching the first driving member 1411 with the second driving member 1412, and the side edge of the product can be bent better.
Optionally, the present embodiment does not specifically limit the specific directions of the first direction and the second direction, and only needs to satisfy that the shoveling and folding piece 142 moves in the first direction and the second direction, can be inserted into the shoveling and folding opening 131, and bends the side edge of the product. Therefore, the specific installation process of the product of the embodiment is as follows: the external suction device is first communicated with the suction hole 132; after the communication, start outside suction apparatus for form the negative pressure between anchor clamps 130 and the product, thereby make the product tightly adsorb on anchor clamps 130, so, make the fixed mounting of product become more convenient. Meanwhile, the product is fixed by adopting a negative pressure pumping mode, so that the product can be quickly folded on the middle part of the product under the action of negative pressure after the side edge is folded, and the edge folding efficiency of the product is further improved. Wherein, the external air suction device can be a vacuum pump or a suction fan.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a support shaft 113 is disposed on the frame 110. The operation table 120 is rotatably mounted on the support shaft 113. Therefore, after the product on one clamp 130 finishes the hemming operation, the next clamp 130 is rotated to the processing area by rotating the operating platform 120, so that the shoveling and folding mechanism 140 and the ironing mechanism 150 can continuously operate, and thus, the hemming device 100 can be ensured to continuously and stably operate. In the embodiment, in order to make the operation table 120 rotate more smoothly, the supporting shaft 113 is sleeved with a bearing 121, and the operation table 120 is mounted on the bearing 121.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the hemming device 100 further includes a third driving member 160 and a transmission structure 170, the third driving member 160 is mounted on the frame 110, and the third driving member 160 is in transmission fit with the operating table 120 through the transmission structure 170.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the transmission structure 170 includes driving teeth 171 and driven teeth 172 engaged with each other. The driving teeth 171 are provided on the output end of the third driver 160, and the driven teeth 172 are provided on the console 120. Thus, after the product on one clamp 130 finishes the flanging operation, the third driving member 160 is started to drive the driving tooth 171 to rotate, and since the driving tooth 171 is meshed with the driven tooth 172, the driven tooth 172 also rotates along with the rotation of the third driving member 160, so as to drive the operation table 120 to rotate, and thus, the switching operation of the next product is finished. Wherein the third driving member 160 is a motor.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the frame 110 includes a first supporting frame 111 and a second supporting frame 112 mounted on the first supporting frame 111, the console 120 is mounted on the first supporting frame 111, and the folding mechanism 140 and the ironing mechanism 150 are mounted on the second supporting frame 112 at an interval.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a method of folding a sheet using the folding apparatus 100 of any one of the above embodiments includes the following steps:
s10, mounting the product on the clamp 130;
s20, starting the first moving structure 141 to drive the folding member 142 to insert into the folding opening 131;
s30, the folding member 142 drives the side edge of the product to move through the first moving structure 141, and the side edge of the product is folded;
s40, after folding, the shoveling and folding piece 142 is moved away from the product by the first moving structure 141;
s50, after the folding, the second moving structure 151 is started to drive the heating die 152 to butt against the folded product, and the product is ironed;
after ironing S60, the heating die 152 is moved away from the product by the second moving structure 151.
In the above-mentioned hemming method, the above hemming device 100 is adopted to mount a product on the clamp 130, and since the clamp 130 is provided with the folding shovel 131, the first moving structure 141 is started, and the folding shovel 142 is inserted into the folding shovel 131 through the first moving structure 141, and at this time, the folding shovel 142 is located under the side edge of the product; then, the first moving structure 141 causes the folding member 142 to move the side edge of the product. Since the middle part of the product is fixedly installed by the clamp 130, the side edges of the product are easily bent under the action of the shoveling and folding piece 142, so that the side edges of the product are folded on the middle part of the product; after folding, the folding member 142 is far away from the product through the first moving structure 141, so as to provide sufficient space for ironing operation; finally, the second moving structure 151 is actuated to drive the heating die 152 to abut against the folded product and iron the product, so that the side edges are stably folded at the middle portion of the product, thus completing the automatic edge folding operation of the product. Therefore, the folding machine adopts an ingenious mechanical structure, replaces manual operation, realizes automatic production, enables folding operation to be time-saving and labor-saving, and greatly improves folding efficiency of products. Meanwhile, because the manual input is reduced, the dangers of scalding, burning and the like are effectively reduced in the ironing process, and the personal safety of operating personnel is ensured.
Further, please refer to fig. 5, and the step of folding the side edges of the product S30 includes:
s31, driving the folding member 142 to move along the direction perpendicular to the console 120 by the first driving member 1411, so that the folding member 142 approaches the console 120;
s32, when the member 142 to be folded is at the same height as the folding opening 131, the second driving element 1412 drives the folding member 142 to move along the direction parallel to the operating platform 120, so that the folding member 142 is inserted into the folding opening 131;
s33, after the insertion, the first driving element 1411 drives the folding element 142 to move along a direction perpendicular to the console 120, so that the folding element 142 is away from the console 120 and drives the side edge of the product to bend;
and S34, after folding, the second driving element 1412 drives the folding element 142 to move continuously in a direction parallel to the operating platform 120, so that the side edge of the product is folded.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. A hemming device characterized by comprising:
a frame;
the operation table is arranged on the rack, a clamp for installing a product is arranged on the operation table, and a shovel folding opening is formed in the clamp;
the shoveling and folding mechanism comprises a first moving structure arranged on the rack and shoveling and folding pieces arranged on the first moving structure, and the first moving structure is used for driving the shoveling and folding pieces to be inserted into the shoveling and folding openings and folding the side edges of the product; and
the ironing mechanism comprises a second moving structure arranged on the rack and a heating die arranged on the second moving structure, and the second moving structure is used for driving the heating die to abut against or separate from a folded product.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first moving structure comprises a first driving member and a second driving member in driving engagement with the first driving member, the first driving member is mounted on the frame, the shoveling and folding member is in driving engagement with the second driving member, the first driving member is configured to drive the second driving member to move in a first direction, the second driving member is configured to drive the shoveling and folding member to move in a second direction, and the first direction intersects with the second direction.
3. The hemming device of claim 2 wherein the first moving structure further comprises a mounting base mounted on an output end of the first driving member, and the second driving member is mounted on the mounting base.
4. The hemming device of claim 3 wherein the mounting base has an opening, and the second moving structure drives the heating die through the opening for abutting against or disengaging from the folded product; or the first driving piece drives the mounting seat to move in the first direction through the opening to avoid the heating die.
5. The folding device according to claim 3, wherein the number of the shovel folding openings is four, four shovel folding openings are correspondingly formed on four edges of the clamp, and the clamp is rotatably mounted on the operating table.
6. The hemming device of claim 1 wherein the clamp has a suction hole for communicating with an external suction means and sucking the product by the external suction means.
7. A hemming device according to any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein a support shaft is provided on the frame, and the operating table is rotatably mounted on the support shaft.
8. The hemming device of claim 7 further comprising a third driving member mounted on the frame and a transmission structure, wherein the third driving member is in transmission engagement with the operating table through the transmission structure.
9. The hemming device of claim 8 wherein the transmission structure includes a driving tooth and a driven tooth engaged with each other, the driving tooth being disposed on the output end of the third driving member, and the driven tooth being disposed on the operating table.
10. A method of hemming characterized by using the hemming device of any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
mounting the product on a fixture;
starting the first moving structure to drive the shovel folding piece to be inserted into the shovel folding opening;
then, the shoveling and folding piece drives the side edge of the product to move through the first moving structure, and the side edge of the product is folded;
after folding, the shoveling and folding piece is moved away from the product through the first moving structure;
after the folding is carried out, the second moving structure is started to drive the heating die to abut against the folded product, and the product is ironed;
after ironing, the heating mold is moved away from the product by the second moving structure.
