step three: after the second air pressure rod (16) extends, the movable seat (19) is driven to move towards two sides through contraction of the second air pressure rod (16), the coiled western-style clothes fabric is put down from the clamping plate (20), the first sliding seat (5) returns to the initial position along with the work of the first servo motor (3), meanwhile, in the grabbing process, the second servo motor (10) works to drive the driving wheel (11) to rotate, the driven wheel (12) is driven to rotate through belt transmission, and the position of the coiled western-style clothes fabric is taken up and put down to be adjusted.
