The first wastewater tank 31 mainly serves to store wastewater, and the first preset value may be set to be between two thirds and four fifths of the total volume of the first wastewater tank 31 in order to prevent wastewater from being excessively loaded and affecting the wastewater discharge from the second wastewater tank 41. The second wastewater tank 41 mainly serves to temporarily store wastewater, and the second preset value may be set to be between one third and one half of the total capacity of the second wastewater tank 41 in order to prevent excessive wastewater loading from affecting driving. The first and second discharge threshold values are manually input or automatically measured according to the actual capacities of the first and second wastewater tanks 31 and 41. The first drainage threshold value may be set to more than four fifths of the total volume of the first foul water tank 31, and the second drainage threshold value may be set to more than one half of the total volume of the second foul water tank 41. The first wastewater tank 31 is ensured to have enough capacity to contain wastewater in the second wastewater tank 41 and the tank body 30, and the second wastewater tank 41 is ensured not to contain excessive wastewater to affect driving.
Further, the method also comprises the liquid level signal value of the third detection module 23 and the following steps:
the controller acquires a liquid level signal value and a critical value of the third detection module 23;
the controller compares the liquid level signal values of the first detection module 21, the second detection module 22 and the third detection module 23 with a drainage indication value, a drainage threshold value and a critical value;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module 21 is higher than the first drainage threshold value or the liquid level signal value of the third detection module 23 is lower than the critical value, the control module sends a locking signal to the air pump 52, and the air pump 52 is in a closed state;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module 21 is lower than the first drainage threshold value or the liquid level signal value of the third detection module 23 is higher than the threshold value, the air pump 52 can be freely turned on or off.
The critical value is manually inputted or automatically measured according to the actual capacity of the reservoir tank 51 and the amount of water required to complete one time of cleaning of the tank 30. The reservoir 51 is primarily used for cleaning the tank 30, so that the threshold value may be determined as a ratio of the amount of water required to complete a single cleaning to the total volume of the reservoir 51, e.g., one fifth of the reservoir 51 is required to clean the tank 30, and at least one fifth of the threshold value is the reservoir 51 to ensure that the flow of water is sufficient to complete a single cleaning.
The locking signal sent by the controller means that the display module displays after receiving the locking signal, and displays that the air pump 52 is in a locking state, that is, the air pump 52 is in a state of being closed and unable to be opened, so as to avoid opening the air pump 52 when no water exists in the water storage tank 51. The controller is a plc controller, judges the real-time state and position of the liquid level by comparing the potential signal of the current equipotential signal of the detection module with the potential signal of the prompt value, the threshold value and the critical value, feeds the real-time state and position back to the display module (the display module can be a display screen or a display panel) for displaying and prompting, and automatically controls the water pump 61 and the air pump 52 according to the comparison result.

the box body is arranged on the frame, a first sewage tank is arranged at the bottom of the box body, and the first sewage tank is connected with a pipeline at the bottom of the box body;
the cleaning assembly comprises a water storage tank, an air pump, a sprayer and a first switch, the water storage tank is arranged on one side, close to the vehicle head, of the box body, the air pump is connected with a pipeline at the upper part of the water storage tank, the water storage tank is connected with a pipeline of the sprayer, the sprayer is arranged on the upper part of the inner side wall of the box body, and the first switch is arranged on a pipeline between the air pump and the water storage tank;
the sewage pumping assembly comprises a water pump and a first connector, the water pump is arranged on the frame and is connected with the first connector through a pipeline;
a second sewage tank is arranged at the bottom of the material taking device, a sewage discharge outlet is arranged at one side of the bottom of the second sewage tank, which is close to the frame, and the sewage discharge outlet is matched with the first joint;
the control system comprises a first detection module, a second detection module, a third detection module, a control module and a display module, wherein the first detection module is positioned in the first sewage tank, the second detection module is positioned in the second sewage tank, the third detection module is positioned in the water storage tank, and the control module is respectively in communication connection with the first detection module, the second detection module, the third detection module and the display module and is electrically connected with the water pump and the air pump.
2. The cleaning and sewage pumping garbage truck as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water feeding pipe and a second switch, wherein the water feeding pipe is in conduction connection with the upper part of the water storage tank, and the second switch is arranged on the water feeding pipe.
3. The garbage truck with the cleaning and pumping functions as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an exhaust pipe and a third switch, wherein the exhaust pipe is in conduction connection with the upper part of the water storage tank, and the third switch is arranged on the exhaust pipe.

The cleaning and dirt pumping garbage truck as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a water conduit and a fourth switch, wherein the water conduit is in conduction connection with the water storage tank, the water conduit is in conduction connection with the water pump, and the fourth switch is arranged on the water conduit.
5. The cleaning and dirt pumping garbage truck as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water gun and a second joint, wherein the second joint is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank, and the water gun pipeline interface is matched with the second joint.
6. The cleaning and decontamination vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a suction pipe, wherein the suction pipe interface is mated with the first connector.

The cleaning and dirt extracting garbage truck as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first filter screen and a second filter screen, wherein the first filter screen is disposed at the bottom of the water storage tank, and the second filter screen is disposed at the bottom of the second sewage tank.
8. The garbage truck for cleaning and pumping sewage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the material taking device is arranged obliquely, the gradient is 0.5% -3%, and the sewage outlet is positioned at the bottom of the slope.
9. The liquid level control method for cleaning the sewage pumping garbage truck comprises the steps of any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the controller acquires a first detection module liquid level signal value and a second detection module liquid level signal value, and acquires a first drainage indication value, a second drainage indication value, a first drainage threshold value and a second drainage threshold value;
the controller compares the liquid level signal value of the first detection module with a first drainage indication value and a first drainage valve value, and compares the liquid level signal value of the second detection module with a second drainage indication value and a second drainage threshold value;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module is greater than the first drainage indication value, the controller sends a first drainage indication signal of the first detection module to the display module;
when the liquid level signal value of the second detection module is greater than the second drainage prompt value, the controller sends a second drainage prompt signal of the second detection module to the display module;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module is smaller than a first drainage threshold value and the liquid level signal of the second detection module is larger than a second drainage threshold value, the controller sends a working signal to the water pump to pump sewage in the second sewage tank into the first sewage tank;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module is larger than the drainage threshold value, the controller sends a stop signal to the water pump to stop pumping the sewage in the second sewage tank into the first sewage tank.
10. The liquid level control method for cleaning the sewage pumping garbage truck according to claim 9, further comprising the following steps of detecting the liquid level signal value of the third detection module:
the controller acquires a liquid level signal value and a critical value of the third detection module;
the controller compares the liquid level signal values of the first detection module, the second detection module and the third detection module with a drainage indication value, a drainage threshold value and a critical value;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module is higher than a first drainage threshold value or the liquid level signal value of the third detection module is lower than a critical value, the control module sends a gas pump locking signal, and the gas pump is in a closed state;
when the liquid level signal value of the first detection module is lower than the first drainage threshold value or the liquid level signal value of the third detection module is higher than the critical value, the air pump can be freely opened or closed.
