A sticking single machine for logistics transportation is characterized by comprising a working bin (1), a conveying device (2), a storage bin (3), a storage box (4), a moving plate (5), two groups of cylinders (6), two groups of push rods (7), two groups of sucker devices (8), two groups of guide rails (9), two groups of sliders (10), a screw sleeve (11), a lead screw (12) and a motor base (13), wherein a first cavity is arranged inside the working bin (1), the left end and the right end of the first cavity are respectively communicated with a first through hole, the conveying device (2) is arranged on the lower side of the first cavity, the left end and the right end of the conveying device (2) respectively penetrate through the two groups of first through holes and extend out of the working bin (1), the front end of the storage bin (3) is arranged at the rear end of the working bin (1), a second cavity is arranged inside the storage bin (3), and the front end of the second cavity is communicated with a second through hole, the front end of the second through hole is communicated with the middle part of the rear end of the first cavity, the rear end of the storage box (4) is arranged at the lower side of the rear end of the second cavity, the opening direction of the storage box (4) is upward, the movable plate (5) is positioned above the conveying device (2), the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the movable plate (5) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two groups of cylinders (6), the bottom ends of the two groups of cylinders (6) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two groups of push rods (7), the bottom ends of the two groups of push rods (7) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two groups of sucker devices (8), the bottom ends of the two groups of sucker devices (8) are both positioned above the conveying device (2), the positions of the two groups of sucker devices (8) are both corresponding to the position of the storage box (4), the top ends of the two groups of guide rails (9) are longitudinally arranged, the bottom ends of the two groups of guide rails (9) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two groups of sliding blocks (10) in a sliding manner, the bottom ends of the two groups of sliding blocks (10) are respectively and longitudinally arranged on the left side and the right side of the top end of the moving plate (5), the bottom end of the screw sleeve (11) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the moving plate (5), the upper side of the screw sleeve (11) is provided with a first threaded hole which penetrates through the front and the back, a lead screw (12) is positioned above the moving plate (5), the front end of the lead screw (12) is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the front end of a first cavity, the rear end of the lead screw (12) is screwed into the first threaded hole and penetrates through a second through hole and the rear end of a second cavity to extend to the rear of the storage bin (3), the outer wall of the rear side of the lead screw (12) is rotatably connected with the rear end of the storage bin (3), the front, the front side output end of the motor (14) is sequentially provided with a rotating shaft (15) and a speed reducer (16), the bottom end of the speed reducer (16) is installed on the top end of the motor base (13), the front side output end of the speed reducer (16) is connected with the rear end of the lead screw (12), and the left side of the top end of the first cavity is provided with a glue spraying device.

The sticking machine for logistics transportation as recited in claim 1, wherein the glue spraying device comprises a storage bin (17), a first material pipe (18), a suction pump (19), a three-way pipe (20), a second material pipe (21), a material valve (22) and a material distribution pipe (23), the bottom end of the storage bin (17) is arranged at the left side of the top end of the working bin (1) in a rotating manner, a third cavity is arranged inside the storage bin (17), the right side input end of the first material pipe (18) is arranged at the left lower side of the third cavity, the left side output end of the first material pipe (18) penetrates through the left side of the top end of the third cavity and extends to the left side of the storage bin (17), the suction pump (19) is arranged at the left side of the storage bin (17), the bottom end of the suction pump (19) is arranged at the top end of the working bin (1), the upper side input end of the suction pump (19) is communicated with the left side output end of the first material pipe (18), the right side output end of, the right side output of three-way pipe (20) communicates with the upside input of second material pipe (21), the downside output of second material pipe (21) passes the top of working bin (1) and stretches into the upper left side of first cavity, material valve (22) are installed at the upside of second material pipe (21) and are communicated with second material pipe (21) inside, divide material pipe (23) to be located the upper left side of first cavity, divide the front end and the rear end of material pipe (23) respectively with first cavity front end and rear end sealing connection, the downside output of second material pipe (21) communicates with the right-hand member middle part of branch material pipe (23), divide the bottom middle part of material pipe (23) vertically evenly to be provided with multiunit shower nozzle (24), the bottom position of multiunit shower nozzle (24) corresponds with the top position of conveyer (2).

The sticking machine for logistics transportation according to claim 2, further comprising two sets of extrusion bins (25), two sets of springs (26), two sets of push plates (27), two sets of extrusion rods (28), a support (29) and rollers (30), wherein the top ends of the two sets of extrusion bins (25) are respectively installed at the front right side and the rear right side of the top end of the first cavity, the two sets of extrusion bins (25) are respectively provided with a fourth cavity, the bottom ends of the two sets of fourth cavities are respectively provided with a telescopic opening, the top ends of the two sets of springs (26) are respectively installed at the top ends of the two sets of fourth cavities, the bottom ends of the two sets of springs (26) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two sets of push plates (27), the middle parts of the bottom ends of the two sets of push plates (27) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two sets of extrusion rods (28), the bottom ends of the two sets of extrusion rods (28) respectively penetrate through the two sets of telescopic holes and extend into the first cavity, the bottom ends of the, the rollers (30) are rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the carriage (29), the height of the rollers (30) corresponding to the height of the conveyed articles.

The sticking machine for logistics transportation as claimed in claim 3, further comprising two sets of position limiting sleeves (31), wherein the two sets of position limiting sleeves (31) are respectively located in the two sets of fourth cavities, the two sets of position limiting sleeves (31) are respectively sleeved outside the two sets of extrusion rods (28) through inner holes of the two sets of position limiting sleeves (31), the right sides of the two sets of fourth cavities are respectively provided with a second threaded hole in a communicating manner, fastening bolts are respectively screwed in the two sets of second threaded holes, and left ends of the two sets of fastening bolts are respectively stuck to right ends of the two sets of position limiting sleeves (31).

The sticking machine for logistics transportation as recited in claim 4, further comprising a material return pipe (32) and a pressure regulating valve (33), wherein the lower input end of the material return pipe (32) is communicated with the upper output end of the three-way pipe (20), the upper output end of the material return pipe (32) is installed in the middle of the first material pipe (18) and is communicated with the inside of the first material pipe (18), and the pressure regulating valve (33) is installed in the middle of the material return pipe (32) and is communicated with the inside of the material return pipe (32).

The sticking machine for logistics transportation as recited in claim 5, further comprising a check valve (34), wherein the check valve (34) is located above the pressure regulating valve (33), and the check valve (34) is installed on the upper side of the return pipe (32) and is communicated with the interior of the return pipe (32).

The single sticking machine for logistics transportation as recited in claim 6, further comprising a liquid level meter (35), wherein the upper side and the lower side of the left end of the liquid level meter (35) are respectively communicated with the upper side and the lower side of the right end of the third cavity.

The sticking machine for logistics transportation as recited in claim 7, further comprising a filtering bin (36), wherein the filtering bin (36) is located in the third cavity, the left end of the filtering bin (36) is installed at the lower side of the left end of the third cavity, the bottom end of the filtering bin (36) is provided with a filtering opening in a communicating manner, the right input end of the first material pipe (18) penetrates through the bottom end of the filtering bin (36) and extends into the upper side of the filtering opening, and the lower side of the filtering opening is provided with a filtering screen in a transverse manner.
