Description

Deck barge cargo blocking coaming structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a deck barge cargo blocking coaming structure.
Background
Barge-on-board refers to a barge that is not self-propelled and carries cargo on the deck. As shown in fig. 1, the deck barge is provided with longitudinal retaining coamings 101 and transverse retaining coamings 102 on a deck 100. The cargo has a lateral compression of the cargo fencing, which is its local strength. Conventional fenders are continuous and uninterrupted in the longitudinal direction of the hull, which results in their full participation in the total longitudinal bending deformation of the hull, which is subject to large longitudinal bending stresses (i.e. total strength stresses) when the vessel is underway. For a cargo skirt structure, the structural dimensions required to meet local strength requirements are smaller, while the structural dimensions required to meet overall strength requirements are larger.
Since the longitudinal cargo baffle coamings are connected with the deck of the ship body, the coamings are longitudinally continuous and uninterrupted, which causes the longitudinal cargo baffle coamings to participate in total longitudinal bending deformation along with the ship body beams, and therefore, larger longitudinal bending stress is generated on the longitudinal cargo baffle coamings. In order to make the structural stress value smaller than the allowable value required by the specification, the size of the components of the cargo baffle plate structure needs to be increased. Therefore, the longitudinal cargo baffle boards are large in structural size, the weight of steel materials of the ship body is increased, the ship construction cost is increased, and the cargo carrying capacity of the ship is reduced.

Preferably, the oblique end is in the shape of an inward concave arc.
Preferably, the end of the longitudinal shroud segment is fixedly provided with a first reinforcing rib.
Preferably, the joint body comprises a joint panel and a joint reinforcing plate, and the joint reinforcing plate is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the joint body.
Preferably, the joint member reinforcing plate comprises a first reinforcing plate distributed transversely, and the first reinforcing plate is connected with the joint member body in a welding mode.
Preferably, the joint piece reinforcing plate further comprises a second reinforcing plate which is vertically distributed, and the second reinforcing plate is connected with the joint piece body in a welding mode.
Preferably, the butt strap is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the joint body, and the butt strap is connected with the joint body in a welding mode.
Preferably, a second reinforcing rib is fixedly arranged at the end part of the joint body, and the second reinforcing rib is welded on the outer surface of the joint body.
Preferably the straps are provided inboard of the longitudinal shroud segments.
Preferably, there are two longitudinal cargo fencing plates, and the two longitudinal cargo fencing plates are respectively positioned at two sides of the deck of the ship.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the deck barge cargo baffle coaming structure, because the adjacent longitudinal baffle sections are not directly connected, namely the longitudinal baffle cargo coaming has discontinuity, the longitudinal baffle cargo coaming does not participate in the total longitudinal bending deformation of a hull beam, and the longitudinal bending stress on the coaming structure is basically zero. The longitudinal cargo baffle plate does not participate in the total longitudinal bending deformation of the ship body, so that the total strength requirement of the longitudinal cargo baffle plate does not need to be considered, the size of the components can be reduced, and the aims of reducing the weight of the ship body structure and saving the construction cost are fulfilled. According to the deck barge cargo baffle coaming structure, the longitudinal cargo baffle coaming is manufactured by a plurality of parts, and the deck barge cargo baffle coaming structure is convenient for installation and transportation of products.
