Technical Field
The present invention relates to a carrying device, and more particularly, to a portable carrying device.
Background
Office supplies refer to auxiliary supplies used by people in daily work, and cover a wide variety of products, including: document archives class articles for use, consumptive material class articles for use such as paper, office equipment, financial affairs articles for use etc, at daily official working in-process, people need carry office supplies sometimes, in the face of the great article of weight, artifical transport is very hard, then people often carry with the help of handling device, it is both convenient and laborsaving, but current handling device's volume is great, be unfavorable for carrying, and handling device's rate of utilization is not high, need occupy great space during accomodating, it is unsuitable to deposit in the office.
In summary, how to improve the problem that the conventional carrying device is not convenient to carry and store due to large volume is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a portable carrying device, which solves the problem that the existing carrying device is not convenient to carry and store due to large volume.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a portable carrying device comprising: the inner part of the bottom plate box is provided with an accommodating cavity; the four universal wheels are respectively arranged below four corners of the bottom plate box and are detachably connected with the bottom plate box through a quick-release mechanism; and the lower end of the push rod is detachably connected to the middle part of the left part of the bottom plate box.
Further, the portable carrying device further includes: the lower ends of the four supporting rods are detachably connected to the upper parts, close to the four corners, of the bottom plate box; folding panel, folding panel detachably connects in the upper end of four spinal branch poles.
Still further, the quick release mechanism includes: the locking piece is provided with a supporting plate part and an operating rod part perpendicular to the supporting plate part, the lower end of the operating rod part is connected to the middle part of the supporting plate part, the upper end of the operating rod part upwards penetrates through a first through hole of the bottom plate box, and the operating rod part can slide up and down in the first through hole; the spring is sleeved on the operating rod part and arranged between the lower surface of the bottom plate box and the upper surface of the supporting plate part; the operating part is rotatably connected to the upper end of the operating rod part, a first side plane and a second side plane are arranged on the peripheral side of the operating part, and the distance between the first side plane and the rotating axis of the operating part is smaller than the distance between the second side plane and the rotating axis of the operating part; and operating the operating part to drive the second side plane to abut against the upper surface of the bottom plate box, so that the connecting seat of the universal wheel can be clamped and fixed between the upper surface of the supporting plate part and the lower surface of the bottom plate box.
Further, the connection socket has: the lower flat plate part is connected and arranged above the rotating disc of the universal wheel; a vertical plate portion vertically connected above an outer side of the lower flat plate portion; the pair of upper flat plate parts are vertically connected to the upper end of the vertical plate part, the pair of upper flat plate parts are arranged at intervals, the upper flat plate parts and the lower flat plate parts are positioned on the same side of the vertical plate part, and the pair of lower flat plate parts can be clamped and fixed between the upper surface of the supporting plate part and the lower surface of the bottom plate box.

Furthermore, the upper sides of the four corners of the bottom plate box are respectively provided with an upper groove, and the operating piece is accommodated in the upper grooves.
Furthermore, lower grooves are formed in the lower sides of the four corners of the bottom plate box, and the supporting plate parts are accommodated in the lower grooves.
Furthermore, the push rod is provided with a telescopic rod part and a cross rod part perpendicular to the telescopic rod part, the lower end of the telescopic rod part is detachably connected to the bottom plate box, and the middle part of the cross rod part is connected to the upper end of the telescopic rod part.
Further, the folding panel is provided with a first half plate and a second half plate, and the first half plate and the second half plate are movably connected through a hinge to realize folding and unfolding of the folding panel.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the portable carrying device is not used, the four universal wheels, the push rod, the four support rods and the folding panel can be detached from the bottom plate box and are contained in the containing cavity of the bottom plate box, so that the space occupied by the portable carrying device is effectively reduced, and the portable carrying device is convenient to carry, store and contain;
when the installation universal wheel, install the connecting seat on the locking piece earlier, then pull the operating parts, can fix the connecting seat on the bottom plate case, when dismantling the universal wheel, reverse earlier pulls the operating parts, then pulls down the connecting seat from the locking piece, can pull down the connecting seat from the bottom plate case, the installation of universal wheel, dismantle easy operation, convenient to use.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
The invention is further described with reference to fig. 1 to 7, and as shown in fig. 1, the portable carrying device includes a bottom plate case 1, four universal wheels 2 and a push rod 3, wherein an accommodating cavity 11 is formed in the bottom plate case 1, an openable cover plate 18 is arranged at an opening of the accommodating cavity 11, the four universal wheels 2 are respectively arranged below four corners of the bottom plate case 1, the universal wheels 2 are detachably connected with the bottom plate case 1 through a quick-release mechanism 4, a lower end of the push rod 3 is detachably connected with a middle portion of a left portion of the bottom plate case 1 through a screw thread, and when the portable carrying device is not in use, the four universal wheels 2 and the push rod 3 can be detached from the bottom plate case 1 and accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11 of the bottom plate case 1, so that space is saved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 5, the upper sides of the four corners of the bottom board case 1 are respectively provided with an upper groove 12, the lower sides of the four corners of the bottom board case 1 are respectively provided with a lower groove 13, a middle board portion 14 is formed between the upper groove 12 and the lower groove 13, the bottom wall of the middle board portion 14 is provided with a concave hole 142, the top wall of the concave hole 142 is provided with a first through hole 141, the upper end of the first through hole 141 is communicated with the upper groove 12, the middle portion of the left portion of the bottom board case 1 is provided with a first threaded hole 15, and the bottom board case 1 is provided with four second threaded holes 16.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the quick release mechanism 4 includes a locking member 41, an operating member 42, and a spring 43, the locking member 41 has a supporting plate portion 411 and an operating lever portion 412 perpendicular to the supporting plate portion 411, the supporting plate portion 411 is received in the lower recess 13, the supporting plate portion 411 has a protruding column 413 on both the left half and the right half, the pair of protruding columns 413 are respectively inserted into the insertion holes 2131 of the pair of upper flat portions 213, the lower end of the operating lever portion 412 is connected to the middle of the supporting plate portion 411, the upper end of the operating lever portion 412 sequentially passes through the recess hole 142 and the first through hole 141 and extends into the upper recess 12, the operating lever portion 412 can slide up and down in the first through hole 141, the spring 43 is sleeved on the operating lever portion 412, the lower end of the spring 43 abuts against the upper surface of the supporting plate portion 411, the upper end of the spring 43 abuts against the top wall, the operation member 42 has a rotation block portion 421 and a protruding handle portion 422, the rotation block portion 421 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the operation rod portion 412 through a rotation shaft 44, a first side plane 4211 and a second side plane 4212 are arranged on the peripheral side of the rotation block portion 421, the distance between the first side plane 4211 and the rotation axis of the operation member 42 is smaller than the distance between the second side plane 4212 and the rotation axis of the operation member 42, an arc-shaped chamfer 4213 is arranged at the connection position of the first side plane 4211 and the second side plane 4212, and the protruding handle portion 422 is connected to the outer periphery of the rotation block portion 421.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, and 6, when the universal wheel 2 is installed, the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 of the connecting base 21 are inserted between the supporting plate portion 411 and the top wall of the lower recess 13, then the connecting base 21 is adjusted so that the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 are respectively sleeved on the corresponding protruding columns 413 through the insertion holes 2131, then the protruding handle portion 422 of the operating element 42 is pulled to rotate the operating element 42, during the rotation of the operating element 42, the operating element 42 drives the locking element 41 to move upward, the spring 43 is compressed, the supporting plate portion 411 of the locking element 41 moving upward drives the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 to move upward, the operating element 42 is pulled continuously until the second side surface 4212 of the operating element 42 abuts against the upper surface of the bottom plate box 1, at this time, the upper surfaces of the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 abut against the top wall of the lower recess 13, the lower surfaces of the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 abut against the upper surface of, the pair of upper flat plate portions 213 are held and fixed between the upper surface of the support plate portion 411 and the top wall of the lower groove 13, and when the universal wheel 2 is detached, the protruding handle portion 422 of the operating member 42 is pulled in the reverse direction to rotate the operating member 42 in the reverse direction, and the locking member 41 moves downward under the action of gravity and the elastic force of the spring 43, and then the connecting base 21 is detached from the locking member 41.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3, the push rod 3 has the telescopic rod portion 32 and the horizontal rod portion 31 perpendicular to the telescopic rod portion 32, the lower end of the telescopic rod portion 32 is detachably connected in the first threaded hole 15 of the bottom plate case 1 through threaded connection, the middle portion of the horizontal rod portion 31 is connected at the upper end of the telescopic rod portion 32, the length of the push rod 3 is adjustable due to the arrangement of the telescopic rod portion 32, the push rod can be conveniently used by people with different heights, and meanwhile, the push rod 3 can be conveniently accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11 of the bottom plate case 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7, the portable carrying device further includes four supporting rods 5 and a foldable panel 6, the four supporting rods 5 are respectively connected and disposed above the bottom board case 1 near the four corners, the supporting rod 5 has a first rod portion 51, a second rod portion 52, and a third rod portion 53, the second rod portion 52 is connected between the first rod portion 51 and the third rod portion 53, the third rod portion 53 at the lower end of the supporting rod 5 is provided with an external thread, the third rod portion 53 is connected in the second threaded hole 16 of the bottom board case 1 by a thread, the four corners of the foldable panel 6 are provided with second through holes 64, the four second through holes 64 are respectively sleeved on the first rod portion 51 at the upper ends of the four supporting rods 5, the lower surface of the foldable panel 6 abuts on the upper end surface of the second rod portion 52, the upper end portion of the first rod portion 51 is provided with an external thread, the nut 7 is connected with the upper end of, and then fix folding panel 6 on four branch 5, the space of putting of article can effectively be increased in the setting of four branch 5 and folding panel 6, promotes handling efficiency, and four branch 5 and folding panel 6 can carry out the dismouting as required.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the folding panel 6 has a first half plate 61 and a second half plate 62, and the first half plate 61 and the second half plate 62 are movably connected by a hinge 63 to fold and unfold the folding panel 6, which is beneficial for the folding panel 6 to be stored.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a handle slot 17 is disposed in the middle of the right portion of the bottom case 1, so as to facilitate carrying and carrying.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when not in use, the four universal wheels 2, the push rod 3, the four support rods 5 and the folding panel 6 can be detached from the bottom plate case 1 and stored in the storage cavity 11 of the bottom plate case 1, so that the space occupied by the portable carrying device is effectively reduced, and the portable carrying device is convenient to carry, store and store.
