Spatially relative terms, such as "above … …," "above … …," "above … …," "above," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one device or feature's spatial relationship to another device or feature as illustrated in the figures. Claims (7)

1. A book sorting device is characterized by comprising a frame body (1), a first conveying mechanism (2), a second conveying mechanism (3), an isolating mechanism (4) and a book pushing mechanism (5);
the first conveying mechanism (2) is arranged at the upper end of the frame body (1) and used for conveying books into the frame body (1), and the first conveying mechanism (2) is a book inlet end;
the second conveying mechanism (3) is arranged at one end, far away from the first conveying mechanism (2), of the frame body (1), the overall height of the second conveying mechanism (3) is lower than that of the first conveying mechanism (2) and used for conveying books out of the frame body (1), and the second conveying mechanism (3) is a book outlet end;
the isolation mechanism (4) is arranged between the first transportation mechanism (2) and the second transportation mechanism (3), a bundled book enters the frame body (1) through the first transportation mechanism (2) and drops into the isolation mechanism (4) from the first transportation mechanism (2), the isolation mechanism (4) is provided with an isolation opening (40) and a conveying part (41), and the conveying part (41) is arranged at the isolation opening (40) so as to isolate the book into a single state and then transmit the book to the second transportation mechanism (3) through the isolation opening (40);
the book pushing mechanism (5) is arranged at the lower end of the first conveying mechanism (2), the book pushing mechanism (5) comprises a book pushing plate (50) and a driving part (51), and the book pushing plate (50) is used for bearing books falling from the first conveying mechanism (2) into the isolating mechanism (4); the driving part (51) is fixedly connected with the frame body (1), and the driving part (51) is in driving connection with the book pushing plate (50) to drive the book pushing plate (50) to be close to or far away from the isolation mechanism (4), so that books on the book pushing plate (50) are continuously pushed to the isolation opening (40).

A book sorting device according to claim 1, further comprising a support bar (6), wherein the support bar (6) is arranged perpendicular to the transport direction of the first conveying mechanism (2), and both ends of the support bar (6) are fixed to the frame body (1); the isolation mechanism (4) comprises a fixed seat (42), a sliding block (43), a screw rod (44) and a pressure rod (45), and the conveying part (41) comprises a limiting part (410) and a guide wheel (411); the fixed seat (42) is arranged on the support rod (6), and the sliding block (43) can be arranged in the fixed seat (42) in a vertical sliding manner;
the pressing rod (45) is fixedly arranged on the sliding block (43), the limiting piece (410) is arranged at the bottom of the sliding block (43) and is fixedly connected with one end of the pressing rod (45), and the guide wheel (411) is rotatably arranged on the limiting piece (410);
screw rod (44) one end is rotated with bracing piece (6) and is connected, and bracing piece (6) setting is kept away from to the other end, be equipped with integrated into one piece's first fixed block (430) on sliding block (43), screw rod (44) and first fixed block (430) threaded connection slide from top to bottom along fixing base (42) through rotating screw rod (44) in order to order about sliding block (43), and then adjust locating part (410) and reciprocate to adapt to the books of equidimension not.
3. A book sorting device according to claim 2, further comprising a drive motor (7), wherein an output shaft of the drive motor (7) is drivingly connected to the guide wheel (411) for rotating the guide wheel (411).

The book sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the separating mechanism (4) further comprises an adjusting rod (46), a sliding rail (47) and a stop plate (48), the sliding rail (47) is disposed at one end of the sliding block (43) close to the first transporting mechanism (2), and the stop plate (48) is provided with a first sliding portion (480) matched with the sliding rail (47) so that the first sliding portion (480) is slidably connected with the sliding rail (47);
the adjusting rod (46) is rotatably arranged on the sliding block (43), the stop plate (48) is further provided with a second fixed block (481), the adjusting rod (46) is in threaded connection with the second fixed block (481), the second fixed block (481) is driven to slide up and down along the fixed seat (42) by rotating the adjusting rod (46), and then the stop plate (48) is adjusted to move up and down to adjust the size of the isolation port (40).

The book separating device according to claim 2, further comprising a limiting mechanism (8), wherein the limiting mechanism (8) comprises a limiting plate (80) and two adjusting blocks (81), the adjusting blocks (81) are provided with two adjusting blocks, first ends of the two adjusting blocks (81) are respectively slidably mounted on two sides of the supporting rod (6), the limiting plate (80) corresponds to the adjusting blocks (81) and is provided with a hinged block (800) on the limiting plate (80), and the limiting plate (80) is hinged to a second end of the adjusting block (81) through the hinged block (800).

A book sorting device according to claim 5, wherein a first adjusting handle (82) and a second adjusting handle (83) are provided on the adjusting block (81), and fixing grooves (60) are provided on both sides of the supporting rod (6); the first adjusting handle (82) is arranged at the first end of the adjusting block (81), a first rotating rod (820) in threaded connection with the adjusting block (81) is arranged on the first adjusting handle, the first rotating rod (820) penetrates through the adjusting block (81) and can abut against the fixing groove (60) so as to fix the adjusting block (81) on the supporting rod (6);

the driving part (51) comprises a driving wheel (510), a transmission rod (511), a cam (512), a crank (513) and a second slider (514), the driving wheel (510) is in driving connection with the transmission rod (511), the cam (512) is fixedly connected with the transmission rod (511), one end of the crank (513) is in driving connection with the cam (512), the other end of the crank is fixedly connected with the second slider (514), the second slider (514) is slidably arranged on the slide way (52), when the driving wheel (510) operates, the driving wheel (510) drives the transmission rod (511) to rotate, the transmission rod (511) rotates to drive the cam (512) to rotate so that the end, connected with the cam (513), of the crank (513) is in full-circle rotation, the other end of the crank (513) drives the second slider (514) to do reciprocating motion on the slide way (52), and the second slider (514) is in driving connection with the book pushing plate (50) to drive the book pushing plate (50) to be close to or far away from the isolating mechanism (4) on the slide way ).
