Description

Steel wire crown belt unwinding system and unwinding method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to radial engineering tire rubber mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a full-automatic three-drum forming machine special for a wide base tire, in particular to a steel wire crown belt unwinding system and an unwinding method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of urban transportation and long-distance transportation, the wide-base tire has become an important variety in the tire market due to the advantages of lower rolling resistance than that of a common tire, vehicle weight reduction, carbon dioxide emission reduction, fuel saving, vehicle safety increase and the like, and the market scale is continuously expanded. However, at present, no forming machine special for manufacturing wide base tires is provided in China, and the existing wide base tires are manufactured on a common three-drum tire forming machine, so that the automation degree is not high, the production efficiency is low, and the yield of tire blanks is not high.
In recent years, wide base tires have become important in the tire market because of their advantages of lower rolling resistance than conventional tires, reduced vehicle weight, reduced carbon dioxide emission, reduced fuel consumption, improved safety of vehicles, and the like, and the market size has been expanding. The wide base tire has been successfully applied in Europe and America, accounts for 22 percent of the replacement market of European truck tires, and has an increasing market share in the United states. However, the application of the Chinese wide-base tire is very few, and the foundation for developing the all-steel high-performance wide-base tubeless tire by various tire production enterprises in China is weak. As several famous tire enterprises abroad block the process technology and key production equipment of the all-steel high-performance wide-base tubeless tire, no special equipment is available in China for production, and no existing technology and equipment are available basically. Therefore, a full-automatic three-drum forming machine special for wide base tires is developed together with equipment manufacturers. The equipment is used for producing high-performance wide-section tires with the specifications of 385/65R22.5, 425/65R22.5, 435/50R22.5, 445/50R22.5, 445/65R22.5, 495/45R22.5 and the like. The equipment belongs to the initial industrial creation, and can be operated by a single person, and 120 office products are produced.
