However, the existing rotor injection molding process cannot be used for a large-stack-thickness rotor, because the injection molding holes of the large-stack-thickness rotor are long, the amount of fillers is large, and the large-stack-thickness rotor injection molding process is difficult to realize through traditional integral injection molding, so that the injection molding process of the large-stack-thickness rotor needs to additionally arrange a process flow, needs to assist a plurality of tools, increases the design and manufacturing cost, and has the disadvantages of complex process flow, high manufacturing cost and long manufacturing period.
