The invention discloses a die forming process based on high-pressure double-sided soft die application, which comprises the following steps of: s1, arranging a base material and a mould for realizing base material processing, wherein the mould consists of an upper mould and a lower mould; s2, placing the substrate in the mold, and respectively arranging release films on the upper and lower sides of the substrate; s3, arranging a mould pressing plate on the release film, wherein the mould pressing plate is a high-temperature resistant hard material; s4, arranging an auxiliary pressure plate on the mould pressing plate, wherein the auxiliary pressure plate is made of a soft material capable of expanding under heating, and the surface mould pressing of the mould pressing plate and the surface of the base material is realized by providing pressure through the expansion under heating; s5, completing the die pressing, opening the die after the product is cooled, and taking out the formed product; the die pressing forming process based on the high-pressure double-sided soft die application does not need additional processing equipment, replaces the traditional die pressing and air pressure, improves the product quality and simultaneously improves the processing efficiency; the product processed and formed by the forming process has smooth surface and clear lines.

Background
The traditional mould pressing process comprises a hard mould pressing process and a bag pressing process, wherein the condition of uneven stress on a mould pressing product often occurs in the hard mould pressing process, so that the phenomenon of disorder grains on the surface of the product is caused, and the appearance of the product is influenced; the defect of small pressure exists in the bag pressing process, the volume of the inflatable bag is larger than that of a molded product in the bag pressing process, and the side, in contact with the inflatable bag, of the product is always provided with the inflatable bag wrinkles, so that the attractiveness of the product is affected.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a die forming process based on high-pressure double-sided soft die application.
