The feeding device is electrically connected with the control assembly for pushing the grinding device 4 to move to the inner conductor 201. Because the thickness of the tin layer which emerges from the inspection hole 202 is small, the grinding wheel on the grinding device 4 can generate certain abrasion along with use, so that the minimum distance between the grinding wheel and the gold layer of the inner conductor 201 must be known before each processing, and the thickness of the ground tin layer must be adjustable in consideration of different requirements of different products on the cable assembly 2 and errors caused by processing of equipment parts. In order to enable the grinding device 4 to change relative positions, a feed device is mounted, which is electrically connected to the control assembly, thereby changing the position of the grinding device 4 relative to the wheel 502. The feeding amount of the feeding device is adjusted, so that the position of the grinding device 4, which is far away from the gold layer of the inner conductor 201 during grinding, is adjusted, and the applicability of the solder removing tool is improved.
As a specific embodiment of the solder removing tool provided by the present invention, the feeding device includes: web 6, a pusher and a distance sensor. The connecting plate 6 is used for supporting and connecting the grinding device 4. One end of the pushing piece is a fixed end, and the other end of the pushing piece is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 6. The distance sensor is electrically connected with the control assembly and fixed on the pushing piece, and the distance sensor is used for detecting the distance between the pushing piece and the inner conductor 201. The sensor is used for controlling the pushing piece to push the connecting plate 6 after receiving data information of the sensor, and further driving the grinding device 4 to move for a corresponding distance. In order to be able to accurately measure the distance of the grinding wheel from the inner conductor 201 of the cable assembly 2, a distance sensor is mounted on the feeding device. The distance between the installation position of the distance sensor and the grinding wheel can be measured in advance, after the cable assembly 2 is inserted, the distance between the installation position point and the inner conductor 201 is measured by the sensor, and the distance which needs to be moved by the pushing piece to push the second motor 12 and the grinding wheel is obtained by subtracting the distance which is measured in advance and adding a reasonable reserved distance to the final result. The pushing piece can be a combined structure of a third motor 13 and a rack 9, an output shaft of the third motor 13 is coaxially arranged with the gear 8, the gear 8 is in transmission fit with the rack 9, the rack 9 is fixed on the connecting plate 6, the gear 8 is driven to rotate when the third motor 13 rotates, the rack 9 and the connecting plate 6 are driven to move, and the feeding amount is changed by changing the running time of the third motor 13. The pushing piece can also be a hydraulic cylinder 7 or an air cylinder, and related actions can be completed. After the removal of the excess solder on the inner conductor 201 is completed, the inner conductor 201 is separated from the switch mechanism 3, and the corresponding circuit is turned off. A delay switch may be provided, the delay switch being electrically connected to the pusher member. After the state of the switch mechanism 3 is changed, the delay switch moves, and the pushing piece is controlled to reset, so that the second electric charge and the grinding wheel are driven to reset, and preparation is made for next grinding.
As a specific embodiment of the solder removing tool provided by the present invention, the grinding device 4 includes: a second motor 12 and a grinding wheel. The grinding wheel is in transmission arrangement with the second motor 12, and the grinding wheel is positioned between the rotating wheel 502 and the clamping piece 102; the second motor 12 and the grinding wheel are both fixed on the connecting plate 6. The power of the grinding device 4 can be driven by the second motor 12 to rotate, firstly, the second motor 12 is fixed on the connecting plate 6, a coupling can be installed and connected on the output shaft of the second motor 12, a belt transmission wheel set can be installed at the other end of the coupling, and the belt transmission wheel set comprises a driving belt pulley and a driven belt pulley. The driving belt pulley is coaxially arranged with the output shaft of the second motor 12, and the driven belt pulley is coaxially connected with a grinding wheel. When the second motor 12 rotates, the grinding wheel is driven to rotate. And after the second motor 12 and the grinding wheel are both fixed on the connecting plate 6, the positions of the second motor 12 and the grinding wheel are changed by the feeding movement of the feeding device.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
