The invention discloses a conversion head capable of realizing internal cooling of a machine tool bit, which comprises: the body is plate-shaped; two countersunk through holes are formed in the body, the axial direction of the countersunk through holes is vertical to the upper surface and the lower surface of the body, and the body is connected with a spindle cover of a spindle of a machine tool through the countersunk through holes so that the upper surface of the body is tightly attached to the spindle cover; the liquid inlet hole is formed in the body and is vertical to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole, the opening at the outer end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned on the side surface of the body, and the opening at the inner end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned in the body; the infusion hole is formed in the body, the central axial direction of the infusion hole is parallel to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole, the inner port of the infusion hole is communicated with the inner port of the liquid inlet hole, and the outer port of the infusion hole is located on the lower surface of the body and used for being connected with a liquid inlet pipe of the outer turning inner cutter handle for machine tool machining. The invention can increase the module function of the gantry type numerical control center, meet the requirements of dimensional accuracy and roughness of the main bearing hole of the engine, and realize the purpose of finishing the machining of the main bearing hole and the deep hole of the engine by utilizing the gantry type numerical control machine lacking the function of the inner cooling module.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machining, and relates to a conversion head capable of realizing internal cooling of a tool bit of a machine tool.
Background
The lower crankcase is an important part of an engine, the upper crankcase and the lower crankcase are connected together through the box closing bolt hole, and the box closing connecting bolt is long due to vibration of the engine under the working environment of the engine, so that the connecting bolt is broken for many times in the working process of the engine.
The deep hole processing difficulty of the upper and lower crankcase connecting bolt parts is very high, a common twist drill is required to be used conventionally, the middle of the common twist drill is subjected to butt processing, the single-end processing drill bit is longer, the outlet position is deviated, the engine connecting bolt is broken for multiple times, if the technical scheme of the parts does not solve the problem that the bolt hole is broken frequently, in order to avoid generating tool receiving marks in the processing process, a new technical method is adopted, and gun drills with high processing efficiency and stable deep hole processing quality are ordered.
The gun drill has to have an internal spraying function when using a machine tool, the existing equipment is an old numerical control machining center and does not have the internal spraying function, and in order to meet the use condition of the cutter, a conversion device needs to be installed on some machine tools without the function of an internal cooling module to finish a deep hole.

and the infusion hole 5 is formed in the body, the central axial direction of the infusion hole is parallel to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole 3, the inner port of the infusion hole 5 is communicated with the inner port of the liquid inlet hole 4, and the outer port of the infusion hole 5 is positioned on the lower surface of the body and is used for connecting a liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle for machining of the machine tool.
The outer port of the infusion hole 5 is provided with internal threads and is used for being connected with a liquid inlet pipe of the outer turning inner cutter handle through threads.
The size of the outer port of the transfusion hole 5 is matched with the size of a liquid inlet pipe of the outer turning inner knife handle.
The invention also provides a device for processing the main bearing hole and the deep hole of the engine, which comprises a conversion head, an outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 and a numerical control machine; the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 is installed on a machine tool spindle 1 of the numerical control machine tool, a spindle cover is arranged on the machine tool spindle 1 of the numerical control machine tool, a conversion head is fixed on the spindle cover through a countersunk bolt, a liquid inlet hole 4 of the conversion head is connected with cooling liquid, a liquid conveying hole 5 of the conversion head is connected with a liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6, the cooling liquid is introduced into the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 through the conversion head, and the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 sprays the cooling liquid into an inner cooling channel of a cutter bit.
The spindle cover is provided with a threaded hole 2, and the threaded hole 2 is matched with a countersunk head through hole 3 on the conversion head and fixedly connected with the conversion head through a countersunk head bolt.
The liquid inlet hole 4 of the conversion head is connected with a cooling liquid hose, and the cooling liquid hose is used for receiving cooling liquid from a machine tool cooling pump.
Wherein, the cooling liquid hose and the liquid inlet hole 4 are sealed by pipe threads.
And an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the connecting end surface between the transfusion hole 5 of the conversion head and the liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6, so that the sealing of the cooling liquid is realized.

two countersunk through holes 3 are formed in the body, the axial direction of the countersunk through holes is vertical to the upper surface and the lower surface of the body, and the body is connected with a spindle cover of a machine tool spindle 1 through the countersunk through holes 3 so that the upper surface of the body is tightly attached to the spindle cover;
the liquid inlet hole 4 is formed in the body and is vertical to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole 3, the opening at the outer end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned on the side surface of the body, and the opening at the inner end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned in the body;
and the infusion hole 5 is formed in the body, the central axial direction of the infusion hole is parallel to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole 3, the inner port of the infusion hole 5 is communicated with the inner port of the liquid inlet hole 4, and the outer port of the infusion hole 5 is positioned on the lower surface of the body and is used for connecting a liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle for machining of the machine tool.
Wherein, the outer port of infusion hole 5 is provided with the internal thread for through the feed liquor pipe of threaded connection external rotation interior handle of a knife. As the liquid inlet pipe of the external rotating inner cutter handle used for machining the machine tool is a self-contained component, and the size and specification of the liquid inlet pipe are determined, the size of the outer port of the transfusion hole 5 is set to be matched with the size of the liquid inlet pipe of the external rotating inner cutter handle.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the above-mentioned conversion head capable of cooling the tool bit of the machine tool, the invention also provides a device for machining the main bearing hole and the deep hole of the engine, which comprises the conversion head, an outer rotating inner tool shank 6 and a numerical control machine; the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 is installed on a machine tool spindle 1 of the numerical control machine tool, a spindle cover is arranged on the machine tool spindle 1 of the numerical control machine tool, a conversion head is fixed on the spindle cover through a countersunk bolt, a liquid inlet hole 4 of the conversion head is connected with cooling liquid, a liquid conveying hole 5 of the conversion head is connected with a liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6, the cooling liquid is introduced into the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 through the conversion head, and the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6 sprays the cooling liquid into an inner cooling channel of a cutter bit.
Threaded hole 2 is opened on the main shaft cover, and threaded hole 2 cooperates with countersunk head through-hole 3 on the conversion head, through countersunk head bolt fixed connection.
A liquid inlet hole 4 of the conversion head is connected with a cooling liquid hose, the cooling liquid hose connects cooling liquid out of a cooling pump of the machine tool, and the cooling liquid hose and the liquid inlet hole 4 are sealed through pipe threads.
An O-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the connecting end surface between the transfusion hole 5 of the conversion head and the liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle 6, so that the sealing of cooling liquid is realized.
According to the technical scheme, the module function of the gantry type numerical control center can be increased, the requirements of the size precision and the roughness of the main bearing hole of the engine are met, and the machining of the main bearing hole and the deep hole of the engine is completed by utilizing the gantry type numerical control machine tool which lacks the function of an inner cooling module.

the liquid inlet hole (4) is formed in the body and is vertical to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole (3), the opening at the outer end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned on the side surface of the body, and the opening at the inner end of the liquid inlet hole is positioned in the body;
and the infusion hole (5) is formed in the body, the central axial direction of the infusion hole is parallel to the axial direction of the countersunk through hole (3), the inner port of the infusion hole (5) is communicated with the inner port of the liquid inlet hole (4), and the outer port of the infusion hole (5) is positioned on the lower surface of the body and is used for connecting a liquid inlet pipe of the outer turning inner cutter handle for machining of the machine tool.

An engine main bearing hole and deep hole processing device is characterized by comprising a conversion head, an outer rotating inner cutter handle (6) and a numerical control machine tool, wherein the conversion head is as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3; the outer rotating inner cutter handle (6) is installed on a machine tool main shaft (1) of a numerical control machine tool, a main shaft cover is arranged on the machine tool main shaft (1) of the numerical control machine tool, a conversion head is fixed on the main shaft cover through a countersunk bolt, a liquid inlet hole (4) of the conversion head is connected with cooling liquid, a liquid inlet pipe of the outer rotating inner cutter handle (6) is connected with a liquid inlet hole (5) of the conversion head, the cooling liquid is introduced into the outer rotating inner cutter handle (6) through the conversion head, and the outer rotating inner cutter handle (6) sprays the cooling liquid into an inner cooling channel of a cutter head.
