As shown in the figure, the pedal type fast-pressing pole head assembly welding device comprises a machine frame 2, a clamp 12 rotatably connected to the machine frame 2, a first clamping jaw mechanism rotatably connected to the rear end of the clamp 12 and used for clamping a pole head 1700, a second clamping jaw mechanism rotatably connected to the front end of the clamp 12 and used for clamping a guide wire 1701, a driving mechanism used for driving the two clamping jaw mechanisms to rotate, and a control mechanism used for controlling the driving mechanism.
The front end and the rear end of the top of the frame 2 are respectively and fixedly connected with a rotating seat 200, a rotating pin 13 is inserted in the rotating seat 200 in a rotating mode, the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the clamp 12 are fixedly connected with a triangular plate 1202, and the rotating seat 200 at the front end of the frame 2 is in rotating fit with the triangular plate 1202 at the front end of the clamp through the rotating pin 13. The first clamping jaw mechanism comprises a first transmission shaft 18 and a first clamping jaw 7 arranged on the first transmission shaft 18, the first clamping jaw 7 is provided with a plurality of first clamping heads 700 corresponding to the pole heads 1700, the width of the first clamping heads 700 is smaller than that of the pole heads 1700, and the first clamping heads 700 are spaced apart from each other so as to prevent the first clamping heads 700 from clamping on the clamp 12 and causing the pole heads 1700 to loosen. Specifically, the two sides of the front end of the clamp 12 are fixedly connected with a first mounting plate, and the first transmission shaft 18 is rotatably matched on the first mounting plate through a bearing.
The second jaw mechanism includes a second transmission shaft 19 and a second jaw 11 disposed on the second transmission shaft 19, and the second jaw 11 has a plurality of second collets 1100 corresponding to the tail of the guide wire 1701. The width of the second collet 1100 is less than the width of the wire 1701 and the second collets 1100 are spaced apart from each other to prevent the second collet 1100 from clamping onto the clamp 12 and loosening the wire 1701. The driving mechanism is in transmission connection with a first transmission shaft 18, and the first transmission shaft 18 is in transmission connection with a second transmission shaft 19. Specifically, the driving mechanism is a motor 9 arranged on the right side of the clamp 12, the motor 9 is connected with a first transmission shaft 18 through a first transmission mechanism, the first transmission mechanism comprises a worm 8 fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the motor 9 and a worm wheel 20 sleeved at the right end of the first transmission shaft 18, and the worm 8 is meshed with the worm wheel 20. The first transmission shaft 18 is connected with the second transmission shaft 19 through a second transmission mechanism, the second transmission mechanism comprises a third transmission shaft 16 which is rotatably connected to the left side of the clamp 12, and two ends of the third transmission shaft 16 are respectively in transmission with the first transmission shaft 18 and the second transmission shaft 19 through bevel gears. Specifically, the left side of the clamp 12 is fixedly connected with a third mounting plate, and the third transmission shaft 16 is rotatably matched on the third mounting plate through a bearing. The second transmission mechanism further comprises a first bevel gear 21 sleeved at the left end of the first transmission shaft 18, a second bevel gear 22 sleeved at the left end of the second transmission shaft 19, a third bevel gear 23 sleeved at the rear end of the third transmission shaft 16 and a fourth bevel gear 24 sleeved at the front end of the third transmission shaft 16, wherein the first bevel gear 21 is meshed with the third bevel gear 23, and the second bevel gear 22 is meshed with the fourth bevel gear 24.
It should be noted that the three transmission shafts may be of an integral structure or a split structure, and particularly, the two transmission shafts may be divided into two sections and respectively fixed to two ends of the corresponding clamping jaw, namely, the first transmission shaft 18 and the second transmission shaft 19.
Rotation principle of two gripper mechanisms: the motor 9 drives the worm 8 to rotate, the worm 8 drives the worm wheel 20 to rotate, the worm wheel drives the first transmission shaft 16 and the first clamping jaw 7 thereon to rotate, meanwhile, the first bevel gear 21 on the first transmission shaft 16 drives the third bevel gear 23 on the third transmission shaft 16 to rotate, the third bevel gear 23 drives the third transmission shaft 16 and the fourth bevel gear 24 on the other end thereof to rotate, the fourth bevel gear 24 drives the second bevel gear 22 and the second transmission shaft 19 to rotate, and the second transmission shaft 19 drives the second clamping jaw 11 thereon to rotate.
The control mechanism is a foot switch 1 connected with a motor 9 through an electric wire, the middle part of the frame 2 is provided with a mounting cavity, a transformer 14 is arranged in the mounting cavity, the motor 9 and the foot switch 1 are both connected with the transformer 14 through electric wires, and the transformer 14 is connected with a power supply through a plug.
The working process is as follows:
1) connecting a plug with a power supply, treading the foot switch 1, driving the two clamping jaw mechanisms to open by the driving mechanism, and then cleaning the positioning groove of the clamp 12;
2) respectively placing a plurality of polar heads 1700 into polar head positioning grooves 1203, and respectively placing a plurality of guide wires 1701 into guide wire positioning grooves 1204;
3) the foot switch 1 is treaded, the driving mechanism drives the two clamping jaw mechanisms to rotate, and the clamping jaw mechanisms clamp the pole head assembly 17;
4) loosening the locking bolt 6, turning the clamp 12 to the right, enabling the second blocking part 1201 of the clamp 12 to be blocked and connected with the upper surface of the rack 2, inclining the upper surface of the clamp 12 to the right by 45 degrees at the moment, tightening the locking bolt 6, and performing laser welding;
5) the locking bolt 6 is loosened, the clamp 12 is turned to the left, the first blocking portion 1200 of the clamp 12 is blocked with the upper surface of the frame 2, at this time, the upper surface of the clamp 12 is inclined 45 degrees to the left, and the locking bolt 6 is tightened for laser welding.
