The dust collecting device is further designed in that a transverse connecting plate is arranged at the upper end of the joint, a hole in butt joint with the telescopic pipe is formed in the middle of the connecting plate, and the upper side face of the connecting plate is elastically connected with the fixing plate through the spring; the electromagnet is arranged on the lower side surface of the connecting plate.

In addition, the outer wall of the upper end of the collecting tank 4 is provided with a positioning ring 41 opposite to the electromagnet, so that the electromagnet can conveniently enter the positioning ring to ensure accurate butt joint of the joint.
