Abstract
由于果农将罗汉果在市场上贩卖时,需要根据罗汉果的尺寸进行定价,但是普通的人工分类效率低、耗时长、从而成本高。本发明产品原理是利用重力作用将罗汉果进行分类,罗汉果通过接物口沿着倾斜且带有不同宽度尺寸的分离器进入接桶中,达到了分类的效果,此发明产品节能高效,准确率达到90%以上,且造价成本低,符合可持续发展观的主流。

本发明产品属于农副产品领域,尤其是对罗汉果大小尺寸进行分类的产品。
背景技术
目前对罗汉果的分类主要是人工,效率低、耗时长、造成成本增加。发明一款帮助果农对罗汉果尺寸进行有效分类的产品迫在眉睫,同时要考虑经济性和对环境的影响。
本发明产品造价成本低,同时依靠罗汉果自身重力进行分类,对环境的影响小,分类准确率能达90%以上。并且分离设备的材料是塑料制品,质量轻,易于携带,完全能满足果农的需求。
发明内容
本专利主要及解决果农们对罗汉果分类难得问题,提供了一种简便分离罗汉果的方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
包括一个接物口,接物口和漏斗管连接,形成一个光滑轨道,漏斗口和分离器连接,将罗汉果顺利分离。底板将各部分零件进行固定,底板下面的支脚对整体起支撑作用。与罗汉果接触部位的材料均采用塑胶材料,表面光滑防止刮伤罗汉果。
所述的分离器是由不同宽度的轨道组成,在每个轨道后有一个回收口,当不同尺寸的罗汉果沿着不同轨道进入回收口,从而达到分离作用。
采用本发明结构,实现了在罗汉果自身重力作用通过了分离器进行分离,上方的保护壳防止了罗汉果下滑速度过快或者数量过多而滑出,结构紧凑,质量轻,方便携带。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步的详细说明。
参照图1、2所示,果农将摘取大小不一的罗汉果倒入接物口6,罗汉果沿着漏斗管1进入可以分离器2的轨道中,罗汉果由于重力作用会掉入不同尺寸宽度的轨道中,沿着轨道划入轨道末端的回收口,在分离器上方安装了保护壳5,防止了罗汉果下滑速度过快或者数量过多而滑出。底板4将各部分零件进行固定,底板下面的支脚3对整体起支撑作用。

1.一种罗汉果尺寸分离设备,其特征在于,该设备包含以下几个部分:漏斗管(1)、分离器(2)、支脚(3)、底座(4)、保护壳(5)、接物口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种罗汉果尺寸分离设备,其特征在于,所述接物口和具有环形的漏斗管(1)连接,避免卡住罗汉果。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种罗汉果尺寸分离设备,其特征在于,所述漏斗管(1)连接分离器(2),底座(4)将分离器(2)紧密固定;在上边紧扣保护壳(5),防止罗汉果脱离分离器(2)的轨道;在分离器(2)下端口可以放置桶,收集分离好的罗汉果;在底座(4)下连接支脚(3)。
