The oil brushing device 4 comprises a second side supporting column 41, a second telescopic cylinder 42, an auxiliary sleeve 43, a connecting spring 44, a sponge block 45, an auxiliary cylinder 46 and a triangular block 47; a limiting sliding groove is formed in the second side supporting column 41, the second telescopic cylinder 42 is positioned in the second side supporting column 41 and is installed on the bottom plate 1, and the auxiliary sleeve 43 is arranged in the limiting sliding groove in the second side supporting column 41 in a sliding fit mode; the auxiliary sleeve 43 is connected to the top end of the second telescopic cylinder 42, an auxiliary cylinder 46 is arranged inside the auxiliary sleeve 43, and the top end of the auxiliary cylinder 46 is connected with a triangular block 47; the top end of the auxiliary sleeve 43 is provided with a sponge block 45 in a sliding fit manner, and the sponge block 45 is connected with the inner wall of the auxiliary sleeve 43 through a connecting spring 44; the even brush of fluid that will spray on the pressure tank surface is on its surface through brushing oil device 4 for fluid permeates the inside of pressure tank material, and also can be even be brushed in order to guarantee the sunken outer wall of pressure tank, promotes three hornblocks 47 through supplementary cylinder 46 and makes sponge piece 45 warp completely and attached at the surface of pressure tank, and further the outer wall that has guaranteed the pressure tank all can be by even brush fluid.
The concrete during operation:
firstly, a pressure barrel to be processed is placed on a fixing plate 22 and is fixed through a fixing clamp block 23; the driving motor 21 drives the pressure barrel at the upper end to rotate at a constant speed;
then, oil is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the pressure barrel through an oil spraying device 3;
and finally, fully brushing the oil liquid at all positions of the outer wall of the pressure barrel through the oil brushing device 4.

Claims (4)

1. An outer surface treatment device for production and manufacturing of a pressure barrel of a water purifier comprises a bottom plate (1), a fixing device (2), an oil spraying device (3) and an oil brushing device (4); the method is characterized in that: the upper end of the bottom plate (1) is provided with an annular sliding groove, the middle part of the upper end face of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a fixing device (2), a pressure barrel to be treated is fixedly installed on the fixing device (2), the upper end of the bottom plate (1) is intermittently provided with an oil spraying device (3) and an oil brushing device (4) along the corner of the upper end of the bottom plate, and the oil brushing device (4) and the oil spraying device (3) are matched with the outer wall of the pressure barrel to be treated; wherein:
the fixing device (2) comprises a driving motor (21), a fixing plate (22), a fixing clamping block (23), an operating block (24), a compression spring (25) and a limiting column (26); the driving motor (21) is installed in the middle of the bottom plate (1) through a motor base, a fixing plate (22) is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor (21) through a flange, the fixing plate (22) is of a circular structure, a circular groove is formed in the upper end of the fixing plate (22), rectangular sliding grooves are uniformly formed in the upper end of the fixing plate (22) along the circumferential direction of the fixing plate, and the fixing clamping blocks (23) are arranged in the rectangular sliding grooves of the fixing plate (22) in a sliding fit mode; an operation block (24) is arranged at the rear end of the fixed clamping block (23), and the rear end of the fixed clamping block (23) is connected with the inner wall of the groove of the fixed plate (22) through a compression spring (25); the lower end of the fixed plate (22) is uniformly provided with limiting columns (26) along the circumferential direction, and the lower ends of the limiting columns (26) are positioned in the annular sliding groove of the bottom plate (1);
the oil injection device (3) comprises a side support column (31), a telescopic cylinder (32), a sleeve (33), an oil tank (34), a pressure unit (35) and a liquid injection module (36); a limiting sliding groove is formed in the first side supporting column (31), the first telescopic cylinder (32) is located in the first side supporting column (31) and is installed on the bottom plate (1), the sleeve (33) is installed in the limiting sliding groove in the first side supporting column (31) in a sliding fit mode, and the sleeve (33) is connected with the top end of the first telescopic cylinder (32); an oil tank (34) is arranged in the middle of the sleeve (33), an oil inlet hole is formed in the outer wall of the sleeve (33) which is located right above the oil tank (34), and the oil inlet hole is sealed through a rubber plug; the tail end in the sleeve (33) is provided with a pressure unit (35) and communicated with the oil liquid tank (34), and the top end in the sleeve (33) is provided with a liquid spraying unit in a sliding fit mode and communicated with the inside of the oil liquid tank (34);
the oil brushing device (4) comprises a second side supporting column (41), a second telescopic cylinder (42), an auxiliary sleeve (43), a connecting spring (44), a sponge block (45), an auxiliary cylinder (46) and a triangular block (47); a limiting sliding groove is formed in the second side supporting column (41), the second telescopic cylinder (42) is located in the second side supporting column (41) and is installed on the bottom plate (1), and the auxiliary sleeve (43) is arranged in the limiting sliding groove in the second side supporting column (41) in a sliding fit mode; the auxiliary sleeve (43) is connected to the top end of the second telescopic cylinder (42), an auxiliary cylinder (46) is arranged in the auxiliary sleeve (43), and the top end of the auxiliary cylinder (46) is connected with a triangular block (47); the top end of the auxiliary sleeve (43) is provided with a sponge block (45) in a sliding fit mode, and the sponge block (45) is connected with the inner wall of the auxiliary sleeve (43) through a connecting spring (44);
the pressure unit (35) comprises an adjusting motor (351), an adjusting convex disc (352), a pressing rod (353), a pressure piston (354), a return spring (355) and an air inlet cylinder (356); the adjusting motor (351) is installed inside the sleeve (33) through a motor base, the top end of an output shaft of the adjusting motor (351) is connected to the inner wall of the sleeve (33) through a bearing, the adjusting convex disc (352) is installed on the output shaft of the adjusting motor (351), the air inlet cylinder (356) is arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank (34), a pressing rod (353) is arranged inside the air inlet cylinder (356) in a sliding connection mode, and the top end of the pressing rod (353) is matched with the adjusting convex disc (352) through uniformly arranged movable balls; the outer wall of the pressing rod (353) is sleeved with a return spring (355); a pressure piston (354) is arranged at the end of a pressing rod (353) positioned in the air inlet cylinder (356), and a rubber sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the pressure piston (354) and is matched with the inner wall of the air inlet cylinder (356);
the liquid spraying module (36) comprises a round liquid spraying sleeve head (361), a buffer spring (362), an inner sleeve liquid spraying sleeve head (363) and a fixed spring (364); the round liquid spraying sleeve head (361) is connected with the top end of the sleeve (33) through a buffer spring (362) which is uniformly arranged; and the outer wall of the round liquid spraying sleeve head (361) is uniformly provided with liquid spraying holes; the inner sleeve liquid spraying sleeve head (363) is arranged inside the oil liquid tank (34) in a sliding fit mode, a fixed spring (364) is sleeved on the outer wall of the inner sleeve liquid spraying sleeve head (363) located inside the oil liquid tank (34), and the inner sleeve liquid spraying sleeve head (363) located outside the oil liquid tank (34) is matched with the round liquid spraying sleeve head (361).
