meanwhile, the invention divides the flue gas combustion chamber 4 into a plurality of combustion chambers 41, and a plurality of gas nozzles 411 are arranged on the chamber wall of each combustion chamber 41, thereby reducing the combustion space of the waste gas, so that the waste gas in each combustion chamber 41 can be contacted with the flame head of the gas nozzle 411, avoiding the problem that the residual waste gas in the combustion chamber 41 can not be contacted with the flame head of the gas nozzle 411, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of the waste gas in the flue gas combustion chamber 4, further ensuring the full combustion of the waste gas in the flue gas combustion chamber 4, therefore, the generation of toxic substances generated by incomplete combustion is avoided, the gas discharged into the atmosphere is clean and environment-friendly, and the anti-backfire device 413 is arranged on the smoke inlet, thereby preventing the fume from being burned in the combustion chamber 41 to cause backfire and improving the safety of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A flue gas cleaning device, comprising:
the flue gas purifier (1) is communicated with a smoke exhaust port of the boiler (12) through a smoke exhaust channel (11);
the inlet end of the smoke and dust settling channel (2) is communicated with the smoke purifier (1), and the outlet end of the smoke and dust settling channel (2) is provided with a first induced draft fan (21);
the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is a three-way pipeline, the first end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is communicated with one end of the smoke dust settling channel (2) provided with the first induced draft fan (21), the second end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline is communicated with a feeder (31), and the third end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline is communicated with a spiral hollow pipe (32);
the flue gas combustion chamber (4) is communicated with the spiral hollow pipe (32), a second draught fan (41), a plurality of gas nozzles (411) and a temperature sensor are installed in the flue gas combustion chamber (4), the plurality of gas nozzles (411) are correspondingly communicated with a gas supply device through gas pipes (410), and an electronic valve is arranged between each gas nozzle (411) and each gas pipe (410);
the controller, the controller is electric connection respectively first draught fan (21), second draught fan (41), the electronic valve and temperature sensor.
2. A flue gas cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flue gas cleaner (1) is filled with lime water to absorb sulfides and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas.
3. The flue gas purification device according to claim 1, wherein a spray head (22) is installed on the inner wall of the smoke dust settling channel (2), and a spray device is connected to the spray head (22) and electrically connected to the controller;
meanwhile, a waste liquid collecting box (23) is communicated with the inner wall of the smoke dust settling channel (2), and the waste liquid collecting box (23) receives waste liquid formed by the settled smoke dust of the spray head (22).

A flue gas cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the outlet end of the soot settling channel (2) is fitted with a dehumidifier (20) for removing the water vapor of the lime water, the water mist sprayed by the spray head (22) and the water vapor of the waste liquid.
5. The flue gas purification device according to claim 1, wherein the first end and the second end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) are both hollow frustum-shaped pipelines, the inlet end of the first end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is communicated with one end of the smoke settling channel (2) provided with the first induced draft fan (21), the inlet end of the second end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is communicated with the oxygen supply machine (31), and meanwhile, the first end and the outlet end of the second end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) are communicated with each other;
moreover, the caliber of the inlet end of the hollow frustum-shaped pipeline at the first end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is larger than that of the outlet end thereof;
meanwhile, the caliber of the inlet end of the hollow frustum-shaped pipeline at the second end of the combustion improver mixing pipeline (3) is larger than that of the outlet end thereof.

The flue gas purification device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of support shafts (321) are radially fixed on the inner wall of the spiral hollow pipe (32), each support shaft (321) is rotatably connected with a roller (322) through a bearing, and a flue gas flow channel is reserved on each roller (322) and the inner wall of the spiral hollow pipe (32).

A flue gas purification apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of combustion chambers (41) are defined in the flue gas combustion chamber (4) through partition plates, each combustion chamber (41) is provided with the temperature sensor, a flue gas inlet and outlet (412) are opened on the chamber wall of each combustion chamber (41), and a gas pipe channel is opened at the same time, the gas pipe (410) is arranged in the gas pipe channel, and a plurality of gas nozzles (411) are uniformly communicated to the gas pipe (410) through the chamber wall of each combustion chamber (41).
8. A flue gas cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein each of said flue gas inlet openings is provided with an anti-backfire device (413).
