Description

Hair dye prepared from graphite-phase carbon nitride and hair dyeing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hair dyeing, and particularly relates to a hair dye prepared from graphite-phase carbon nitride and a hair dyeing method thereof.
Background
Since the reform was open, people's standard of living constantly improved, and more people begin to focus on self image, and the hair dye trade obtains rapid development. At present, most hair dyes are oxidation type hair dyes. The oxidation type hair dye comprises a dye intermediate and a coupling agent, wherein an oxidant is matched during dyeing, the dye intermediate and the coupling agent permeate into the hair cortex, oxidation, coupling and condensation reactions are carried out to form larger dye molecules, and the dye molecules are enclosed in hair fibers and are not easy to remove, so that the aim of dyeing hair for a long time is fulfilled. However, the oxidative hair dyes are harmful to human bodies, easily cause allergy, and even induce cancer in severe cases. One reason for this is that oxidative hair dyes generally use p-phenylenediamine or the like as a dye intermediate, which is a carcinogen. Of course, some natural plant hair dyes are available in the market at present, but most of the natural plant hair dyes have low fastness, high price and few selectable colors. It is difficult to meet the market demand. Reduced graphene oxide is used as a color developing substance, matched with a high molecular polymer to be coated on the surface of hair, and the color developing substance is fixed on the surface of the hair to develop color under the action of the high molecular polymer and hair keratin. According to the method, the graphene is coated on the surface layer of the hair, the graphene is a macromolecular substance and cannot permeate into the scalp to cause harm to a human body, but the graphene is a macromolecule, so that the phenomenon of non-uniformity of hair dyeing is caused, and the dyed hair has a single color.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem is as follows: the invention aims to solve the technical problems of uneven coloring and single dyeing color of graphite macromolecules on hair and realize the aims of uniform dyeing and required dyeing color depth of graphite substances on hair.
The technical scheme is as follows:
the graphite-phase carbon nitride contains abundant nitrogen atoms, is easier to combine with hair compared with graphene, and has better fastness. However, the color of the carbon nitride on the hair is not deep enough, so that N, N' -bis (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride p-phenylenediamine capable of developing color on the hair is added, the color is superposed into the required color, and meanwhile, the dimethyltetradecyl dichloride has the property of a gemini surfactant, so that the carbon nitride can be more uniformly distributed on the hair, and more natural and uniform color can be obtained.
The invention aims to provide a hair dye, which comprises the following components: dye, surfactant, high molecular polymer and pH regulator; the surfactant is a compound N, N' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium p-phenylenediamine chloride) shown in a formula (I);
Figure BDA0002337273760000021
in one embodiment of the invention, the components of the hair dye comprise, by weight, 0.1-12 parts of graphite-phase carbon nitride, 0.5-5.0 parts of surfactant, 0.1-5 parts of high molecular polymer, 0.1-1.0 part of pH regulator and 100 parts of water; wherein the structure of the surfactant is shown as the formula (I).
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pH of the hair dye is 3 to 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, graphite phase carbon nitride is used as a color developing substance, N, N' -bis (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium p-phenylenediamine chloride is used as a color assistant and a leveling agent, and the color developing agent and the leveling agent are mixed with a high molecular polymer and then the hair is colored in a coating mode.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing the hair dye comprises: 0.1-5.0 wt% of water solution of high molecular polymer is used as solvent, 0.5-5.0 wt% of N, N' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride p-phenylenediamine and 0.1-12 wt% of graphite phase carbon nitride are added, pH is adjusted to 3-10, and 0.1-12.0% of graphite phase carbon nitride-high molecular polymer solution is prepared, thus obtaining the hair dye.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the mass concentration of N, N' -bis (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride) p-phenylenediamine is preferably 3% to 5% by weight.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method of using the hair dye includes: uniformly coating the hair dye on hair at normal temperature for coloring, and dyeing for 10-60 min.

Figure BDA0002337273760000022
the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention utilizes the surfactant N, N ' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium p-phenylenediamine chloride which is black per se to be matched with carbon nitride, the colors of the two are superposed to form the required black, and simultaneously, the (dimethyltetradecyl) dichloride has the property of a gemini surfactant, so that the carbon nitride can be more uniformly distributed on hair to obtain more natural and uniform color, because the N, N ' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium p-phenylenediamine chloride uniformly disperses the carbon nitride in microemulsion, after the carbon nitride is uniformly distributed on the hair, the N, N ' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium p-phenylenediamine chloride after emulsion breaking and the carbon nitride are adsorbed on the surface of the hair, but also interact with each other, thereby increasing the adsorption quantity of each on the hair surface, and increasing the color depth of the dyed hair. Only white hair can be dyed pale yellow using carbon nitride alone. The addition of N, N' -bis (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride can dye white hair to a tan color.
Compared with the traditional black hair dye, the hair dye disclosed by the invention does not contain aniline dyes, is green and environment-friendly, and has very good health safety.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
N, N' -bis (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride) can be prepared by the method described in the literature (synthesis and performance of gemini surfactants using p-phenylenediamine as a linking group, chemical industry for daily use, 2019, 49(5), 293-wall 297).
Fastness comparison test: the colored hair was soaked and sealed in a 50mL centrifuge tube (40mL of 5% volume shampoo). The tube was then fixed horizontally on a vortex mixer and shaken vigorously for 5 minutes. By calculating the movement of the tube from the recorded video, the frequency is determined to be about 10-12 Hz. Washed 10 times, after which the hair was rinsed with water and dried in air or at 60 ℃. And their color difference Δ E from the hair before washing was measured.
Example 1: brown black hair dye
Preparing a hair dye: dissolving graphite-phase carbon nitride 1g in 100ml of water solution, adding ascorbic acid 3g to reduce the substance, adding chitosan 1g and N, N' -di (dimethyltetradecyl (2-hydroxy-1, 3-propylidene) ammonium chloride p-phenylenediamine 5g, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain the hair dye.
