In another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method of preparing a medical patch. According to an embodiment of the invention, the method comprises: forming a glue solution layer on the base material; forming predetermined lines in the glue layer by using the gill box or the line forming device; and curing the glue solution layer with the predetermined lines. By the method, the medical patch can be conveniently and quickly prepared, the automation degree is high, the processing yield is high, and the cost is low.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the specific type of medical patch is not particularly limited, and may be any medical patch, including, but not limited to, a band-aid, an adhesive bandage, a plaster, an intramuscular patch, and the like.
The particular method of forming the gel layer on the substrate according to some embodiments of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, coating, knife coating, spraying, and the like, and the particular operating steps and parameters may be performed according to conventional techniques. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the method for curing the glue solution is not particularly limited, and a suitable curing manner, such as photo-curing, thermal-curing, etc., may be selected according to the specific kind of the glue solution, and the specific operation steps and parameters may also be performed according to conventional operations.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the specific type of the substrate may be a common substrate for medical patch, such as non-woven fabric, etc., and the specific type of the glue solution may also be flexibly selected according to actual needs, such as pressure-sensitive glue (polyacrylate pressure-sensitive glue), etc.

(1) the height adjustment assembly includes: the comb needle frame is arranged on one side, close to the comb needles, of the upper cover, a comb needle accommodating hole and a comb needle fixing hole are formed in the comb needle frame, the comb needle accommodating hole is formed in a first surface, far away from the upper cover, of the comb needle frame and used for accommodating a first end of the comb needles, the comb needle fixing hole is communicated with the comb needle accommodating hole, and the depth direction of the comb needle fixing hole is intersected with the depth direction of the comb needle accommodating hole;
one end of the comb needle fixing piece extends into the comb needle fixing hole and is used for fixing the comb needles;
(2) the height adjustment assembly includes: the height adjusting screw is arranged on the upper cover, and the first end of the comb pin is connected with the upper cover through the height adjusting screw.
4. The texturing machine of claim 3, wherein the depth of the card wire receiving hole is greater than or equal to 10 mm.
5. The gill box for grain forming according to claim 3, wherein the gill box and the height adjusting screw satisfy the following condition (3) or condition (4):
(3) the height adjusting screw comprises a screw rod and a cap, the screw rod penetrates through the upper cover, the cap is arranged on one side, away from the comb pins, of the upper cover, one end of the screw rod in the length direction is connected with the first end of the comb pins, and the other end of the screw rod in the length direction is connected with the cap through threads;
(4) the first end of the comb needle is provided with a thread, the height adjusting screw comprises a cap, the cap is arranged on one side, away from the comb needle, of the upper cover, and the first end of the comb needle is connected with the cap through the thread.
6. The gill box of claim 1, wherein the gill box satisfies at least one of the following conditions:
the cross-sectional shape of the second end of the card wire is a regular shape or an irregular shape, preferably at least one of a circle, an ellipse, a diamond, a square and a rectangle;
the surface tension of the second end of the card wire is less than or equal to 30 dynes/cm;
the second end of the comb needle is made of stainless steel with a polytetrafluoroethylene coating formed on the surface.
7. The gill box for grain forming according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the maximum radial dimension of the second end of the card wire is 1 mm-3 mm;
the length of the comb needle is 15 mm-30 mm;
the distance between two adjacent comb pins is 2 mm-10 mm;
the clearance between the inner wall of the comb wire accommodating hole and the comb wire is less than or equal to 0.3 mm.
8. A grain forming device, comprising:
a support;
the sliding shaft is arranged on the bracket and can reciprocate along the axial direction;
a gillbox according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is fixed to the sliding shaft;
the bearing piece is arranged on the bracket, is opposite to the second end of the comb needle in the needle combing device and is used for bearing the piece to be processed;
optionally, the texturing device further comprises at least one of:
the limiting piece is arranged on the bracket and used for limiting the sliding shaft to move only in the axial direction;
and the motor is arranged on the bracket and used for driving the sliding shaft to reciprocate along the axial direction.
9. The texturing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the carrier member is a soft roller.
10. A method of making a medical patch, comprising:
forming a glue solution layer on the base material;
forming a predetermined pattern in the gum layer using the gill box of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the pattern forming device of claim 8 or 9;
and curing the glue solution layer with the predetermined lines.
