To facilitate an understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description of a trans-abdominal cervical cerclage as disclosed in the present embodiment will be provided first.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to a schematic structural view of a transabdominal cervical ligation band as shown in fig. 1, the transabdominal cervical ligation band mainly comprises: a cerclage band 101 provided with an opening device, a smart card 105 and a susceptor 104 connected to the opening device.
In this embodiment, the opening device includes a chute member 102 and a pressing block member 103 matching with the chute member 102, and the chute member 102 and the pressing block member 103 are respectively disposed at two ends of the bandage 101.
The susceptor 104 is a passive rfid sensor susceptor, and referring to the schematic structural diagram of the susceptor shown in fig. 2, the susceptor 104 mainly includes a first antenna of the MUT series and a second antenna connected to an interrogator (also called a reader); wherein the first antenna may transmit the backscatter signal to the second antenna, and the second antenna may transmit the interrogation signal of the interrogator to the first antenna, thereby enabling transmission of the signal.
The integrated circuit in the smart card 105 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), an EEPROM (Programmable Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), and a COS (Chip Operating System) that is fixed in the ROM (Read-Only Memory).
The ring-tie 101 is typically a mousseline ring-tie, although the ring-tie 101 may be other similar products and is not limited thereto.
In a possible embodiment, the susceptor 104 and the smart card 105 are fixed to the cerclage tape 101. Of course, a combination of aspects (such as the volume of cerclage band 101) may be desirable to better utilize the above-described trans-abdominal cervical cerclage band in a practical application.
Based on the structure, the working principle of the trans-abdominal cervical ring-tying belt can be shown as follows:
the receptor 104 is used for monitoring the uterine contraction parameters and sending the monitored uterine contraction parameter values to the intelligent card 105; wherein the uterine contraction parameter values comprise uterine contraction pressure, uterine contraction frequency and uterine contraction duration. It is understood that the second delivery after cervical cerclage is divided into two cases, one is natural labor and the other is iatrogenic termination of pregnancy. The former is that the patient has regular uterine contraction until the cervix dilates, and the latter is that the fetus is abnormal or the pregnant woman has to give birth due to disease or other reasons. Whether the pregnancy is a natural antenatal or iatrogenic termination, a regular uterine contraction occurs, which can be sensed (i.e., monitored) by the receptor 104, and the monitored specific uterine contraction parameter value is sent to the smart card 105, so that the smart card 105 stores and analyzes the uterine contraction parameter value.
And the intelligent card 105 is used for comparing the uterine contraction parameter value with a preset first parameter threshold value, and when the uterine contraction parameter value is larger than the first parameter threshold value, sending a first opening instruction to the opening device so that the opening device in the buckling state executes an opening action corresponding to the first opening instruction.
In a particular implementation, the first parameter threshold includes a first pressure threshold, a first frequency threshold, and a first time threshold. In this case, the smart card 105 is further configured to: comparing the uterine contraction pressure with a first pressure threshold, the uterine contraction frequency with a first frequency threshold, and the uterine contraction duration with a first time threshold; and when the uterine contraction pressure is greater than a first pressure threshold, the uterine contraction frequency is greater than a first frequency threshold, and the uterine contraction duration is greater than a first time threshold, sending a first opening instruction to the opening device.
The trans-abdominal cervical cerclage belt provided by the embodiment monitors the uterine contraction parameter value in real time through the receptor 104, compares the uterine contraction parameter value through the smart card 105, and automatically controls the opening action of the opening device in time according to the comparison result, so that serious complications such as uterine rupture or cervical laceration can be well avoided. From this, better improvement demolish the difficult problem behind the present belly cerclage, just also avoided the difficult problem that can't give birth through the vagina, can effectively reduce cut open palace productivity, the curative effect of belly cerclage has still been kept through the belly cerclage area that this embodiment provided simultaneously, has better guarantee to patient's health and safety.
In addition to the above-mentioned trans-abdominal cervical ring-tying band, this embodiment further provides another trans-abdominal cervical ring-tying band, which can refer to the schematic structural diagram of another trans-abdominal cervical ring-tying band shown in fig. 3. The trans-abdominal cervical girdle in this embodiment further comprises a remote monitoring system 200 connected to the smart card 105, and in particular, the remote monitoring system 200 can be connected to the smart card 105 secured in the pregnant woman by wireless communication technology.
And the remote monitoring system 200 is used for receiving and counting the uterine contraction parameter value and the first opening instruction. The remote monitoring system 200 is further configured to generate a second opening instruction for the user operation in response to the user operation, and send the second opening instruction to the opening device in the locked state through the smart card 105, so that the opening device executes an opening action corresponding to the second opening instruction.
The remote monitoring system 200 may be a mobile phone, a computer, or a server. The user operation is generally an operation of the remote monitoring system 200 by a medical staff according to a clinical actual situation, for example, for the following clinical scenarios: clinical assessment of labor mechanism has already started, labor is inevitable; or clinically assessing the pregnant woman for serious events in which pregnancy should not continue, such as serious cardiovascular disease, uterine rupture or pre-uterine rupture. The medical staff may comprehensively consider various actual clinical situations and initiate the related operation of opening the opening device on the interactive interface of the remote monitoring system 200, and the remote monitoring system 200 may respond to the user operation and control the opening of the opening device accordingly.
Of course, the user operation is not limited to the operation of opening the opening device, and other operations, such as the operation of reading data in the smart card, are also possible, and are not limited herein.
In another possible embodiment, the remote monitoring system 200 is further configured to: and comparing the uterine contraction parameter value with a preset second parameter threshold value, and generating early warning information when the uterine contraction parameter value is larger than the second parameter threshold value and smaller than the first parameter threshold value. It is to be appreciated that the second parameter threshold may include a second pressure threshold, a second frequency threshold, and a second time threshold; considering that the second parameter threshold is used for generating the warning information, and the emergency degree that the opening device must be opened is not reached, each parameter value of the second parameter threshold may be smaller than the corresponding parameter value of the first parameter threshold.
Specifically, the remote monitoring system 200 monitors and analyzes the finished uterine contraction parameter value in real time, when the comparison result between the uterine contraction parameter value and the second parameter threshold value is abnormal, for example, the uterine contraction frequency reaches once every 2 to 3 minutes, the duration time of each uterine contraction reaches 45 to 60 seconds, the uterine contraction pressure reaches 75 to 100mmHg, the total duration time of the uterine contraction reaches 30 minutes, the remote monitoring system 200 generates early warning information, and sends the early warning information to a doctor through prestored doctor contact information, so that the doctor can contact the patient to see a doctor immediately after receiving the early warning signal, or inform the patient of the nearby medical doctor.
In practical applications, referring to fig. 3, the remote monitoring system 200 may include a data monitoring device and/or a data analysis server. Wherein, the data monitoring equipment can be a plurality of, is used for receiving, storing and analysis uterine contraction parameter value. The data analysis server is usually large in capacity and has strong data analysis capacity, and based on the data analysis server, the data analysis server can be connected with a plurality of data monitoring devices at the same time, collects data of each data monitoring device, can compare a uterine contraction parameter value with a second parameter threshold value, and generates early warning information according to a comparison result.
In addition, the remote monitoring system 200 can collect other uterine electrophysiological data in clinical applications to better study the physiological pathology of labor and promote medical progress.
In summary, the opening device of the ring-tying belt 101 can be automatically opened through the abdominal cervical ring-tying belt, the difficult problem that the operation delivery is needed after the abdominal cervical ring-tying is effectively relieved, the cesarean section yield is reduced, and the near-far complications of the patient caused by the operation are reduced. Particularly for pregnant women who need to terminate pregnancy due to fetal deformity, the interval of the second pregnancy is short without operation, and the safety of the second pregnancy without scars on the uterus is obviously improved. By further combining with the remote monitoring system 200, the patient can be facilitated, and the doctor can quickly and timely make a judgment on the patient's condition and give guidance.
