Abstract
The invention discloses an endoscope capsule lamp panel cover, an endoscope capsule and an assembling method, wherein the endoscope capsule lamp panel cover comprises a cover body (1); the middle part of the cover body (1) is provided with a camera hole (1 a); the edge of the end part of the cover body (1) is provided with a convex pressing position (4). The invention can prevent the capsule shell hood from being difficult to assemble after the PCB board bounces, improve the production efficiency and facilitate the disassembly and the maintenance; and bad contact or short circuit, disconnection and other bad phenomena caused by FPC extrusion or distortion are reduced; the integrity of the whole capsule is improved, and the whole capsule is more attractive; the PCB is simple to assemble, not easy to warp and high in yield; and the lens is clear in imaging and is not reflective.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to medical equipment, and is especially one kind of endoscope capsule and its assembling process.
Background
The wireless capsule endoscope is widely applied to the aspect of examining digestive tract diseases of patients, and the structure of the wireless capsule endoscope is that an image acquisition module, a signal processing module, a battery, a radio frequency module and an antenna are integrated into a capsule core through a bracket and then are installed in a capsule shell, for example, the wireless capsule endoscope disclosed in CN 208659309U. As a simple assembling mode, electronic components such as the image acquisition module, the signal processing module and the radio frequency module are arranged on at least two PCBs, and the PCBs are connected through flexible parts such as FPC. The battery is arranged between the two PCBs through the spring and provides power for the PCBs.
However, in the assembly process of the existing capsule core, the PCB tends to bounce under the action of the FPC belt, so the assembly is difficult, and the FPC belt is easy to be extruded or twisted, so that the capsule core has poor contact or poor phenomena such as short circuit, disconnection and the like. To prevent the PCB from bouncing, the housing and the optical front cover are pressed against the PCB during capsule assembly. However, the dimensional accuracy of the PCB is usually plus or minus 0.1mm, so that the assembly error is large, and even the PCB is difficult to press, which directly results in low yield of products and low production efficiency.
Those skilled in the art have therefore endeavored to develop a structure and method that allows a capsule endoscope front cover and rear housing to be assembled with high precision.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a structure and a method for assembling a front cover and a rear housing of a capsule endoscope with high precision.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an endoscope capsule light board cover, comprising a cover body; the middle part of the cover body is provided with a camera hole; the edge of the end part of the cover body is provided with a convex pressing position.
In order to prevent the inconvenience of assembling the PCB due to the self-memory resilience of the FPC (soft) when the optical front cover is not buckled on the shell, the end part of the cover body is provided with a positioning column.
Preferably, four positioning columns are uniformly distributed at the end part of the cover body.
In order to enable the appearance of the capsule core to be more integrated and not expose any other parts, the top of the cover body is provided with a clearance hole.
In order to prevent the optical adverse phenomena of lens imaging blurring, light reflection and the like, the inner side of the clearance hole of the cover body is provided with a shading ring.
The invention also provides an endoscope capsule, which comprises a shell and an optical front cover; an inner core is arranged in the shell; the joint of the shell and the optical front cover is provided with the endoscope capsule lamp panel cover.
Preferably, the optical front cover is arranged at both ends of the shell; the two ends of the inner core are axially fixed through the pressing positions of the endoscope capsule lamp panel covers which are abutted against each other.
The invention also provides an endoscope capsule assembling method, which comprises the following steps:
1) providing a capsule shell, a capsule core and an optical front cover;
2) loading the capsule core into the shell;
3) a cover body is arranged at the end part of the capsule inner core; the end of the cover body abuts against the capsule inner core and has a pressing position with a radial size extending to the connecting part of the capsule shell;
4) the capsule housing is mated with the optical front cover.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can prevent the capsule shell hood from being difficult to assemble after the PCB board bounces, improve the production efficiency and facilitate the disassembly and the maintenance; and bad contact or short circuit, disconnection and other bad phenomena caused by FPC extrusion or distortion are reduced; the integrity of the whole capsule is improved, and the whole capsule is more attractive; the PCB is simple to assemble, not easy to warp and high in yield; and the lens is clear in imaging and is not reflective.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
an endoscopic capsule assembly method comprising the steps of:
1) providing a capsule shell, a capsule core and an optical front cover;
2) loading the capsule core into the shell;
3) a cover body is arranged at the end part of the capsule inner core; the end of the cover body abuts against the capsule inner core and has a pressing position with a radial size extending to the connecting part of the capsule shell;
4) the capsule housing is mated with the optical front cover.
As shown in fig. 1, the above-described assembling method results in an endoscope capsule including a housing 100, both ends of the housing 100 being provided with optical front covers 200, and an inner core 300 being provided in the housing 100. An endoscope capsule light board cover 400 is provided at the junction of the housing 100 and the optical front cover 200. The inner core 300 is axially fixed at both ends by the pressed position of the abutting endoscope capsule light board cover 400.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the endoscope capsule lamp panel cover includes a cover body 1, a camera hole 1a is provided in the middle of the cover body 1, and a convex pressing position 4 is provided at the edge of the end of the cover body 1. The cover body 1 is provided with the shading ring 3 at the inner side of the clearance hole 2, so that the light of the luminous source can not directly irradiate the lens, thereby preventing the optical bad phenomena of lens imaging blurring, light reflection and the like.

An endoscopic capsule comprising a housing (100) and an optical front cover (200); an inner core (300) is arranged in the shell (100); the method is characterized in that: the connection of the housing (100) to the optical front cover (200) is provided with an endoscope capsule light board cover according to any of claims 1 to 5.
7. An endoscopy capsule according to claim 6, wherein: the optical front cover (200) is arranged at both ends of the shell (100); the two ends of the inner core (300) are axially fixed through the pressing positions of the endoscope capsule lamp panel covers in abutting connection.
8. An endoscope capsule assembly method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) providing a capsule shell, a capsule core and an optical front cover;
2) loading the capsule core into the shell;
3) a cover body is arranged at the end part of the capsule inner core; the end of the cover body abuts against the capsule inner core and has a pressing position with a radial size extending to the connecting part of the capsule shell;
4) the capsule housing is mated with the optical front cover.
