Abstract

本发明公开了一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液及其制备方法,其技术方案要点是按质量份数计包括以下组分,去离子水60~80份,乙酸3~4份,壳聚糖乳酸盐6~8份,二氧化氯1~2份,双链季铵盐1~2份,阳离子聚合胍1份,制备时进行分步溶混,在加入壳聚糖乳酸盐前预先分散阳离子聚合胍,再加入乙酸后添加壳聚糖乳酸盐,最后添加二氧化氯和双链季铵盐,本发明的优点在于毒性低,杀菌效果良好且制备工序较为简单。

水产养殖用抗菌消毒液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒剂及其制备方法,更具体地说,它涉及一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前水产养殖行业常用的消毒产品品种很多,性能不一,有高、中、低效之分,多为含氯类杀菌剂(如二氧化氯、漂白粉等)、醛类(戊二醛)、高锰酸钾、碘类、酚类等产品,缺点是稳定性差、使用浓度不易掌握、有刺激性气味、腐蚀性强等缺点。对养殖物由于细菌引起的各类疾病往往使用抗生素类药物进行治疗,缺点是见效慢、易产生耐药性、费用高、使用复杂。因此,养殖户们一直希望能有一种经济型的生物类产品,既能对养殖物治病防病,又能对水体进行杀菌、改善水质的多功能产品出现。解决养殖过程中的难题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液,按质量份数计包括以下组分,去离子水60~80份,乙酸3~4份,壳聚糖乳酸盐6~8份,二氧化氯1~2份,双链季铵盐1~2份,阳离子聚合胍1份。
制备权利要求1所述的水产养殖用抗菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分配比将阳离子聚合胍加入去离子水,加热至32℃,以120rad/min的转速充分搅拌20min使阳离子聚合胍充分分散;
(2)将步骤(1)中的溶液降温至8℃,加入乙酸,静置30min使乙酸自然均匀分散;
(3)将步骤(2)中的溶液保持8℃并加入壳聚糖乳酸盐,以80rad/min的转速搅拌15min后升温至40℃,再振荡混合10min;
(4)在步骤(3)获得的溶液中加入二氧化氯和双链季铵盐,振荡混合20min,制得成品。
作为优选的,步骤(3)中以80rad/min的转速搅拌时以顺时针搅拌30s再逆时针搅拌30s的方式进行搅拌。
本发明相对现有技术相比具有以下优点:壳聚糖乳酸盐作为食品添加剂级的抗菌剂,安全无毒,且对大肠肝菌的繁殖具有较好的抑制作用,而且壳聚糖谷氨酸盐对酵母菌如酿酒酵母的繁衍也具有较好的抑制效果,并且,1mg/mL的壳聚糖乳酸盐会使酵母菌在17min内完全失去活性,由于壳聚糖可渗入细菌的核中并和DNA结合,抑制mRNA的合成,从而阻碍了mRNA与蛋白质的合成,达到抗菌作用,二氧化氯作为第四代水产消毒剂,被联合国卫生组织确认为AI级安全消毒剂。其不仅能大幅度减少水中致病微生物的数量,而且不损害浮游生物,对水体有消毒和增氧作用,对鱼类出血性败血病、烂鳃病、赤皮病、肠炎病、水霉病等以及对虾的弧菌病、病毒病等均有显著疗效。过硫酸氢钾复合盐作为第五代消毒剂,真正达到了高效、安全、无残留,双链季铵盐其杀菌灭毒机理是卤化微生物蛋白质使其死亡。可杀灭细菌繁殖体、真菌和部分病毒,基本无毒性,在制备时,加入壳聚糖乳酸盐前预先分散阳离子聚合胍,可以给后续加入壳聚糖乳酸盐时预先提供良好的分散基质环境,而后加入乙酸,可以给予壳聚糖乳酸盐保持生物活性所需的酸性环境。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明水产养殖用抗菌消毒液及其制备方法实施例做进一步说明。
一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液,按质量份数计包括以下组分,去离子水60~80份,乙酸3~4份,壳聚糖乳酸盐6~8份,二氧化氯1~2份,双链季铵盐1~2份,阳离子聚合胍1份。
制备权利要求1所述的水产养殖用抗菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分配比将阳离子聚合胍加入去离子水,加热至32℃,以120rad/min的转速充分搅拌20min使阳离子聚合胍充分分散;
(2)将步骤(1)中的溶液降温至8℃,加入乙酸,静置30min使乙酸自然均匀分散;
(3)将步骤(2)中的溶液保持8℃并加入壳聚糖乳酸盐,以80rad/min的转速搅拌15min后升温至40℃,再振荡混合10min;
(4)在步骤(3)获得的溶液中加入二氧化氯和双链季铵盐,振荡混合20min,制得成品。
步骤(3)中以80rad/min的转速搅拌时以顺时针搅拌30s再逆时针搅拌30s的方式进行搅拌。

制备成品后进行实验性布撒,以每立方水体布撒0.5升该水产养殖用抗菌消毒液的浓度洒药,静置1小时后测量水体菌群密度,测得菌密度降低了82.7%,且对水体中养殖的水产无明显不良反应。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种水产养殖用抗菌消毒液,其特征在于:按质量份数计包括以下组分,去离子水60~80份,乙酸3~4份,壳聚糖乳酸盐6~8份,二氧化氯1~2份,双链季铵盐1~2份,阳离子聚合胍1份。
2.制备权利要求1所述的水产养殖用抗菌消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分配比将阳离子聚合胍加入去离子水,加热至32℃,以120rad/min的转速充分搅拌20min使阳离子聚合胍充分分散;
(2)将步骤(1)中的溶液降温至8℃,加入乙酸,静置30min使乙酸自然均匀分散;
(3)将步骤(2)中的溶液保持8℃并加入壳聚糖乳酸盐,以80rad/min的转速搅拌15min后升温至40℃,再振荡混合10min;
(4)在步骤(3)获得的溶液中加入二氧化氯和双链季铵盐,振荡混合20min,制得成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水产养殖用抗菌消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中以80rad/min的转速搅拌时以顺时针搅拌30s再逆时针搅拌30s的方式进行搅拌。
