The time processing method of the cross-time-zone conference system can be applied to the cross-time-zone conference system, smooth upgrade from domestic software to international software of a conference server side is achieved, and new and old versions are compatible.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, there is provided a cross-time zone conferencing system time processing method, the method comprising the steps of:
step S110, the conference server side obtains the first time zone of the location of the conference server side, and the first time zone is used as the conference server time zone.
In this step, the conference server determines its location according to GPS positioning or other methods and obtains a first time zone of its location, and the first time zone is used as a system time zone of the server, that is, the conference server time zone, and the conference server time zone is used when time information is generated and processed inside the server. The step solves the compatibility problem from the domestic conference software version to the internationalized conference software version, and for the domestic old version conference terminal, the protocol layer time is the protocol layer time currently used by the conference terminal, so that the conference terminal can be smoothly upgraded.
Step S120, the conference server receives the request of the conference initiating terminal, and returns to the conference server time zone according to the request, wherein the conference server time zone is used for indicating the conference initiating terminal to acquire the conference time on the protocol layer; and the time zone in which the conference time on the protocol layer is positioned is consistent with the conference server time zone.
In this step, before the conference initiating terminal initiates the interaction request, a conference server time zone is requested from the conference server terminal, and the conference server time zone is used to instruct the conference initiating terminal to convert the conference time. Since each terminal of the conference uses the time of the server time zone in the subsequent protocol interaction, the time of the server time zone of the conference is also called the protocol layer time, and all the interaction related to the conference, such as conference creation, conference reservation, start and end of the conference, attendee sign-in, and the like, can be called the conference time on the protocol layer. After the conference initiator acquires the time zone of the conference server, the time of the conference request on the protocol layer can be converted.
Step S130, the conference server receives the conference time on the protocol layer sent by the conference initiator.
In this step, the conference initiating terminal converts the conference time into the conference time on the protocol layer and sends the conference time to the conference server terminal, and the conference server terminal receives the conference time on the protocol layer and can process the conference time on the protocol layer without time conversion.
By the method, even if the old conference terminal in China is upgraded to the international version, the protocol layer time can still be calculated through the conversion mode, interaction with the conference server side in the international system is realized, the conference system is smoothly upgraded to the international system, and the international conference system can be compatible with the conference terminals of the new and old versions.
In one embodiment, the method of cross-time zone conferencing system time handling further comprises the steps of:
and the conference server side sends the conference time and the conference server time zone on the protocol layer to the conference access end, wherein the conference time and the conference server time zone on the protocol layer are used for indicating the conference access end to acquire the presentation layer time of the conference at the location of the conference access end.
In this embodiment, the conference server sends the obtained conference time and the obtained conference server time zone on the protocol layer to the conference access terminals, where the conference access terminals refer to each conference participant in the conference initiated by the conference initiator. The conference access terminal can convert the conference time into the local conference time of the conference access terminal according to the received conference time on the protocol layer and the conference server time zone, so that the conference server terminal does not need to process the time information, but the display layer time seen by a user of the conference access terminal is the local time, and the time display of the conference system is more practical and convenient.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, there is provided a method of cross time zone conferencing system time processing, comprising the steps of:
step S210: and the conference initiating terminal acquires a second time zone of the location of the conference initiating terminal.
In this step, the conference initiator determines its location according to GPS positioning or other methods and obtains the time zone of the location, i.e., the second time zone.
Step S220: and the conference initiating terminal sends a request for acquiring the conference server time zone to the conference server terminal and receives the conference server time zone returned by the conference server terminal.
In this step, before the conference initiating terminal initiates the interaction request, a conference server time zone is requested from the conference server terminal, and a response from the conference server terminal regarding the request is received, where the conference server time zone is used to guide the conference initiating terminal to convert the conference time.
Step S230: and the conference initiating terminal acquires the conference time on the protocol layer according to the conference server time zone, the second time zone and the first presentation layer time, wherein the first presentation layer time is the display time of the conference at the conference initiating terminal, and the time zone in which the conference time on the protocol layer is located is consistent with the conference server time zone.
In this step, the conference initiator obtains the conference time on the protocol layer according to the conference server time zone, the second time zone and the first presentation layer time, the first presentation layer time is the local time of the conference initiator, the conference initiator converts the time information of the conference initiator according to the server time zone before communicating with the conference server, and communicates with the conference server by using the time on the protocol layer, where the conference time on the protocol layer may be the reserved conference time or any time point in the real-time conference, and the interactive communication is performed by using the time on the protocol layer, which improves the efficiency of information processing on the conference server.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining the meeting time at the protocol layer based on the meeting server time zone, the second time zone, and the first presentation layer time comprises the steps of:
the conference origin receives the input conference origin-destination time, and acquires the conference time on the protocol layer according to the conference server time zone, the second time zone and the conference origin-destination time; and sending the conference time on the protocol layer to a conference server end, and forwarding the conference time to a conference access end through the conference server end.
In this embodiment, the conference originating terminal receives the input conference origin-destination time, for example, the conference time is 14: 00-16: 00, the conference originating terminal can calculate the conference time on the protocol layer according to the conference server time zone, the second time zone and the conference time, and sends the conference time on the protocol layer to the conference server terminal, and the conference server terminal sends the time information to other conference terminals that need to access the conference. By the method, the conference initiating terminal processes the received conference information to obtain the conference time on the protocol layer, and then sends the time information to the conference server terminal, so that the information processing efficiency of the conference server terminal is improved.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining the meeting time at the protocol layer based on the meeting server time zone, the second time zone, and the first presentation layer time comprises the steps of:
according to TProtocol layer=TA first display layer+TZServer–TZIIAcquiring meeting time on a protocol layer;
wherein, TProtocol layerFor meeting time, T, at the protocol layerA first display layerIs the first presentation layer time, TZServerFor conference server time zone, TZIIIs a second time zone.
In this embodiment, the conference initiator may convert the conference time on the protocol layer according to the conference server time zone, the second time zone, the first presentation layer time, and the formula, for example: when a terminal of a Markov (UTC +5) wants to reserve a conference, the conference time period selected on a terminal interface is 2019-07-0110:00:00 to 2019-07-0112: 00:00, and is the Markov time, a conference server is located in Hangzhou (UTC +8), and at the moment, the conference time sent to a protocol layer of a conference server end is as follows:
2019-07-0110:00:00 +8-5 ═ 13:00:00 to
2019-07-0112: 00:00+ 8-5: 15:00:00, which is Beijing time in China.
The conference initiating terminal calculates the time on the protocol layer through the calculation method to communicate with the conference server terminal, so that the information processing efficiency of the server is improved.
In one embodiment, after the step of sending a request for obtaining a conference server time zone to a conference server end and receiving a conference server time zone returned by the conference server end, the method further includes the following steps:
and under the condition that the time zone of the conference server end is the same as the time zone of the place where the conference initiator is located, taking the presentation layer time as the protocol layer time.
In this step, when the time zone of the conference server is the same as the time zone of the conference initiator, the above formula shows that the time of the protocol layer is the same as the time of the first presentation layer, for example, when the conference server is in the state of hangzhou (UTC +8) and the conference initiator is also in the state of hangzhou (UTC +8), and when the conference initiator initiates a conference room starting at 14:00, the time conversion can be omitted, and the time information 14:00 is directly sent to the conference server, in this case, the time conversion step can be omitted, thereby reducing unnecessary time conversion and improving communication efficiency.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, there is provided a method of cross time zone conferencing system time processing, comprising the steps of:
step S310: the conference access terminal acquires a third time zone of the location of the conference access terminal;
step S320: receiving a conference server time zone and conference time on a protocol layer returned by a conference server, wherein the time zone in which the conference time on the protocol layer is located is consistent with the conference server time zone;
step S330: and the conference access terminal acquires second presentation layer time according to the conference server time zone, the third time zone and protocol layer time of the conference, wherein the second presentation layer time is display time of the conference at the conference access terminal.
In this embodiment, the conference access terminal determines its location according to GPS positioning or other methods and obtains a time zone of the location, that is, a second time zone. And then determining the time of the conference in the local time zone of the conference access terminal according to the server time zone sent by the conference server terminal and the conference time on the protocol layer. According to the embodiment, the time conversion process of the conference server end when information is forwarded is omitted, time conversion is carried out by the conference access end, the working efficiency of the conference server is improved, and meanwhile, the time displayed at the conference access end is the local time of the location of the conference access end, so that the time display of the conference access end is more visual and convenient.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining the second presentation layer time according to the conference server time zone, the third time zone and the protocol layer time of the conference comprises the steps of:
according to TA second display layer=TProtocol layer–TZServer+TZIIIAcquiring a second presentation layer time;
wherein, TSecond display layerIs the second presentation layer time, TProtocol layerFor meeting time on the protocol layer, TZServerFor conference server time zone, TZIIIIs a third time zone.
For example: when the conference server end in the state of Hangzhou (UTC +8) sends the conference time 2019-07-0113: 00: 00-2019-07-0115: 00:00 on the protocol layer to BuYinous Airis (UTC-3) in Argentina, the conference access end in Argentina can calculate the local conference time as follows according to the above calculation formula:
2019-07-0113: 00: 00-8 + (-3): 2:00:00 to
2019-07-0115: 00: 00-8 + (-3) ═ 4:00:00, Argentina daylight savings time.
According to the calculation rule, the conference access end can conveniently convert the conference time on the protocol layer sent by the conference server end, and the converted presentation layer time is convenient for local participants to use the conference system.
In one embodiment, after the step of receiving the conference server time zone and the conference time on the protocol layer returned by the conference server, the method comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the time zone of the conference server end is the same as the time zone of the place where the conference access end is located, taking the conference time on the protocol layer as the second presentation layer time.
In this step, when the time zone of the conference server is the same as the time zone of the conference access terminal, it can be known from the above formula that the time of the first presentation layer is the same as the time of the protocol layer, for example, when the conference server is in hangzhou (UTC +8) and the conference access terminal is in beijing (UTC +8), when the conference server sends a conference beginning at 10:00 to the conference access terminal, the conference access terminal can omit the time conversion, and directly uses the time information 10:00 as the time presented on the client, in this case, the step of time conversion can be omitted, and the communication efficiency can be improved.
