As shown in fig. 11 to 12, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second plate portion 120 is provided with a water discharge hole 123, the water discharge hole 123 may be provided at a lower portion of the second plate portion 120, and accumulated water at the second plate portion 120 may be discharged through the water discharge hole 123, so that accumulated water may be effectively prevented from stagnating at the water discharge hole 123.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, a groove 124 is provided at an edge of the second plate portion 120, a drainage hole 123 is provided on a peripheral wall of the groove 124, and the drainage hole 123 is a hole facing downward, accumulated water flows downward under the action of gravity, and when accumulated water in the groove 124 flows to a position where the drainage hole 123 is provided, the accumulated water flows out of the second plate portion 120, thereby preventing a large amount of accumulated water from being generated in the second plate portion 120 and causing a safety hazard to the distribution box 1000.
As shown in fig. 12, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, there may be a plurality of drainage holes 123, a plurality of drainage holes 123 are disposed in the groove 124, and the plurality of drainage holes 123 are distributed at intervals, so as to ensure that accumulated water is drained through the drainage holes 123 better.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first plate portion 110 is provided with the drain grooves 116, the drain grooves 116 are provided at a lower portion of the first plate portion 110, and the accumulated water in the first plate portion 110 can be drained through the drain grooves 116, so that the accumulated water can be effectively prevented from being stagnant in the first plate portion 110.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the drainage groove 116 is opened downward, the accumulated water flows downward by gravity, and when the accumulated water flows to a position where the drainage groove 116 is provided, the accumulated water flows out from the drainage groove 116, thereby preventing a large amount of accumulated water from being generated in the first plate portion 110 to cause a safety hazard to the distribution box 1000.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the accumulated water flows to the first drainage portion 122, the first drainage portion 122 has a drainage function on the accumulated water, the accumulated water flows to the groove 124 of the second plate portion 120 through drainage of the first drainage portion 122, the accumulated water can flow down along the side wall of the groove 124, and when the accumulated water flows to the position where the drainage hole 123 is disposed in the groove 124, the accumulated water can flow out from the drainage hole 123, so that the accumulated water can be prevented from being retained at the second plate portion 120 to bring a safety hazard to the distribution box 1000, and the safety of the distribution box 1000 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the accumulated water flows to the second drainage portion 113, the second drainage portion 113 has a drainage function on the accumulated water, the accumulated water flows to the edge of the first plate portion 110 by drainage of the second drainage portion 113, and the accumulated water can flow down along the edge of the first plate portion 110, and when the accumulated water flows to the position of the first plate portion 110 where the drainage groove 116 is disposed, the accumulated water can flow out from the drainage groove 116, so that the accumulated water can be prevented from being retained at the first plate portion 110, and a safety hazard is brought to the distribution box 1000.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 11, the rear surface of the first plate portion 110 is provided with an annular sealing strip 111, the second plate portion 120 is provided with an opening 121, and the edge of the opening 121 is provided with a stop portion 1211.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the stopping portion 1211 includes a front portion 1211a and a rear portion 1211b, the front portion 1211a of the stopping portion 1211 is fitted in the sealing tape 111, the rear portion 1211b of the uppermost stopping portion 1211 is provided with a first flow guiding portion 122 for guiding the fluid, and the first flow guiding portion 122 extends in a length direction of the uppermost stopping portion 1211. The upper surface of first drainage portion 122 is for having the inclined plane of certain contained angle with the horizontal direction to ponding can't be detained at first drainage portion 122 under the effect of gravity, can flow along the direction that first drainage portion 122 extends.
Specifically, the lower end of the first drainage part 122 extends to the groove 124 at the periphery of the second board part 120, so that accumulated water can be drained to the groove 124 under the action of the first drainage part 122, water can flow down along the side wall of the groove 124, a drainage hole 123 is formed in the groove 124 below the second board part 120, and when the accumulated water flows to the drainage hole 123, the water can flow out from the drainage hole 123, so that the situation that the accumulated water stays in the second board part 120 to bring a potential safety hazard to the distribution box 1000 can be prevented, and the safety of the distribution box 1000 is improved.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the sealing strip 111 is disposed on the first plate portion 110, when the first plate portion 110 is engaged with the second plate portion 120, the abutting portion 1211 of the second plate portion 120 abuts against the sealing strip 111, the sealing strip 111 is deformed by the abutting portion 1211 abutting against the sealing strip 111, the abutting portion 1211 and the sealing strip 111 are engaged compactly, so that water can be prevented from entering the inside of the distribution box 1000 from the engagement portion of the abutting portion 1211 and the sealing strip 111, the sealing performance of the first plate portion 110 is enhanced, and the practical safety of the distribution box 1000 is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the rear second drainage portion 113 is arranged on the rear side of the sealing strip 111, the extending directions of the second drainage portion 113 and the first drainage portion 122 are the same, and the upper surface of the second drainage portion 113 is an inclined plane having a certain included angle with the horizontal direction, so that accumulated water cannot be retained in the second drainage portion 113 under the action of gravity, and water can flow along the extending direction of the second drainage portion 113.
Specifically, the lower one end in second drainage portion 113 position extends to the edge of first board 110 all the time, such setting makes ponding under second drainage portion 113's effect, can be with ponding drainage to the edge of first board 110, and water can flow down along the edge of first board 110, be provided with the water drainage tank on first board 110, when ponding flows to water drainage tank 116 department, water can flow from water drainage tank 116, thereby can prevent that water is detained in first board 110 and brings the potential safety hazard for block terminal 1000, improve block terminal 1000's security.
Further, the second plate portion 120 is provided with a plurality of openings 121 for installing the first plate portions 110, the number of the first plate portions 110 is the same as that of the openings 121, the structure of each opening 121 is similar, and the sealing structure (i.e., the structure where the sealing strip 111 and the second drainage portion 113 are arranged) of each first plate portion 110 is the same, so that the sealing performance of each first plate portion 110 and the corresponding opening 121 can be effectively ensured, accumulated water at the first plate portion 110 or the second plate portion 120 can be discharged from the distribution box 1000, potential safety hazards brought to the distribution box 1000 by the accumulated water can be effectively prevented, and the safety performance of the distribution box 1000 is improved.
The electric box 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the cover plate 100 described above. The apron 100 can be to the ponding between first board portion 110 and the second board portion 120 drainage, and the leakproofness of apron 100 is good moreover to prevent that ponding from flowing into the inside of block terminal 1000 and leading to the part damage in block terminal 1000, improve block terminal 1000's safety in utilization.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the panelboard 1000 further comprises: the case 200, the second plate 120 is disposed on the case 200, and the first plate 110 can be opened or closed on the case 200.
It can be understood that first board portion 110 can shelter from the inside of box 200, can prevent that ponding etc. from having the inside that the object of damage hidden danger to the part in the box 200 passes through opening 121 and gets into box 200, thereby can play good guard action to the inside part of box 200, and can open first board portion 110 when needs are maintained or are maintained the inside part maintenance of block terminal 1000, such setting is convenient for operating personnel to operate, avoid wholly tearing down second board portion 120 when maintaining or maintaining the inside part maintenance of block terminal 1000, facilitate for operating personnel.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the first plate portion 110 and the box body 200 are connected by a hinge 210, the hinge is disposed at an edge of the opening 121, and the first plate portion 110 can rotate about the hinge 210 connected thereto to switch between the open state and the closed state of the first plate portion 110.
Further, the hinge 210 may be multiple, and it is understood that the first board portion 110 may be multiple, each first board portion 110 may be disposed corresponding to two hinges 210, the two hinges 210 are located on the same side corresponding to the first board portion 110, and the two hinges 210 are spaced in the up-down direction or the front-back direction, and the distribution positions of the hinges 210 may be adjusted according to design requirements, so that an operator can open or close the first board portion 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a diversion trench 220 is disposed above the box body 200, and the diversion trench 220 has a certain diversion effect on accumulated water, so that the accumulated water above the box body 200 can be diverted to the lower side of the box body 200 through the diversion trench 220, the accumulated water is prevented from being retained at the box body 200, and the risk that the accumulated water enters the inside of the distribution box 1000 is reduced.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the guiding gutter 220 has a certain inclination angle, that is, the lower surface has a certain included angle with the horizontal direction, so that the accumulated water has a movement tendency of flowing downward at the guiding gutter 220 under the action of gravity, and further the accumulated water cannot be retained at the guiding gutter 220, and is discharged in time, thereby preventing the accumulated water from damaging the components inside the distribution box 1000.
The rail transit system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the electric box 1000 described above. The block terminal 1000 is good in sealing effect, high in safety in use and more reliable, so that the reliability of the rail transit system can be improved.

Claims (13)
1. A cover plate, comprising: the sealing strip is arranged on the periphery of the rear surface of the first plate part, the second plate part is provided with an opening, the edge of the opening is provided with a stopping part, the stopping part comprises a front part and a rear part, the front part of the stopping part is matched in the sealing strip, the rear part of the stopping part positioned at the top is provided with a first drainage part for guiding fluid, and the first drainage part extends in the length direction of the stopping part positioned at the top;
a sealing groove is formed in the periphery of the rear surface of the first plate part, the rear end of the sealing groove is open, the sealing strip is accommodated in the sealing groove, the sealing groove comprises a first section, a second section and third sections, the two third sections are respectively connected between the first section and the second section, the first section is located right above the second section, a first flanging is arranged at the rear end of the lower plate of the first section, and the first flanging extends upwards;
the first section is provided with a second drainage part for guiding fluid at the rear side of the sealing strip, and the second drainage part extends in the length direction of the first section;
the rear end of the second drainage part is attached to the first flanging, and the upward extending height of the first flanging is larger than the thickness of the second drainage part;
the rear part of the stopping part positioned at the lowest part is provided with a third drainage part, the rear end of the third drainage part is provided with a third flanging extending upwards, and the upper end face of the third flanging is higher than the upper surface of the third drainage part.
2. The cap plate according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the first drainage portion decreases from one end to the other end of the uppermost retaining portion in the length direction.
3. The cap plate according to claim 2, wherein the upper surface of the first drainage portion is configured as a slope that slopes downward from one end to the other end in the length direction of the abutting portion, and the slope is at least one of a flat surface, a curved surface, and an arc surface.
4. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the first drain portion is configured as a stepped surface and has a height higher at one end than at the other end in the length direction of the stopper portion.
5. The decking of claim 1, wherein the second drains are of the same or opposite configuration as the first drains.
6. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the upper plate of the second section is provided with a second flange extending downward and located behind the sealing strip.
7. The lid plate according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the second plate portion is provided with a groove, and a drain hole is provided on a peripheral wall of the groove.
8. The decking of claim 1, wherein the first panel section is provided with drainage channels provided at an edge of the first panel section.
9. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein a fourth flange is provided at a front end of the front portion of the abutting portion, and the fourth flange extends into the sealing strip.
10. The decking of claim 1, wherein the abutments are bent edges.
11. An electrical box comprising a box body and a cover according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The electrical box of claim 11, wherein the upper portion of the box is provided with channels.
13. A rail transit system comprising a distribution box as claimed in claims 11-12.
