The embodiment of the invention is implemented according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine shape-adjusting, the system provides a personalized shape-adjusting scheme through monitored physical condition parameters, and a user makes corresponding actions through the guidance of the appointed actions in the large screen of the display unit, or the guidance of the appointed actions of the voice playing unit, or the guidance of the combination of the display unit and the voice playing unit, so as to guide an individual to complete the shape adjustment suitable for the health state of the individual. For example, a picture of a specified action is displayed through the display unit, the user is guided to complete the specified action by combining the voice playing unit, and a next group of actions are performed after the user completes the action. The interval of the two groups of actions can be determined according to time, and can also be determined by entering a next appointed action mode after acquiring the action completion condition of the user based on the man-machine interaction unit.
Playing audio data for guiding a user to make a specified action through a voice playing unit; the display unit plays video data guiding a user to make a designated action, can realize the shape adjustment of the user according to a health adjustment scheme, achieves the aim of the shape adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine, and is beneficial to improving the physical health condition of the user.
Based on the content of the above embodiments, as an alternative embodiment, the role of the human-computer interaction unit includes any one or more of the following: acquiring an action execution result of the user under the health guidance module, and displaying the execution result to the user through a display unit; after the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module is obtained, the scoring result of the execution result is fed back to the user; and after the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module is obtained, the adjustment scheme of the action execution result is fed back to the user.
The human-computer interaction unit is mainly used for obtaining by combining various actions of executing the air-conditioning, spirit-conditioning and shape-conditioning health regulation schemes, and the human-computer interaction unit is used for obtaining action execution results of the user under the health guidance module and executing corresponding feedback after obtaining the action execution results. On one hand, the user adjusts the body according to the picture displayed by the display unit in the health guidance module, the human-computer interaction unit acquires the body posture of the user, and the current action of the user is displayed to the user through the display unit, namely the action is displayed to the user through the display unit. On the other hand, the system compares and analyzes the acquired action execution result and the standard template to obtain an adjustment result which should be performed by the user action, and feeds back the adjustment scheme to the user, such as the user through the voice playing unit and the display unit. For example, after the user action is acquired, the height of the hand of the user is not enough according to the comparison result, and the user is guided to lift the hand by 10cm through voice. The scheme can be selected according to requirements.
After obtaining the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module, another embodiment of feeding back the adjustment scheme of the action execution result to the user is as follows:
the system can preliminarily estimate which body parts of the individual possibly have problems and which possibly suffer from chronic diseases and the like by an algorithm according to individual personalized human body movement measurement data and bone measurement data and an individual movement track detected by camera vision, and then interact with the individual in a visual and auditory way through the large screen to remind the individual to correct the action and timely feed back the change of the individual action until the individual completes the action regulation requirement suitable for the body health state.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module is obtained through the human-computer interaction unit, the execution result is displayed to the user, and the score of the execution result is fed back to the user or the adjustment scheme is fed back to the user, so that the user can correct the body in time when adjusting the body.
Based on the content of the above embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the human-computer interaction unit further functions to obtain action execution results of the plurality of users under the health guidance module, compare the action execution results of the plurality of users, and feed back the comparison result to the plurality of users through the voice playing unit or the display unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, the health regulation scheme can be implemented for a plurality of users at the same time, and the action execution results of the plurality of users are compared. Such as performing a multi-player athletic ranking, a multi-player interactive game, etc.
For example, in the specific implementation process, a plurality of data acquisition modules may be provided, the data acquisition modules may respectively acquire the physical condition parameters of each user, and after the physical condition parameters are subjected to matching analysis by the matching module, the health adjustment scheme of each user is obtained. If there are identical parts in the health adjustment schemes of different users, then the competitive ranking can be performed. For example, many users are required to perform a tai chi boxing exercise. The display unit can be provided with a plurality of displays, such as a plurality of large-screen displays, and a plurality of users can receive the Taijiquan course and adjust the body according to the display unit or the voice playing unit. And the man-machine interaction unit acquires the Tai Chi action implementation result of each user, compares the Tai Chi action implementation result and displays the score ranking on the display of each user in a scoring mode.
The traditional Chinese medicine health guidance system provided by the embodiment compares action execution results of a plurality of users through the man-machine interaction unit, feeds the comparison results back to the users through the voice playing unit or the display unit, can realize man-machine interaction of the users, can realize interaction between people at the same time, and is favorable for improving the physical health condition of the users.

Claims (10)

1. A system for guiding health of a chinese medical practitioner, comprising: the system comprises a data acquisition module, a matching analysis module and a health guidance module;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring physical condition parameters of a user;
the matching analysis module is used for obtaining a health regulation scheme of the user according to the physical condition parameters;
and the health guidance module is used for displaying guidance data corresponding to the health regulation scheme or performing man-machine interaction of the health regulation scheme with a user.
2. The TCM health guidance system of claim 1, wherein the matching analysis module is specifically configured to obtain a health adjustment plan of the user based on TCM theory according to the physical condition parameters;
wherein, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine comprises any one or any combination of traditional Chinese medicine qi regulation, traditional Chinese medicine shape regulation and traditional Chinese medicine spirit regulation.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the data collection module comprises one or more of an emotion collection sub-module, an exercise data collection sub-module, and a body data collection sub-module;
the emotion acquisition submodule comprises a pulse parameter acquisition unit, a heart rate variability acquisition unit and a psychological pressure parameter acquisition unit, wherein any one or more of the pulse parameter acquisition unit, the heart rate variability acquisition unit and the psychological pressure parameter acquisition unit is/are arranged in the emotion acquisition submodule;
the motion data acquisition submodule comprises a respiratory state parameter acquisition unit for acquiring respiratory state parameters including respiratory frequency.
4. The TCM health guidance system of claim 3, wherein the shape data acquisition submodule includes:
and the bone data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the physical bone data.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the health guidance module comprises at least one of a voice playing unit, a display unit and a human-computer interaction unit, and accordingly the health adjustment scheme comprises adjusting breathing or body movement by any one or any combination of audio, video and human-computer interaction.
6. The TCM health guidance system of claim 5, wherein:
the voice playing unit plays audio data of respiratory rhythm training, meditation training and game training;
the display unit plays video data of breathing rhythm training, meditation training and game training.
7. The TCM health guidance system of claim 5, wherein:
the voice playing unit plays the audio data of the power training;
the display unit plays the video data of the power training.
8. The TCM health guidance system of claim 5, wherein:
the voice playing unit plays audio data for guiding a user to make a specified action;
the display unit plays video data guiding a user to make a specified action.
9. The guidance system according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the human-machine interaction unit is configured to perform any one or more of the following functions:
after the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module is obtained, the execution result is displayed to the user through a display unit;
after obtaining the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module, feeding back the score of the execution result to the user;
and after the action execution result of the user under the health guidance module is obtained, the adjustment scheme of the action execution result is fed back to the user.
10. The guidance system according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the human-computer interaction unit is further configured to obtain results of the actions performed by the users under the health guidance module, compare the results of the actions performed by the users, and feed the comparison results back to the users through a voice playing unit or a display unit.
