Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a data processing method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the data processing method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
100. detecting whether the operating data meets a storage condition or not in the process of outputting the operating data of the equipment;
in this embodiment, various sensors can be used to collect the operation data of the device, and the operation data of the device is output through the touch screen of the device, so that the relevant personnel can monitor the device in real time according to the operation data of the device, and the relevant personnel can find and solve problems in time. However, in practical applications, because relevant personnel cannot watch the operation data of the output device before the touch screen, the operation data of the output device needs to be recorded and stored, so that the relevant personnel can check the operation data of the output device in the following process, and the phenomenon that no problem is found is reduced. Among them, the present embodiment is preferably the operation data of the output prevention device output by using a curve.
However, since the storage space for storing the operation data of the device is limited, if the operation data of all the devices is stored, a large storage space is occupied, and if the operation data of the device is stored according to the interval time, the occupied storage space is also large, and the loss of the effective data such as abnormal data and user demand data in the operation process of the device can be caused due to the fact that the effective data is not stored.
In a specific implementation process, whether the operation data meets the storage condition or not may be detected in the process of outputting the operation data of the device. Specifically, whether the operation data of the device is matched with preset abnormal data and/or preset custom data or not can be detected respectively; if the running data of the equipment is matched with the preset abnormal data and/or the running data of the equipment is matched with the preset custom data, the running data of the equipment is detected to meet the storage condition; and if the operating data of the equipment is not matched with the preset abnormal data and/or if the operating data of the equipment is not matched with the preset custom data, detecting that the operating data of the equipment does not meet the storage condition.
In one aspect, the operational data of the device may include monitored values of device monitoring parameters; the corresponding anomaly data includes an anomaly value of the equipment monitoring parameter. Thus, if the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter matches the abnormal value of the equipment monitoring parameter, it is detected that the operation data matches the abnormal data, otherwise, if the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter does not match the abnormal value of the equipment monitoring parameter, it is detected that the operation data of the equipment does not match the abnormal data. For example, the abnormal value of the equipment monitoring parameter is preferably a value in the range of 0 to 2, and if the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter is 1, the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter matches the abnormal value of the equipment monitoring parameter, and the running data matches the abnormal data, and if the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter is 3, the monitored value of the equipment monitoring parameter does not match the abnormal value of the equipment monitoring parameter, and the running data matches the abnormal data.
On the other hand, the operation data of the equipment can also comprise monitoring time and/or identification of equipment monitoring parameters; correspondingly, the custom data includes custom monitoring times and/or an identification of custom parameters. Thus, if the obtained monitoring time matches the custom monitoring time, and/or if the obtained identifier of the device monitoring parameter matches the identifier of the custom parameter, it is detected that the operating data of the device matches the custom data; and if the acquired monitoring time is not matched with the custom monitoring time, and/or if the acquired identifier of the equipment monitoring parameter is not matched with the identifier of the custom parameter, detecting that the running data is not matched with the custom data. For example, the custom monitoring time is 9 to 10 points per day, so that the monitoring time within 9 to 10 points detects that the operating data of the equipment is matched with the custom data; monitoring times other than 9 o 'clock to 10 o' clock detect that the operational data of the device does not match the custom data. For another example, if the identifier of the device monitoring parameter is current and the identifier of the custom parameter is current, the identifier of the device monitoring parameter matches the identifier of the custom parameter, thereby detecting that the operating data matches the custom data; if the identifier of the device monitoring parameter is current and the identifier of the custom parameter is voltage, the identifier of the device monitoring parameter is not matched with the identifier of the custom parameter, and thus the operating data is detected to be not matched with the custom data.
101. If the operating data of the equipment meets the storage condition, acquiring target operating data of a storage time period corresponding to the operating data of the equipment;
in order to facilitate the analysis of the operation information of the device by the relevant person according to the stored data, it is necessary to analyze the operation information according to the data within a period of time, so in this embodiment, a time period including the time may be preset as a storage time period for the time at which the data needs to be stored, and thus, if the operation data of the device meets the storage condition, the target operation data of the storage time period corresponding to the operation data of the device is obtained. For example, 10s before and after the time when data needs to be stored each time may be set as the storage period, so that if the operation data of the devices satisfy the storage condition, the operation data of all the devices in the storage period of 10s before and 10s after the time may be acquired as the target operation data.
102. And storing the target operation data.
In this embodiment, after the target operation data of the storage period corresponding to the operation data of the device is obtained, the target operation data may be stored, so that when the operation data of the output device enables related personnel to monitor the device in real time, only the abnormal data in the operation process of the device, the user's demand data and other effective data are recorded and stored, all data do not need to be recorded, and the phenomenon that data corresponding to a time other than a set period is lost due to only recording the data corresponding to the set period is also avoided.
According to the data processing method, in the process of outputting the operation data of the equipment, whether the operation data meet the storage condition is detected, if the operation data of the equipment meet the storage condition, the target operation data in the storage time period corresponding to the operation data of the equipment are acquired and then stored, so that the abnormal data, the user demand data and other effective data in the operation process of the equipment are automatically analyzed and stored, meanwhile, related personnel can monitor the equipment in real time according to the operation data of the equipment, and the phenomenon that the abnormal data, the user demand data and other effective data in the operation process of the equipment are not stored and are lost is avoided. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the reliability of the recorded data can be improved, and meanwhile, the occupancy rate of the storage space is reduced.
In practical application, in order to clearly and concisely enable related personnel to know the running information of the equipment, when the equipment has an event such as an abnormality, a condition that the related personnel need to pay attention to and the like, the event needs to be recorded, generally, event recording modes mostly adopt accumulated records of event information, new information records can automatically appear in the front, old information records can be submerged in the latter records, and thus, the recorded information corresponding to some unprocessed events is difficult to search. Therefore, the invention also provides the following technical scheme.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the data processing method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the data processing method of this embodiment further describes the technical solution of the present invention on the basis of the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the data processing method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
200. detecting whether the operating data meets a storage condition or not in the process of outputting the operating data of the equipment; if yes, executing step 201, otherwise, returning to step 200;
the implementation process of this embodiment is the same as the implementation process of step 100 in the above embodiment, and please refer to the above related description for details, which is not repeated herein.
201. Acquiring target operation data of a storage period corresponding to the operation data of the equipment;
the implementation process of this embodiment is the same as the implementation process of step 101 in the above embodiment, and please refer to the above related description for details, which is not repeated herein.
202. Determining an event identifier corresponding to the target operation data according to the incidence relation between the preset data and the event identifier;
in this embodiment, the operation condition of the device reflected by the operation data of different devices may be counted according to actual experience, the operation condition of the device may be located as an event in the operation process of the device, and a corresponding event identifier may be set for each event, so that an association relationship between the data and the event identifier may be constructed. For example, the event identifier corresponding to the unit fault event is 1, and the event identifier corresponding to the communication fault event is 2. Therefore, after the target data is acquired, the event identifier corresponding to the target operation data can be determined according to the preset incidence relation between the data and the event identifier.
203. Sequencing all event identifications according to a preset sequencing rule to obtain sequencing data corresponding to all event identifications;
specifically, the sorting rule in this embodiment includes at least one of a sequence of the storage periods, a priority of the target operation data, and a type of the target operation data. All event identifications can be sequenced according to the sequencing rule to obtain sequencing data corresponding to all event identifications.
For example, all event identifiers may be sorted according to the time sequence, or a corresponding priority may be set according to the importance of each event, so that all event identifiers may be sorted according to the priority of the target operation data, each event may be classified in advance, and all event identifiers may be sorted according to the type of the target operation data. One of the three rules may be selected, or all event identifiers may be sorted after being combined at will, which is not limited in this embodiment specifically, and the sorting rule of this embodiment is not limited to the above 3 manners.
204. Storing the sequencing data and the target operation data;
after the sorting data corresponding to all the event identifications are obtained, the obtained sorting data can be stored. In addition, the acquired target operation data can be stored.
When the target operation data is stored, the execution sequence has no precedence relationship with the storage sorting data, and also has no precedence relationship with step 203 and step 204.
205. Acquiring processing states corresponding to all event identifications;
206. and if the target event identifier with the processed state being processed exists in all the event identifiers, performing anti-interference processing on the target event identifier.
In order to prevent that a new information record will automatically appear in the front and an old information record will be submerged in the latter record, which results in that the record information corresponding to some unprocessed events is difficult to find, in this embodiment, the processing states corresponding to all event identifiers may be obtained. For example, after learning each event, the relevant person may process the corresponding event, and after the processing is completed, the processed feedback information may be uploaded, so that the processing state at each time may be acquired. Or after the relevant personnel finish the processing, in the normal operation of the device, it is detected that the event has operated according to normal data, at this time, it may be determined that the event has been processed, and thus, the processing state at each time may also be obtained. In this way, if it is detected that the target event identifier with the processed state being the processed target event identifier exists in all the event identifiers, the interference-proof processing can be performed on the processed target event identifier, so that the event with the processed state and the event with the unprocessed state can be distinguished, the old information record (especially the event with the unprocessed state) can be prevented from being submerged in the subsequent record, and the record information corresponding to the event with the unprocessed state is prevented from being difficult to search.
Specifically, in this implementation, the processed target event identifier may be subjected to tail-end processing, for example, the processed target event identifier may be moved backward to the back of all unprocessed events, or may be moved to the back of all data. The processed target event flag may be blurred and displayed by blurring the processed target event flag, for example, by blurring the processed target event flag (e.g., reducing the gray scale). The target event identifier may also be removed, for example, the processed target event identifier is deleted from all data, or the processed target event identifier is moved out to a separate storage unit. The three processing modes may be used individually or in combination, and this embodiment is not limited specifically. For example, the processed target event identifier and the unprocessed target event identifier may be differentiated by different colors, and the processed target event identifier may be reduced.
According to the data processing method, the acquired target data are converted into the event identifications, all the event identifications are sorted and stored, and the processed event identifications are subjected to anti-interference processing, so that the relevant personnel can clearly and concisely know the running information of the equipment, the old information record can be prevented from being submerged in the subsequent record, the record information corresponding to the event in an unprocessed state is prevented from being difficult to search, and the searching efficiency is improved.
In a specific implementation process, in order to further save the storage space and reasonably utilize the storage space, in this embodiment, after "determining the event identifier corresponding to the target operation data according to the association relationship between the preset data and the event identifier" in step 202, the following steps may also be performed;
a. extracting and storing key information of target operation data;
in general, the relevant personnel can acquire the operation information of the device only according to some specific contents, and thus, if all the contents of the target operation data are stored, a large storage space is still occupied, so in the embodiment, the specific contents of the operation information of the device, which can be acquired by the relevant personnel, can be collected as the key information according to actual experience and requirements, and thus, the key information of the target operation data can be extracted and stored from the target operation data, so that the relevant personnel can acquire the operation information of the device without looking up all the contents of the target operation data.
b. Associating the event identification with the target operational data;
in this embodiment, after the key information of the target operation data is extracted, the event identifier may be associated with the key information of the target operation data, so that the event identifier and the key information of the target operation data are simultaneously output, and it is avoided that relevant personnel can acquire the device operation information according to the detailed content of the target operation data, thereby improving the speed of enabling the relevant personnel to acquire the device operation information.
For example, "the unit fault 1+ the current 100A" may be output at the same time, so that, since the related personnel can know that the rated current of the device operation is 10A, the current can reach 100A only when a short circuit occurs, and thus, the related personnel can quickly judge that the unit fault is caused by the short circuit, and thus, analysis is not needed according to the detailed content of the operation data.
c. Storing the target operation data to a cloud storage device;
in this embodiment, although the operation information of the device can be obtained according to the key information of some target operation data, a situation that detailed content needs to be checked still exists, and in order to save a local storage space, in this embodiment, a cloud storage device may be provided, so that the target operation data may be stored in the cloud storage device.
d. And if a detail query request of the event identifier is received, downloading target operation data from the cloud storage device, and locally caching the target operation data.
If the related personnel need to check the detailed content of the target operation data, the detail query request of the event identifier can be input, so that the target operation data is downloaded from the cloud storage device and is locally cached if the detail query request of the event identifier is received. And after the relevant personnel finish checking, or the time for local caching of the target operation data reaches the preset time, deleting the target operation data from the local.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, before storing the target operation data in the cloud storage device, the target operation data needs to be compressed, and category labeling is performed on the target operation data, so that the cloud storage device can store the target operation data in the storage area divided in the cloud storage device corresponding to the category of the target operation data according to the category of the target operation data, and thus, when downloading the target operation data from the cloud storage device, the cloud storage device only needs to traverse the storage area corresponding to the category of the target operation data, and does not need to traverse all the storage areas, so that the download rate is increased, and meanwhile, the storage space of the cloud storage device is saved. In addition, the compression and classification of the target operation data may also be processed by the cloud storage device, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In order to be more comprehensive, the application also provides a data processing device corresponding to the data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention. In another aspect, the operational data includes an identification of a monitoring time and/or a device monitoring parameter; the custom data comprises custom monitoring time and/or custom parameter identification; if the monitoring time matches the custom monitoring time, and/or if the identity of the device monitoring parameter matches the identity of the custom parameter, it is detected that the operational data matches the custom data.

By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the reliability of the recorded data can be improved, and meanwhile, the occupancy rate of the storage space is reduced.
