Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present specification.
An embodiment of an operation status query method according to the present specification is described below with reference to fig. 1. The execution main body of the method is computer equipment, and the computer equipment comprises a server, an all-in-one machine, an industrial personal computer (industrial control computer), a PC (personal computer) and the like. The working state query method specifically comprises the following steps:
s110: and responding to a work state query request, and acquiring the employee identification to be queried and log information corresponding to the employee identification to be queried.
The job status may include whether the employee has completed a particular job requirement. In the working process of some employees, the requirement that a certain post works for a certain time often exists. For the working state of such employees, the working period of the employee is generally preset, and the working time of the employee on the post within a certain time length needs to be greater than or equal to the working period. In this case, the working state of the employee is whether the working time of the employee at the post has met the requirement of the working period.
The work state query request is a request sent to the computer device by a user or a request sent to the computer device by other devices in order to query the work state of the employee. The work state query request may be used to query the work state of a specific employee, or may be used to query the work state of an employee on a specific post, which is not limited to this.
The employee identifier to be queried is the identifier corresponding to the employee needing to query the working state. The employee identifier to be queried may be used to uniquely identify the employee, for example, may be an employee number or an employee identity card number, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the job status query request is used to query the job status of a particular employee. The work state query request may directly include the employee identifier to be queried or employee information used to determine the employee identifier to be queried. And the computer equipment can directly acquire the employee identification to be inquired according to the working state inquiry request.
In another embodiment, the job status inquiry request is used to inquire the job status of an employee on a particular post. The working state query request can include a position to be queried. And responding to the work state query request, and acquiring an employee identifier corresponding to the employee working on the post to be queried as the employee identifier to be queried.
The working state query request can be used for querying staff or posts respectively, so that different requirements of users are met, and the query speed of the working state of the staff is improved.
Correspondingly, after the employee identification to be queried is obtained, the corresponding log information can be obtained according to the employee identification to be queried. The log information can be used for recording various transactions processed by the employee, and the log information can include the working position information of the employee and the registered time of the log information. The time of the shift of the employee can be obtained by utilizing the information in the log information.
In one embodiment, the operation status query request may further include a query period. When the log information corresponding to the identification of the employee to be queried is obtained, the log information in the query time period can be obtained to be used as a basis for querying the working state of the employee. For example, for the examination of the employee, if the employee needs to have a working time of at least three months on a certain designated post within one year, the query time period may be set as one year, log information of the employee within one year is obtained, and whether the employee has a working time of at least three months on the working post is determined through the log information.
In the practical application process, the query of the working state of the employee can be used for examining the employee, and can also be used for determining the working state of the employee before examination so as to prevent in advance. For example, a business assesses employees at the end of the year, requiring that there be at least three months of work on a given post within a year. At the moment, the query time interval can be set to be one year, and the working time of the staff is determined by acquiring the log information of the staff in one year, so that the staff is examined. In another example, where a business determines to remind employees of incomplete work hours by roughly determining the work hours of employees on post three months before the end of year check, the query period may be set to 9 months. The above example is only for explaining the setting situation of the query period in the actual situation, and there is no limitation on the technical solution of the embodiment of the present specification.
By setting the query time interval, different requirements of a user for querying the working state of the staff can be met, and the utilization rate of the working state query result is improved.
S120: and determining the working time length according to the log information.
The working duration is the duration of working of the employee to be inquired on a specified post in the inquiry time period determined according to the log information.
In one embodiment, the assessment of the working state of the employee is to check whether the employee has a continuous working period on a designated post within the query period that meets the working duration requirement. In this case, the working time length is the longest working time length determined after each working time length of the employee on the specified post in the acquisition query time length, that is, at least one working time length corresponding to the specified post in the acquisition query time length is obtained, and whether the longest working time length in the at least one working time length meets the requirement of shift is judged.
In another embodiment, the assessment of the employee's work status is to see if the employee's total work hours during the query period meets the requirements. In this case, the working duration is a sum of the durations of the working periods of the employees corresponding to the designated posts in the query period, that is, the working duration may be a sum of the durations of a plurality of working periods in the query period.
In one embodiment, the query of the working status of the employee is to obtain whether the employee meets the working requirements of the shift. After the log information is obtained, the log information with the shift information can be marked as the shift log information, and the working duration is determined according to the shift log information. The log information comprises post information, and the post information is used for indicating the post of the employee when the log information is recorded. And determining the shift log information of the employee on the shift according to the shift information, and determining the working time according to the time in the shift log information.
The log information comprises log recording time and post information, and the working time of the employee on each post can be determined according to the log recording time and the corresponding post information, so that the post shift time period of the employee is further determined. The shift time interval is the time when the employee continuously works on the shift. For example, the employee works at the 001 st post from 1 st to 3 st 1, works at the 001 st post from 3 st to 5 st 1 st, works at the 002 st post from 3 st 2 to 5 st 1 st, works at the 001 st post again from 5 st 2 to 5 th 15 st, works at the 001 st post from 5 st 16 to 7 th 31 st, and works at the 001 st post again from 8 st 1. The working hours of the employee on the shift are 3 month No. 2 to 5 month No. 1 and 5 month No. 16 to 7 month No. 31, respectively.
It should be noted that in real life, there may be a case where there is no log information corresponding to some date when the employee works due to the fact that the employee has a vacation, a business trip, or the like. And when the working time interval is obtained, only the shift date of the employee can be determined, and the shift time interval of the employee is determined according to the shift date of the employee.
Before determining the shift post of the employee, the own post of the employee needs to be determined, the own post is the post where the employee is originally located, and all the other posts except the own post are shift posts.
In one embodiment, each employee is preset with a corresponding own post, that is, the identity of the employee to be queried corresponds to the own post identity. After log information is acquired, if the post information in the log information corresponds to the post identifier, the log information is recorded when the employee works at the post; and if the post information in the log information does not correspond to the current post identifier, marking the log information as the shift log information.
In another embodiment, in order to realize the assessment of the post to be queried, all posts of all employees working on the post to be queried are considered as the post of the employee. After the log information of the employee is obtained, if the post information in the log information corresponds to the post to be inquired, the log information is the log information recorded when the employee works at the post; and if the position information in the log information does not correspond to the position to be inquired, marking the log information as the shift log information.
After the shift log information is marked in the log information, the working duration can be determined according to the shift log information and other log information except the shift log information.
In practical applications, a plurality of log information may be recorded on the same day, so that the log recording time of the plurality of log information records corresponds to the same day, and it may not be convenient to determine the working time length directly through the log information. Therefore, the log information can be deduplicated according to the log recording time in the log information, and only one of the log information on the same day of the log recording time is reserved. The specific duplication elimination method is not limited and is not described herein.
After the log information is deduplicated, the shift date can be obtained according to the log information marked as the shift log information and the unmarked log. Specifically, the duplicate-removed log information may be sorted according to log recording time in the log information, and checked according to the post information in the sorted log information, and when the shift condition on the following day is changed from the previous day, the following day is marked. And after the checking is finished, determining the shift date according to the log information with the mark, and determining the shift date according to whether the log information corresponding to the shift date is marked as shift log information or not, thereby determining the working time.
To illustrate by using a specific example, the following table 1 shows the recording of information on whether the shift is in january after deduplication and sorting for zhangsan. The shift dates are determined to be 1 month 7, 1 month 19, 1 month 25 and 1 month 31 in sequence by checking the shift condition of Zhang III, and the working time period of Zhang III corresponding to the shift in 1 month is 1 month 7 to 1 month 18 and 1 month 25 to 1 month 30 respectively according to whether Zhang III is shifted or not on the four shift dates on the day, so as to determine the working time period of Zhang III corresponding to the shift.
TABLE 1

And when the working duration is the total duration of the shift of the staff in the query time period, after the shift time period of the staff is obtained, adding the durations of all the shift time periods to obtain the working duration. In this case, the operating time period of the month of january in the above example is 18 days.
When it is required to judge whether the employee has a continuous working period meeting the requirement of the preset working cycle, if at least one working period is determined according to the steps, the at least one working period can be respectively compared with the preset working cycle. In practical application, the duration of the longest shift period can be directly obtained as the working duration. In this case, the operating time period of the month of january in the above example is 12 days.
S130: and comparing the working time length with a preset working period.
The preset working period is the preset working time length for the staff to work at the appointed position. For example, if the employee is required to work on the shift for at least three months within one year as required, the work period is three months.
The working time obtained in the last step is compared with the preset working period, and the corresponding working state of the staff can be evaluated according to the comparison result.
S140: and if the comparison result meets the preset judgment condition, feeding back the employee identification to be inquired as the abnormal employee identification.
And after comparing the working time with a preset working period, dividing a comparison result into two types, namely that the working time is less than the preset working period and the working time is not less than the preset working period.
The preset judgment condition is used for judging whether the working time of the staff meets the requirement or not. When the comparison result meets the preset judgment condition, the working time of the staff on the appointed post is not enough, the corresponding working task is not completed, and the staff identification to be inquired can be used as the abnormal staff identification for feedback, so that the inquiry of the working state of the staff is realized. And if the comparison result does not meet the preset judgment condition, the working time of the employee reaches the corresponding requirement, and the employee identification to be inquired does not need to be fed back. And if the abnormal employee identification corresponding to a certain employee is not received, the working state of the employee is qualified by default.
Specifically, the preset determination condition may be that the operating time is less than a preset operating period. And when the working time of the staff is shorter than the preset working period, the staff identification to be inquired is used as the abnormal staff identification for feedback.
In one embodiment, after the working duration is compared with a preset working period, if the comparison result meets a preset judgment condition, whether a specified employee corresponding to the employee identifier to be queried exists in a specified employee set needs to be judged, and if the specified employee does not exist, the employee identifier to be queried is used as an abnormal employee identifier to be fed back; if the employee identifier exists, the employee identifier to be queried does not need to be fed back. In real life, some employees may not be able to complete the corresponding shift requirements due to some special situations. For example, for an employee who just enters work or an employee who has vacated for a long time, the corresponding work duration requirement may not be completed within the remaining work duration. Aiming at the situations, a specified employee collection is preset, and the specified employee collection contains specified employees which do not need to be assessed according to a general shift evaluation standard. When the working state of the staff is inquired, the designated staff generally cannot realize the normal working state, if the designated staff is used as the abnormal staff for feedback, much time may be wasted for checking in the process of checking afterwards, therefore, a designated staff set can be preset, and the phenomenon that some special staff are used as the staff with abnormal duty for feedback, so that the corresponding time is wasted is avoided.
After the abnormal employee identifier is fed back, the employee corresponding to the abnormal employee identifier may be subsequently processed according to a corresponding processing method, which is not described herein again.
Based on the above embodiment of the method for querying the operating status, a specific scenario example is used for description. An enterprise requires that employees working at the 001 position need to be on duty at other positions for three months in one year, and the employees at the 001 position are examined at the end of the year. Firstly, all the employees working on the position No. 001 and the corresponding employee identifications are obtained. And acquiring corresponding log information according to the employee identification. And sequentially acquiring the working time of each employee in the year according to the post information and the log recording time in the log information. And taking the corresponding employee identification with the working duration less than three months as the suspected abnormal employee identification. And then, eliminating appointed employees in a preset appointed employee set from the suspected abnormal employees to obtain abnormal employees, feeding back the identifications of the abnormal employees to obtain the identifications of the employees who do not complete the shift requirement on the No. 001 post, and examining the employees based on the working states of the employees.
Based on the embodiment of the method and the description of the scene example, it can be seen that by the working state query method, the working time of the staff can be directly obtained through the log information of the staff, and abnormal staff in the enterprise can be conveniently and accurately determined through comparison of the working time and the preset working period, so that the enterprise can be better managed.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most popular applications. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present specification can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present specification may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of software products, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and include instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present specification.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The description is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing system environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based systems, set top boxes, programmable consumer electronics, network PCs, minicomputers, mainframe computers, distributed computing environments that include any of the above systems or devices, and the like.
This description may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The specification may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
While the specification has been described with examples, those skilled in the art will appreciate that there are numerous variations and permutations of the specification that do not depart from the spirit of the specification, and it is intended that the appended claims include such variations and modifications that do not depart from the spirit of the specification.
