Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of chicken claw weighing devices, in particular to an intelligent image recognition device of a chicken claw weighing machine and a weighing method thereof, wherein two connecting rods are hinged with each other; support columns are fixed at both ends of the connecting rod; the lower ends of the supporting columns are fixed on the base; a camera is fixed on the connecting rod; the shooting direction of the camera faces the upper surface of the conveying belt; a lateral LED lamp tube is fixed on one surface of the support column facing the conveying belt; a top LED lamp tube is fixed on one surface of the connecting rod facing the conveying belt. When the chicken claw weighing device is used, the weight of the chicken claws is calculated according to the projection area of the chicken claws, the labor intensity of chicken claw weighing is reduced, and the efficiency of chicken claw weighing is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The chicken feet processed in factory workshops are different in weight, and the chicken feet sold in the market need to be manually cut and chopped into fingers, cleaned and washed, boiled and brewed, weighed, classified, sterilized and packaged and other complicated links. In the weighing stage of the chicken claws, young workers needing quick hands with eye diseases put the chicken claws on an electronic scale one by one for weighing and classifying, which is labor-consuming and time-consuming.
At present, in the stage of weighing and classifying the chicken feet, the chicken feet are manually placed on an electronic scale one by one for weighing and classifying, the classified chicken feet are respectively filled into packaging bags with different weights, and then the next procedure is carried out. Therefore, the chicken feet are time-consuming and labor-consuming in the weighing and classifying stage, the sorting efficiency is low, and the requirement on the staff is high.

Furthermore, the tail ends of the connecting rods are provided with through holes; a bolt is arranged in the through hole; the top of the supporting column is provided with a threaded hole matched with the bolt; and the bolt penetrates through the through hole and then is in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
Further, the surface of the conveyor belt is white.
A weighing method for intelligent image recognition of a chicken claw weighing machine is characterized by comprising the following steps: it comprises the following steps:
a. starting the conveyor belt, resetting the camera and opening the L lateral LED lamp tubes and the top LED lamp tube; b. setting a shooting area of a camera; c. placing chicken feet on the started conveyor belt, and conveying the chicken feet to a shooting area of the camera by the conveyor belt; d. the camera acquires an image of a shooting area, the acquired image is transmitted to a computer, and the computer calculates the effective area of the acquired image and calculates the weight of the chicken feet by combining an algorithm compiled by the computer; e. distributing the chicken feet to different weight intervals according to the weight calculated by the computer, and sending signals to the conveying belt; f. conveying the corresponding chicken feet to the corresponding position of the next process with the corresponding weight by the conveying belt; g. the camera resets and waits for the next batch of chicken feet to enter the shooting area.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) after the image is shot, the weight of the chicken feet is calculated according to the projection area of the chicken feet, the labor intensity of weighing the chicken feet is reduced, and the efficiency of weighing the chicken feet is improved.
2) The weighing of chicken feet can directly input data into a computer, and the chicken feet are classified by the computer, so that the processing quality of the chicken feet is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the intelligent image recognition device of the chicken claw weighing machine comprises a conveyer belt 1, a base 7 and two connecting rods 6; the two connecting rods 6 are hinged; the two ends of the connecting rod 6 are both fixed with the supporting columns 2; the lower ends of the supporting columns 2 are fixed on the base 7; wherein, the two support columns 2 are arranged at one side of the conveyer belt 1; the other two support columns 2 are arranged on the other side of the conveyer belt 1; a camera 5 is fixed on the connecting rod 6; the shooting direction of the camera 5 faces the upper surface of the conveying belt 1; a lateral LED lamp tube 3 is fixed on one surface of the support column 2 facing the conveyer belt 1; a top LED lamp tube 8 is fixed on one surface of the connecting rod 6 facing the conveyer belt 1; the chicken claws are sequentially placed on the conveying belt 1, the chicken claws are conveyed to the position right below the camera 5 through the conveying belt 1, namely a shooting area A, the conveying belt 1 stops moving, the chicken claws in the shooting area A are shot through the camera 5, then the shot chicken claw images are transmitted to a chip for processing through the camera 5, the weight values of the chicken claws are accurately calculated through the relationship between the image area and the weight proportion by an image recognition algorithm, and are classified into different weight intervals and then transmitted to the next process; the lateral LED lamp tube 3 and the top LED lamp tube 8 perform multidirectional light supplement on the chicken feet, so that shadows are not generated on the conveying belt 1, and the images of the chicken feet are shot more accurately; according to the structure, the weight of the chicken claw can be calculated according to the projection area of the chicken claw after the image is shot, the labor intensity of weighing the chicken claw is reduced, and the efficiency of weighing the chicken claw is improved.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, the ends of the connecting rods 6 are provided with through holes 601; a bolt 4 is arranged in the through hole 601; the top of the supporting column 2 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the bolt 4; the bolt 4 penetrates through the through hole 601 and then is in threaded connection with the threaded hole; connecting rod 6 passes through bolt 4 to be fixed on support column 2, makes things convenient for camera 5 to dismantle the maintenance.
