Abstract
The invention relates to a method for automatically demisting and configuring an automobile by utilizing equipment to open and close an automobile in an automobile host factory, which comprises the following steps: 1. whether different versions of the vehicle type have the automatic defogging function or not is coded and set to be absent or present; 2. the host factory operating equipment writes different codes of different versions into the controller in a diagnostic command interaction mode; 3. when the automatic defogging controller receives a temperature and humidity signal, a fault LIN signal or a fault CAN signal, the control system sends the hexadecimal code to the CAN through a periodic signal; 4. the automatic air conditioning control system and the sound control system receive and realize the configuration of the automatic demisting function. 3. when the automatic defogging controller receives a temperature and humidity signal, a fault LIN signal or a fault CAN signal set by the temperature and humidity sensor, the vehicle body control system sends the hexadecimal code to the CAN through a periodic signal;
4. at this time, the automatic air conditioning control system and the sound control system receive and realize the configuration of the automatic defogging function.
When the following conditions are met, the temperature and humidity sensor starts to work, and temperature signals and humidity signals are collected and sent to the air conditioner. The conditions met are:
