The invention relates to a sterilization lighting system which comprises an air inlet (1), a composite filter screen (2), an LED lamp (3) and a fan (8), wherein a built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel (4) is arranged behind the fan (8), and a plurality of ultraviolet LED lamp strips (10) are arranged in the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel (4). Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of good air purification effect, floor area, light weight and the like.

Background
With the progress of society and the development of industry, people's standard of living is higher and higher, and the life style is also more convenient, and the lamp decoration has become the indispensable thing of people's daily life.
The existing lamp decoration is full of eyes and has eight doors with five flowers, but the functions are different, and the lamp decoration has some decoration functions at most except illumination. However, in the same way, the living environment of people is seriously polluted, and the air quality is increasingly poor. The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a sterilization lighting system comprises an air inlet, a composite filter screen, an LED lamp and a fan, and is characterized in that a built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is arranged behind the fan, and a plurality of ultraviolet LED lamp strips are arranged in the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel.
The built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct is a light-tight air duct, and a reflective film is adhered to the inner wall of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct.
And the air inlet of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is communicated with the air outlet of the fan.
The ultraviolet LED lamp strips are solid purple light sources sold in the market, and the ultraviolet LED lamp strips are dispersedly arranged on the inner wall of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct. The commercially available solid violet light source can be of a patch type structure, and is dispersedly adhered to two opposite inner walls of the air channel, and the interval between adjacent solid violet light sources is 5-10 cm, so that the whole built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is filled with uniform ultraviolet light, and harmful bacteria and viruses in the passing air are killed.
The fan and the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel are arranged in the fan cover, and the LED lamp is positioned at the front end of the fan cover and connected with the fan cover.
The air inlet is arranged at the front end of the fan, and a composite filter screen is arranged between the air inlet and the fan.
The built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct is a coil pipe-shaped or snakelike tubular air duct formed by bending wind shields, and an upper cover is arranged on the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct. The size of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel can be set according to the size of the position for installing the sterilization lighting system, and the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is set to be a coil-shaped or snakelike tubular ventilation channel so as to increase the length of the air channel and enable the air from the fan to have enough time for sterilization.
The sterilizing and lighting system further comprises a communication module and an air quality monitoring module. The air quality monitoring module monitors the air quality discharged from the air outlet of the air duct in real time and is connected with a computer, a mobile phone, a flat plate or a bracelet type intelligent platform through the communication module, so that the air quality index and the utilization rate of the filter screen are displayed on line in real time.
The composite filter screen adopts one or a combination of more of an activated carbon filter screen, an H13 filter screen or a 3MHEPA filter screen.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the solid ultraviolet lamp light source is arranged in the light-tight air duct to form the hidden ultraviolet sterilization channel, and the sterilization ultraviolet light cannot leak, so that the hidden ultraviolet sterilization channel does not harm a human body and can be used at any time or on any occasion.
2. The built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct is arranged behind the conventional LED lamp and assembled together with the conventional LED lamp, has a simple structure, can be made of light metal or plastic, does not increase too much weight, and occupies a small area, so that the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct is safe and reliable even if installed on the LED lamp of the suspended ceiling.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the sterilizing and lighting system comprises an air inlet 1, a composite filter screen 2, an LED lamp 3 and a fan 8, wherein a built-in ultraviolet sterilizing air duct 4 is arranged behind the fan 8, and a plurality of ultraviolet LED light bars 10 are arranged in the built-in ultraviolet sterilizing air duct 4. The built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct 4 is a light-tight air duct, and a reflective film is adhered to the inner wall. And the air inlet 5 of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air flue 4 is communicated with the air outlet of the fan 8. The ultraviolet LED light bars 10 are commercially available solid purple light sources, and the ultraviolet LED light bars 10 are dispersedly arranged on the inner wall of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct 4. The commercially available solid violet light source can be of a patch type structure, and is dispersedly adhered to two opposite inner walls of the air channel, and the interval between adjacent solid violet light sources is 5-10 cm, so that the whole built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is filled with uniform ultraviolet light, and harmful bacteria and viruses in the passing air are killed.
The fan 8 and the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel 4 are arranged in the fan cover 7, and the LED lamp 3 is positioned at the front end of the fan cover 7 and connected with the fan cover. The air inlet 1 is arranged at the front end of the fan 8, the composite filter screen 2 is arranged between the air inlet 1 and the fan 8, and the composite filter screen 2 is one or a combination of a plurality of commercially available activated carbon filter screens, H13 filter screens or 3MHEPA filter screens.
The built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct 4 is a coil pipe-shaped or snakelike tubular air duct formed by bending wind shields, and an upper cover 9 is arranged on the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air duct. The size of the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel can be set according to the size of the position for installing the sterilization lighting system, and the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel is set to be a coil-shaped or snakelike tubular ventilation channel so as to increase the length of the air channel and enable the air from the fan to have enough time for sterilization.
The germicidal lighting system also comprises a communication module 6 and an air quality monitoring module 11. The air quality monitoring module monitors the air quality discharged from the air outlet of the air duct in real time and is connected with a computer, a mobile phone, a flat plate or a bracelet type intelligent platform through the communication module, so that the air quality index and the utilization rate of the filter screen are displayed on line in real time.
When the ultraviolet sterilizing air duct is used, air is sucked by the fan 8, enters the air duct from the air inlet 1, is filtered by the composite filter screen 2, enters the built-in ultraviolet sterilizing air duct 4 from the outlet of the fan 8 through the air inlet 5, is sterilized by the built-in ultraviolet LED lamp strip 10, and sterile purified air is discharged from the air outlet 12 of the ultraviolet sterilizing air duct.
Claims (9)
1. A sterilization lighting system comprises an air inlet (1), a composite filter screen (2), an LED lamp (3) and a fan (8), and is characterized in that a built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel (4) is arranged behind the fan (8), and a plurality of ultraviolet LED lamp strips (10) are arranged in the built-in ultraviolet sterilization air channel (4).
2. The sterilizing and lighting system according to claim 1, wherein the built-in ultraviolet sterilizing air duct (4) is an opaque air duct, and a reflective film is attached to the inner wall.

5. A germicidal lighting system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the fan (8) and the built-in uv germicidal air duct (4) are arranged in a fan housing (7) and the LED lamp (3) is located in front of and connected to the fan housing (7).
6. A germicidal lighting system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said air inlet (1) is arranged at the front end of the fan (8), and a composite filter (2) is arranged between the air inlet (1) and the fan (8).
7. The sterilizing and lighting system according to claim 1, wherein the built-in ultraviolet sterilizing air duct (4) is a coil-shaped or serpentine-shaped air duct formed by bending wind shields, and an upper cover (9) is arranged on the air duct.
8. A germicidal lighting system as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a communication module (6) and an air quality monitoring module (11).
