Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a bathroom heater installation and adjustment mechanism, which comprises an adjustment block and a connecting frame, wherein the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a bathroom heater; a plurality of supporting planes are formed on the surface of the adjusting block, a mounting cavity is formed in the adjusting block, and the distances between at least two supporting planes and the mounting cavity are unequal; the connecting frame comprises an insertion part which is inserted into the mounting cavity. The installation and adjustment mechanism for the bathroom heater is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, can provide a plurality of adjustment gears for users to use, and therefore the bathroom heater can be matched with keels of various types when being installed on the keels, and is high in applicability.

The invention relates to a bathroom heater installation and adjustment mechanism.

Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on the comfort level of the environmental temperature in the bathing process is stronger. Therefore, a bathroom heater for heating the environment in the bathing process is specially developed. The distance between bathroom heater bottom surface and the bathroom ground is equipped with the setting value according to the installation requirement, generally will install between the fossil fragments of two parallels during the bathroom heater installation, and two fossil fragments are fixed in the bathroom top, and the both sides of bathroom heater are provided with the mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket erects on the fossil fragments to the position of fixed bathroom heater. The user can adjust the height of the installation cavity 120 by adjusting the proper support plane 110 to contact with the keel 500 according to the actual situation, and the connecting frame 200 is fixed with the installation cavity 120, so the height of the connecting frame 200 can be adjusted, and the relative distance between the bathroom heater 300 and the keel 500 can be adjusted accordingly. The panel 400 is installed at the bottom of the super bath 300.

In this embodiment, six supporting planes 110 are formed on the surface of the adjusting block 100, and every two of the six supporting planes 110 are arranged in parallel. The lengths of the different supporting planes 110 may be different, and the supporting planes 110 are parallel to each other, so that the overall adjusting block 100 is more beautiful and stable. In this embodiment, six slots 130 are provided, and the plane of two slots 130 with opposite openings is parallel to two of the support planes 110, so that when the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the slots 130, the weight and pressure of the super bath 300 can be more uniformly distributed to the support planes 110 contacting with the keel 500.

In other embodiments, the insertion portion 210 may be a column, a plurality of installation adjustment mechanisms are configured on the side of the super bath 300, so that the super bath 300 and the keel 500 are not easily shaken, and a protrusion may be provided on the side of the insertion portion 210 of the column to be snapped into the slot 130, so as to form a more stable fit.

In this embodiment, the adjusting block 100 is formed with a number indicating portion 140, and the number indicating portion 140 is adjacent to the supporting plane 110. The indicating part 140 is a ring-like sheet-shaped member, and the position where the indicating part 140 is adjacent to the supporting plane 110 is marked with a corresponding value, which may be the height difference between the installation cavity 120 and the supporting plane 110 when the adjacent supporting plane 110 is contacted with the keel 500. By indicating the height difference at the corresponding position of the number indicating part 140, the user can directly use the proper supporting plane 110 to contact with the keel 500 according to the actual situation.
Meanwhile, when the distance between the two keels 500 is different under different conditions, the user can adjust the insertion depth of the insertion part 210 into the installation cavity 120, so that the adjustment mechanism is adapted to the distance between the two different keels 500, and the applicability of the adjustment mechanism is improved.
In this embodiment, the distance between the supporting plane 110 and the installation cavity 120 is the length of a perpendicular line between the supporting plane 110 and the central axis of the cavity with the circular cross section of the installation cavity 120. In this embodiment, the plurality of support planes 110 are spaced from the mounting cavity 120 at different distances, thereby providing a plurality of adjustment ranges for the user.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the keel 500 is shown as being 19mm thick, so that the support plane 110 on the side indicated by the numeral "19" is in contact with the keel 500.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the keel 500 is shown as being 30mm thick, so that the support plane 110 on the side indicated by the numeral "30" is in contact with the keel 500.
In both cases, it can be seen that the user can select the appropriate support plane 110 to contact the keel 500 so that the height of the insert 210 is within the values defined by the installation requirements.
The installation and adjustment mechanism for the bathroom heater is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, can provide a plurality of adjustment gears for users to use, and therefore the bathroom heater can be matched with keels of various types when being installed on the keels, and is high in applicability.
