Abstract
The invention relates to a structure for sharing a steering lamp and a position lamp of an automobile tail lamp, which mainly solves the problem that the steering lamp and the position lamp of the automobile tail lamp share the same light-emitting area. The turn lights and the position lights are respectively arranged on the same PCB board at certain intervals, and light emitted by the position lights enters the light-transmitting thick wall, is reflected by the arc-shaped reflecting surface, passes through the light-transmitting thick wall and then is emitted out from the zigzag refraction structure at the other end of the light-transmitting thick wall, so that the uniformity of light rays of the position lights is ensured; the light that the indicator sent directly wears out after getting into the printing opacity thick wall, jets out after reflection bowl reflection focus, has guaranteed the graininess of indicator. The sharing structure has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, easy assembly and disassembly and the like.

Background

These lights can perform different functions and thus have different lighting requirements, such as position lights being red, emphasizing uniformity; and the turn signal lamp is yellow light, so that the granularity is emphasized.
Due to reasons such as installation space, two tail lamps with different functions are often required to be installed together to share the same area (such as a steering lamp and a position lamp) in the design process, and the existing vehicle lamp design and installation method cannot simultaneously take into consideration three factors of simple structure, low cost and normal vehicle lamp function.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention are embodied in the following aspects: (1) through the ingenious structural design, the purpose that the position lamps of the tail lamp are installed together to share the same area is realized by using fewer parts, and the occupied space is greatly reduced; (2) the structure is simple, the disassembly and the assembly are easy, and the cost is lower; (3) the position lamp and the steering lamp share one light-transmitting thick wall but do not interfere with each other, and the requirement on uniformity of the position lamp and the requirement on granularity of the steering lamp are met.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art fully understand the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the following description is further provided with reference to the specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
The structure shared by the turn signal lamp and the position lamp of the automobile tail lamp as shown in fig. 1-2 mainly comprises a PCB (printed circuit board), a light-transmitting thick wall and a reflecting bowl, wherein the PCB and the light-transmitting thick wall are connected through a buckle to form an assembly body, the assembly body is fixedly connected with the reflecting bowl through a screw, and finally the assembly body is provided with a transparent lampshade and then is installed and fixed on two sides of the tail of an automobile.
The position lamp and the steering lamp are arranged on the PCB at a certain interval, the position lamp is close to the inner side of the vehicle, and both the position lamp and the steering lamp are LED light sources. The printing opacity thick wall joint is directly over the position lamp and the indicator of PCB board. One end (outer end) of the light-transmitting thick wall is provided with a zigzag refraction structure, the other end is provided with an arc-shaped reflecting surface, and the reflecting surface is formed by spraying/electroplating a reflecting material. When the position lamp is lighted, light emitted by the position lamp enters the light-transmitting thick wall, is reflected by the arc-shaped reflecting surface, passes through the light-transmitting thick wall and then is emitted out from the zigzag refraction structure at the other end of the light-transmitting thick wall, so that the uniformity of light rays of the position lamp is ensured. When the steering lamp is lighted, light emitted by the steering lamp directly penetrates out after entering the light-transmitting thick wall and is reflected and focused by the reflecting bowl and then is emitted out, so that the granularity of the steering lamp is ensured. During this period, the position lamp and the turn lamp are independent of each other, thereby solving the problem of sharing the turn lamp and the position lamp of the tail lamp with a simpler structure and fewer parts.
The structure shared by the steering lamp and the position lamp of the automobile tail lamp is tried on a certain automobile model of a certain host factory, and the effect is better, namely the automobile tail lamp is on the market on a large scale.
