本发明公开了一种防火阀联动器,包括管体,所述管体的横截面中心处设置有并列的主动轴及从动轴,所述主动轴及从动轴滑动穿设在管体上,主动轴和从动轴上分别固定连接有与管体的内径配合的叶片,主动轴和从动轴的两端固定连接有互相配合的齿轮,主动轴的一端固定连接有转动盘,所述转动盘转动连接变速电机,管体内还设置有温度感应器,所述温度感应器连接控制元件,控制元件连接变速电机,由温度感应器感应管体进烟处温度升高时,控制元件控制变速电机转动,驱动主动轴转动,使齿轮联动的从动轴同时转动,带动叶片开启,使管体通畅,及时排放烟气,防火阀体积小,造价低,采用齿轮联动结构紧凑可靠,行程小,反应及时迅捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防排烟体系技术领域,具体涉及一种防火阀联动器。
背景技术
现有防火阀有多页对开式,有单页蝶阀式等,多页防火阀联动装置采用链式传动,存在漏风量大、消防检测不合格等问题;单页蝶阀存在体积大,安装不方便,占空间,造价高等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对现有技术中所存在的上述不足而提供一种防火阀联动器,通过将叶片分别固定在使用齿轮联动的主动轴和从动轴上,通过温度感应器连接控制元件来控制叶片的张开和闭合以实现排烟管道的通畅及闭合,来解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种防火阀联动器,包括管体,所述管体的横截面中心处设置有并列的主动轴及从动轴,所述主动轴及从动轴滑动穿设在管体上,主动轴和从动轴上分别固定连接有与管体的内径配合的叶片,主动轴和从动轴的两端固定连接有互相配合的齿轮,主动轴的一端固定连接有转动盘,所述转动盘转动连接变速电机,管体内还设置有温度感应器,所述温度感应器连接控制元件,控制元件连接变速电机。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过在管体的横截面中心滑动穿设有通过齿轮联动的主动轴及从动轴,在主动轴及从动轴上分别固定连接与管体的内径相配合的叶片,主动轴通过固定在主动轴上的转动盘连接变速电机,在叶片进烟的一侧的管体内设置有连接控制元件的温度感应器,控制元件连接变速电机,由温度感应器感应管体进烟处温度升高时,控制元件控制变速电机转动,驱动主动轴转动,使齿轮联动的从动轴同时转动,带动叶片开启,使管体通畅,及时排放烟气,防火阀体积小,造价低,采用齿轮联动结构紧凑可靠,行程小,反应及时迅捷,并且,防火阀设置外保温时不影响阀的开关,适用更广,耐久性更高,相较于多页防火阀密封性更好。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与作用更加清楚及易于了解,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步阐述:
如附图1所示,一种防火阀联动器,包括管体1,所述管体1的横截面中心处设置有并列的主动轴2及从动轴3,所述主动轴2及从动轴3滑动穿设在管体1上,主动轴2和从动轴3上分别固定连接有与管体1的内径配合的叶片4,主动轴2和从动轴3的两端固定连接有互相配合的齿轮21,主动轴2的一端固定连接有转动盘22,所述转动盘22转动连接变速电机23,管体1内还设置有温度感应器5,所述温度感应器5连接控制元件,控制元件连接变速电机23;
使用时,通过在管体1的横截面中心滑动穿设有通过齿轮21联动的主动轴2及从动轴3,在主动轴2及从动轴3上分别固定连接与管体1的内径相配合的叶片4,主动轴2通过固定在主动轴2上的转动盘22连接变速电机23,在叶片4进烟的一侧的管体1内设置有连接控制元件的温度感应器5,控制元件连接变速电机23,由温度感应器5感应管体1进烟处温度升高时,控制元件控制变速电机23转动,驱动主动轴2转动,使齿轮21联动的从动轴3同时转动,带动叶片4开启,使管体1通畅,及时排放烟气,防火阀体积小,造价低,采用齿轮21联动结构紧凑可靠,行程小,反应及时迅捷,并且,防火阀设置外保温时不影响阀的开关,适用更广,耐久性更高,相较于多页防火阀密封性更好。
更进一步的,如附图1所示,一种防火阀联动器,所述主动轴2的一端固定连接有转动杆24,所述转动杆24位于管体1外,发生火灾时,一个防火阀发生故障未开启时,可以通过手工转动转动杆24来使叶片4打开,防止排烟管道不通畅,增加一道安全设置。
更进一步的,如附图1所示,一种防火阀联动器,所述主动轴2的另一端固定连接有拉杆25,所述拉杆25末端连接有弹簧26,所述弹簧26固定在管体1上,通常情况未发生火灾时,弹簧26拉住拉杆25,使叶片4处于闭合状态,防止外部空气回流污染管体1的内径,影响叶片4的开启,保证防火阀灵活。
更进一步的,如附图1所示,一种防火阀联动器,所述叶片4的四周固定连接有密封弹簧26片,增加防火阀的密封效果。
更进一步的,一种防火阀联动器,所述密封弹簧26片采用0.15mm不锈钢制作,耐火的同时制作成本较低,降低了制作成本。
更进一步的,一种防火阀联动器,所述叶片4采用2.0mm热轧钢板制作,耐火的同时,降低了制作成本。
本发明的工作原理是:如附图1所示,通常状态下,叶片4与管体1的纵向中心轴垂直,管体1闭合,弹簧26接动拉杆25,使叶片4时刻保持闭合状态,当发生火灾时,排烟管的排烟系统启动,热的烟气到达叶片4时,温度感应器5感应温度升高,控制元件控制变速电机23转动驱动主动轴2转动,与主动轴2通过齿轮21联动的从动轴3同时转动,叶片4打开,使管体1通畅,及时排放烟气,防火阀体积小,造价低,采用齿轮21联动结构紧凑可靠,行程小,反应及时迅捷,并且,防火阀设置外保温时不影响阀的开关,适用更广,耐久性更高,相较于多页防火阀密封性更好。
最后说明的是,以上发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种防火阀联动器,包括管体,其特征在于:所述管体的横截面中心处设置有并列的主动轴及从动轴,所述主动轴及从动轴滑动穿设在管体上,主动轴和从动轴上分别固定连接有与管体的内径配合的叶片,主动轴和从动轴的两端固定连接有互相配合的齿轮,主动轴的一端固定连接有转动盘,所述转动盘转动连接变速电机,管体内还设置有温度感应器,所述温度感应器连接控制元件,控制元件连接变速电机。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防火阀联动器,其特征在于:所述主动轴的一端固定连接有转动杆,所述转动杆位于管体外。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种防火阀联动器,其特征在于:所述主动轴的另一端固定连接有拉杆,所述拉杆末端连接有弹簧,所述弹簧固定在管体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防火阀联动器,其特征在于:所述叶片的四周固定连接有密封弹簧片。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种防火阀联动器,其特征在于:所述密封弹簧片采用0.15mm不锈钢制作。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防火阀联动器,其特征在于:所述叶片采用2.0mm热轧钢板制作。
