Aiming at the problem that the offshore wind power single-pile foundation is easy to be scoured and damaged, most of the existing projects adopt bottom protection and impact reduction protection measures, mainly utilize protective layers mainly comprising riprapping stones, sand bags, sand quilts and the like to carry out gland protection on scouring influence areas on the periphery of a pile foundation, can not effectively isolate water flow around the pile, and is difficult to obtain reliable scouring protection effects.
