The wool top quick dyeing device is characterized by comprising a selector switch (1), a dyeing box (2), supporting legs (3), a stable base (4), a impurity filtering net (5), a vertical seat (6), a wheel shaft (7), a dyeing pressing wheel (8), a containing wheel (9), a containing motor (10), a machine base (11), an adjustable wool top surface dust cleaning adsorption guide wheel structure (12), a heatable anti-solidification stirring blade structure (13) and a drying type leading-out heating wheel structure (14), wherein the selector switch (1) is longitudinally bolted on the lower left side of the dyeing box (2); the supporting legs (3) are respectively and longitudinally connected with the four corners of the upper part of the stable base (4) through bolts at one end, and are respectively and fixedly connected with the four corners of the bottom of the dyeing box (2) through bolts at the other end; the transverse screw of the impurity filtering net (5) is connected to the middle lower part of the inner side of the dyeing box (2); the vertical seat (6) is connected with the middle position of the upper part of the impurity filtering net (5) through a longitudinal bolt; a dyeing pinch roller (8) is arranged in the vertical seat (6) through a wheel shaft (7); the containing wheel (9) is connected with the front end of an output shaft of the containing motor (10) in a key mode; the accommodating motor (10) is transversely bolted on the right side of the rear part of the base (11); the output shaft of the storage motor (10) also penetrates through the middle position of the right side inside the base (11); the adjustable wool top surface dust cleaning adsorption guide wheel structure (12), the heatable anti-solidification stirring blade structure (13) and the dryable leading-out heating wheel structure (14) are respectively connected with the dyeing box (2); the adjustable wool top surface dust cleaning adsorption guide wheel structure (12) comprises a dust impurity adsorption cleaning wheel (121), a movable seat (122), an adjusting rod (123), a hollow seat (124), an adjusting bolt (125), a fixed seat (126) and a winding wheel (127), wherein the dust impurity adsorption cleaning wheel (121) is coupled to a groove formed in the middle of the right side of the inner part of the movable seat (122) in a shaft mode; the transverse left part of the movable seat (122) is connected to the upper end of the adjusting rod (123) through a bolt; the adjusting rod (123) is longitudinally inserted into the hollow seat (124) and is fixedly connected with the hollow seat through an adjusting bolt (125); the transverse left end of the fixed seat (126) is in bolted connection with the upper right side of the hollow seat (124); a winding wheel (127) is axially connected in a groove arranged on the right side in the fixed seat (126).

The wool top rapid dyeing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the heatable coagulation-preventing stirring blade structure (13) comprises a coagulation-preventing stirring blade (131), a fixing cap (132), a stirring motor (133), a hexagon socket bolt (134), a fixing lining seat (135) and a coagulation-preventing heating sheet (136), wherein the coagulation-preventing stirring blade (131) is respectively and transversely welded at the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the fixing cap (132); the fixing cap (132) is sleeved at the upper end of an output shaft of the stirring motor (133) and is fixedly connected and arranged through an inner hexagonal socket bolt (134); the longitudinal upper end of the stirring motor (133) is connected with the middle position of the lower part of the fixed lining seat (135) through a bolt; the left end and the right end of the upper side of the inside of the fixed lining seat (135) are respectively connected with an anti-solidification heating sheet (136) through transverse screws.

The wool top quick dyeing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the drying type leading-out heating wheel structure (14) comprises a drying fan (141), a drying box (142), a dye collecting box (143), a heating pipe (144), a connecting shaft (145) and a guide wheel (146), wherein the drying fan (141) is sequentially screwed on the upper part of the drying box (142) from left to right; a dye collecting box (143) is connected to an outlet at the middle position of the bottom of the drying box (142) through screws; a heating pipe (144) is connected to the upper part of the inner side of the drying box (142) through a transverse screw; and guide wheels (146) are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left end and the right end inside the drying box (142) through connecting shafts (145).
4. The device for the quick dyeing of wool tops according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower longitudinal part of the hollow seat (124) is bolted to the upper left side of the dyeing box (2).
5. The wool top quick dyeing device according to the claim 1 is characterized in that the dust and impurity adsorption cleaning wheel (121) is a rubber wheel with a felt layer glued on the outer surface.
6. The device for the rapid dyeing of wool tops according to claim 1, characterized in that the winding wheel (127) is an I-shaped engineering plastic wheel.
7. The device for quick dyeing of wool tops according to claim 1, characterized in that the dust and impurity adsorbing and cleaning wheel (121) is located at the upper inner side of the winding wheel (127).
8. The device for dyeing wool tops rapidly according to claim 2, wherein the anti-coagulation stirring blade (131) adopts two stainless steel spiral blades.

The wool top quick dyeing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the output shaft of the stirring motor (133) penetrates through the middle position of the inside of the fixed lining seat (135) and the middle position of the bottom of the inner side of the dyeing box (2), and a rubber ring is arranged at the joint of the output shaft of the stirring motor (133) and the dyeing box (2).
