Abstract
The invention discloses a system for automatically adding a brightener into a rolling plating solution, which is characterized in that: comprises a brightener quantitative input component, a brightener storage device, a traveling crane, a brightener adding component and a PLC controller; the brightener quantitative input assembly is used for injecting brightener into the brightener storage device; the brightener storage device is arranged on the travelling crane; the brightener adding assembly is connected with the brightener storage device and is used for outputting materials in the brightener storage device; the PLC is used for controlling the brightener to automatically and quantitatively inject into the brightener storage device and the roll plating solution added into the plating bath. The system is convenient to operate, the accuracy of the dosage of each brightener is ensured, the adding range is wide, the dispersion is easy, and the effect of manual addition is achieved; meanwhile, the investment cost is greatly reduced, and the ordinary maintenance workload is reduced. In addition, the method of the invention is automatically controlled in the whole process, and the conditions of addition omission and addition increase are not caused.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and a method for automatically adding a brightener into a rolling and plating solution.
Background
During the production process of the parts, it is often necessary to electroplate them. The electroplating process of some small parts is inconvenient to operate independently, so that the electroplating process is generally carried out by putting a large number of small parts in a rolling container (roller). This process is called barrel plating, and the plating solution used for barrel plating is the barrel plating solution of the present invention. In the barrel plating process, in order to improve the texture of the appearance of parts and make the plating level and smooth, a brightener is often added into the barrel plating solution. The existing common method for adding the brightener comprises the following steps: (1) in the barrel plating process, after a roller product is fed into a plating tank, a certain amount of brightener is measured by a manual measuring tool and added to the liquid level close to the roller. (2) Converting into a certain amount of brightening agent according to the ampere hour amount of each plating bath during plating, and quantitatively adding the brightening agent at a fixed position point of the plating bath through a metering pump at fixed time, wherein each plating bath needs a set of device for adding the brightening agent. (3) A set of device for adding the brightening agent is matched with a plurality of electromagnetic valves (matched with the number of rollers or plating tanks) and pipelines for use, and the electromagnetic valves at corresponding positions are opened for quantitative addition once every time a roller product is fed. The above-mentioned methods have the following disadvantages: (1) the effect is optimal when the coating is added manually, the added coating area is large, the coating can be quickly dispersed into the plating solution, and the coating can exert the effect in time when being close to a product newly entering the plating solution; however, the labor intensity of the operator is high, and the error of manual measurement is large, which is not favorable for high-requirement control. (2) The two automatic adding methods have a common defect, the fixed-point adding is not beneficial to dispersion, and the fixed-point adding can be dispersed into the plating solution only by circular filtration; the effect of the brightener cannot be exerted in time for products far from the addition point. This automatic addition method is not very suitable in barrel plating and is costly.
Therefore, it is necessary to improve the method of adding brightener to the rolling bath to ensure the accuracy of the amount of brightener added and the dispersing effect, while reducing the cost of investment.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems and achieve the purposes, the invention provides a method for automatically adding a brightener into a rolling bath, which simulates manual automatic addition of the brightener into the rolling bath by combining a machine with a PLC (programmable logic controller) so as to achieve an ideal effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a system for automatically adding brightener into a rolling plating solution comprises a brightener quantitative input assembly, a brightener storage device, a traveling crane, a brightener adding assembly and a PLC (programmable logic controller); the brightener quantitative input assembly is used for injecting brightener into the brightener storage device; the brightener storage device is arranged on the travelling crane; the brightener adding assembly is connected with the brightener storage device and is used for outputting materials in the brightener storage device; the PLC is used for controlling the brightener to automatically and quantitatively inject into the brightener storage device and the roll plating solution added into the plating bath.
In the system for automatically adding the brightener into the roll plating solution, the brightener quantitative input assembly comprises a material suction pipe, a metering pump and a material feeding pipe; one end of the material suction pipe is connected with the brightener charging barrel, the other end of the material suction pipe is connected with the metering pump, one end of the material feed pipe is connected with the metering pump, the other end of the material feed pipe injects the brightener into the brightener storage device, and the metering pump is used for quantitatively pumping out the brightener.
Preferably, the material suction pipes and the metering pumps are multiple, and brighteners with different metering and different components can be input according to product requirements.
According to the system for automatically adding the brightener into the plating solution, the brightener adding component comprises a discharge pipe, an electromagnetic valve, a telescopic pipe and a brightener dispersing pipe; one end of the discharge pipe is connected with the brightener storage device, and the other end of the discharge pipe is connected with the electromagnetic valve; one end of the telescopic pipe is connected with the electromagnetic valve, and the other end of the telescopic pipe is connected with the brightener dispersing pipe and is used for controlling the addition of the brightener; and the brightener dispersion pipe extends to a plating station, and brightener is added into the barrel plating solution.
Preferably, the end of the brightener dispersing pipe is provided with a dispersing head, and the dispersing head is provided with a plurality of dispersing holes.
In the system for automatically adding the brightener into the plating bath, the PLC is provided with the touch screen.
The system for automatically adding the brightener into the rolling and plating solution further comprises a proximity switch for triggering and starting the metering pump.
Preferably, the proximity switch is an eddy current type proximity switch or a capacitive type proximity switch.
By using the system for automatically adding the brightener into the rolling bath, the specific operation of adding the brightener into the rolling bath comprises the following steps:
s1: setting addition parameters: inputting the type and the addition quantity parameters of the brightener to be added into a PLC (programmable logic controller) through a touch screen according to different design requirements of the product to be plated, and selecting an option corresponding to the plated product;
s2: feeding: triggering and starting the metering pump when the traveling crane carrying the brightener storage device travels to the proximity switch, and injecting the brightener into a storage container on the traveling crane through the metering pump according to the parameters set in the step S;
s3: adding a brightening agent: after the traveling crane brings the roller containing the product to be electroplated into the plating station, the telescopic pipe extends in the descending process of the roller, the brightener dispersing pipe descends, the electromagnetic valve is opened when the brightener dispersing pipe descends to the lowest point, and the brightener injected into the brightener storage box in the step S is added into the barrel plating liquid through the discharge pipe, the electromagnetic valve, the telescopic pipe and the brightener dispersing pipe;
s4: and (3) circulation: after finishing adding the brightener in the step S, the brightener dispersion pipe and the telescopic pipe simultaneously ascend along with the hook of the upper roller of the travelling crane, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and the brightener needed by the product in the roller is completely added; repeating step S or step S; and repeating the steps, and automatically adding the brightener into the rolling plating solution of the product to be electroplated.
As a preferable technical solution, in step S1, the adding parameters are set by inputting the brightener adding parameters corresponding to the products of all specifications at one time, and only once selecting is needed for each product replacement.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages:
1) each brightener is added quantitatively through one metering pump, so that the accuracy of the dosage of each brightener is ensured.
2) The addition amount corresponding to the products of all specifications is input on the touch screen of the controller in one step in advance, and only once re-selection is needed when the products are replaced once, so that the operation is different.
3) The brightener is added into the liquid level of the plating solution through the dispersion tube, the addition range is wide, and the brightener is easy to disperse, so that the effect of manual addition is achieved.
4) The brightener is added once every time one roller is fed, and the adding position is close to the roller, so that the effect is ideal.
5) In the whole adding system, only one set of controller, one electromagnetic valve, one stocker and one set of dispersion pipes are needed for one production line, so that the investment cost is greatly reduced, and the ordinary maintenance workload is reduced.
6) The method of the invention is automatically controlled in the whole process, and the conditions of adding missing and adding more can not be caused.

a system for automatically adding brightener into a rolling bath is shown in figure 1 and figure 2, and comprises a brightener quantitative input assembly 1, a brightener storage device 2, a travelling crane 3, a brightener adding assembly 4 and a PLC (programmable logic controller) 5; the brightener quantitative input assembly 1, a brightener charging barrel 10 and a brightener storage device 2 are mounted on the travelling crane 3 together, and the discharge end of the brightener quantitative input assembly is connected with the brightener storage device 2 and is used for injecting the brightener in the brightener charging barrel 10 into the brightener storage device 2; or the brightener quantitative input assembly 1 and the brightener charging barrel 10 are separately arranged, the brightener storage tank 2 is arranged on the traveling crane 3, the discharge end of the brightener quantitative input assembly 1 is positioned at the feeding position above the opening of the brightener storage tank 2, and when the traveling crane 3 carries the brightener storage tank 2 to the feeding position, the brightener quantitative input assembly 1 injects the brightener in the brightener charging barrel 10 into the brightener storage tank 2. The brightener adding assembly 4 is connected with the brightener storage device 2 and is used for outputting materials in the brightener storage device 2; the PLC 5 is used for controlling the brightener to automatically and quantitatively inject into the brightener storage tank 2 and the roll plating solution added into the roller 6.
In the system for automatically adding brightener into the plating bath, the brightener quantitative input assembly 1 includes a material suction pipe 7, a metering pump 8 and a material feeding pipe 9; one end of the material suction pipe 7 is connected with a brightener charging barrel 10, the other end of the material suction pipe is connected with a metering pump 8, one end of the material feeding pipe 9 is connected with the metering pump 8, the other end of the material feeding pipe is connected with the brightener storage hopper 2, each brightener corresponds to one or more metering pumps 8, and the metering pumps 8 quantitatively input the brighteners into the brightener storage hopper 2. The material suction pipes 7 and the metering pumps 8 can be multiple, and brighteners with different metering and different components can be input simultaneously according to product requirements.
In the system for automatically adding brightener into the plating bath according to the embodiment, the brightener adding assembly 4 comprises a discharge pipe 11, an electromagnetic valve 12, a telescopic pipe 13 and a brightener dispersing pipe 14; one end of the discharge pipe 11 is connected with the brightener storage device 2, and the other end is connected with the electromagnetic valve 12; one end of the telescopic pipe 13 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 12, and the other end of the telescopic pipe is connected with the brightener dispersing pipe 14 and used for controlling the addition of the brightener; the brightener dispensing tube 14 extends to the plating station 15 and adds brightener to the barrel plating solution. In order to better disperse the brightener into the barrel plating solution, the end of the brightener dispersing pipe 14 is provided with a dispersing head 141, and the dispersing head 141 is provided with a plurality of dispersing holes 1411.
In this embodiment, the PLC controller 5 of the system for automatically adding the brightener into the plating solution is provided with a touch screen 51, which is convenient for data input and operation. In addition, the system for automatically adding brightener into the rolling bath according to the embodiment further comprises a proximity switch 16, and when the traveling crane 3 reaches the position of the proximity switch 16, the metering pump 8 is triggered to be started to pump the brightener in the brightener cylinder 10 into the brightener storage tank 2. In the case where the brightener dosing module 1 is provided separately from the brightener cartridge 10, the proximity switch 16 is turned on when the brightener storage tank 2 is brought to the charging position. Preferably, the proximity switch 16 is a vortex type proximity switch or a capacitive type proximity switch.

s1: setting addition parameters: inputting the type and the addition quantity parameters of the brightener to be added into the PLC 5 through the touch screen 51 according to different design requirements of products to be electroplated, and selecting options corresponding to the plated products; in the step, brightener addition parameters corresponding to products of all specifications can be input at one time, and only once product selection is needed when the product is replaced.
S2: feeding: when the traveling crane 3 carrying the brightener storage tank 2 moves to the approach switch 16, the metering pump 8 is triggered and started, and the brightener is injected into the storage container on the traveling crane 3 through the metering pump 8 according to the parameters set in the step S1.
S3: adding a brightening agent: normally, the telescopic tube 13 is in a contracted state, the brightener dispensing tube 14 is at the upper part, and the electromagnetic valve 12 is in a closed state. After the traveling crane 3 brings the roller 6 containing the product to be electroplated into the plating station 15, the extension pipe 13 is extended while the roller 6 descends, the brightener dispersing pipe 14 descends, and when the brightener dispersing pipe descends to the lowest point, the electromagnetic valve 12 is opened 12 under the control of the PLC controller 5, so that the brightener injected into the brightener storage hopper 2 in step S2 is added into the plating solution through the discharge pipe 11, the electromagnetic valve 12, the extension pipe 13 and the brightener dispersing pipe 14.
S4: and (3) circulation: after the brightener is added in the step S3, the brightener dispersing pipe 14 and the telescopic pipe 13 rise along with the hook of the roller 6 on the travelling crane 3, the electromagnetic valve 12 is closed, and the addition of the brightener needed by the product in the roller 6 is completed; repeating step S1 or step S2; and repeating the steps, and automatically adding the brightener into the rolling plating solution of the product to be electroplated.
