selecting a plurality of narrow strips with the size of 25cm by 2.5 sides, stacking the narrow strips into paper bundles with the thickness of 3cm, 4cm and 5cm, ensuring the edges of the paper bundles to be neat, uniformly coating a layer of glue solution (3cm by 2.5cm) on the edges of the paper bundles, binding the paper bundles oppositely, after solidification, fixing one end of a paper tape, connecting the other end of the paper tape with a plastic bag, adding a weight (g) into the bag until the glue part is torn, recording the weight of the paper tape, performing parallel test for 3 times, and taking an average value, wherein the result is shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the adhesive strength of the present invention is high and the adhesive does not easily fall off.
2. Cardboard bending test
In a constant temperature and humidity room, the temperature is tested: 25 ℃, humidity: under the condition of 50% RH, the card paper (250g of chalk card, the size of the card paper is 25cm multiplied by 25cm) is glued and mounted by selecting the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 respectively, and after the card paper is naturally placed for 10h, the bending degree of the card book is detected. The results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from Table 2, the card book of the invention is naturally placed for 10 hours after being glued, the curvature of the card book is less than 1mm, and the card book has smooth and beautiful appearance.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. The quick-drying environment-friendly glue suitable for the process of mounting the toy book is characterized by being prepared from the following components:
300 portions of deionized water and 400 portions of deionized water,
269980 portions of polyvinyl alcohol and 120 portions of polyvinyl alcohol,
60-100 parts of polyvinyl acetate, namely,
6-25 parts of PEG-4 laurate,
1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate, wherein,
5-10 parts of ammonium persulfate,
10-20 parts of vinyl acetate, and the like,
2-6 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate,
8-12 parts of allyl glycidyl ether,
2-6 parts of acrylic acid, namely,
4-8 parts of diacetone acrylamide,
3-8 parts of glycerol, namely,
3-8 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate,
5-10 parts of tributyl citrate;
the quick-drying environment-friendly glue is prepared by the following preparation process, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, mixing vinyl acetate and hydroxyethyl acrylate and uniformly stirring to obtain a monomer mixture 1 for later use;
mixing allyl glycidyl ether, acrylic acid and diacetone acrylamide and uniformly stirring to obtain a monomer mixture 2 for later use;
preparing ammonium persulfate into 1-3 wt% aqueous solution for later use;
step 2, adding deionized water, polyvinyl alcohol 2699, 30-40 wt% of PEG-4 laurate and sodium bicarbonate into a reaction kettle, stirring, heating to 90-95 ℃, and fully dissolving;
step 3, cooling to 60-70 ℃, slowly adding 40-50 wt% of the monomer mixture 1 and 20-25 wt% of ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, heating to 88-95 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 25-35 min; cooling to 60-70 ℃, and then slowly adding the residual monomer mixture 1 and 25-30% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution; heating to 88-95 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 10-25 min;
step 4, cooling to 72-76 ℃, slowly adding 40-50 wt% of monomer mixture 2 and 20-25 wt% of ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, heating to 88-95 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 20-30 min; cooling to 60-70 ℃, and then slowly adding the rest monomer mixture 2 and the rest ammonium persulfate aqueous solution; heating to 88-95 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 10-25 min;
step 5, adding 30-40 wt% of PEG-4 laurate and polyvinyl acetate, preserving the heat at 88-95 ℃ for 10-25min, and then cooling to 40-50 ℃;
and step 6, adding the rest PEG-4 laurate, glycerol, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and tributyl citrate, uniformly mixing, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃ for 8-20min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
2. The quick-drying environment-friendly glue according to claim 1, characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
320 portions and 380 portions of deionized water,
110 portions of polyvinyl alcohol 269990,
70-90 parts of polyvinyl acetate, and the like,
10-20 parts of PEG-4 laurate,
1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate, wherein,
8-9 parts of ammonium persulfate,
12-18 parts of vinyl acetate, and the like,
3-5 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate,
9-11 parts of allyl glycidyl ether,
3-5 parts of acrylic acid,
5-7 parts of diacetone acrylamide,
4-7 parts of glycerol, namely,
4-7 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate,
6-9 parts of tributyl citrate.
3. The quick-drying environment-friendly glue according to claim 2, characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
350 parts of deionized water, namely 350 parts of deionized water,
2699100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, namely 2699100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol,
80 parts of polyvinyl acetate, namely 80 parts of polyvinyl acetate,
15 parts of PEG-4 laurate (PEG-4),
2 parts of sodium bicarbonate, namely 2 parts of sodium bicarbonate,
8 parts of ammonium persulfate, namely 8 parts of ammonium persulfate,
15 parts of vinyl acetate, namely 15 parts of vinyl acetate,
4 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, namely 4 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate,
10 parts of allyl glycidyl ether, and a solvent,
4 parts of acrylic acid, namely 4 parts of acrylic acid,
6 parts of diacetone acrylamide, namely, diacetone acrylamide,
6 parts of glycerol, namely 6 parts of glycerol,
6 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate,
and 8 parts of tributyl citrate.
4. The preparation method of the quick-drying environment-friendly glue water as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, mixing vinyl acetate and hydroxyethyl acrylate and uniformly stirring to obtain a monomer mixture 1 for later use;
mixing allyl glycidyl ether, acrylic acid and diacetone acrylamide and uniformly stirring to obtain a monomer mixture 2 for later use;
preparing ammonium persulfate into 1-3 wt% aqueous solution for later use;
step 2, adding deionized water, polyvinyl alcohol 2699, 30-40 wt% of PEG-4 laurate and sodium bicarbonate into a reaction kettle, stirring, heating to 90-95 ℃, and fully dissolving;
step 3, cooling to 60-70 ℃, slowly adding 40-50 wt% of the monomer mixture 1 and 20-25 wt% of ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, heating to 88-95 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 25-35 min; cooling to 60-70 ℃, and then slowly adding the residual monomer mixture 1 and 25-30% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution; heating to 88-95 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 10-25 min;
step 4, cooling to 72-76 ℃, slowly adding 40-50 wt% of monomer mixture 2 and 20-25 wt% of ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, heating to 88-95 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 20-30 min; cooling to 60-70 ℃, and then slowly adding the rest monomer mixture 2 and the rest ammonium persulfate aqueous solution; heating to 88-95 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 10-25 min;
step 5, adding 30-40 wt% of PEG-4 laurate and polyvinyl acetate, preserving the heat at 88-95 ℃ for 10-25min, and then cooling to 40-50 ℃;
and step 6, adding the rest PEG-4 laurate, glycerol, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and tributyl citrate, uniformly mixing, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃ for 8-20min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the aqueous solution of ammonium persulfate is supplemented every 13 to 18min in the steps 3 and 4.
