Background
Coal gangue and coal slime are solid wastes generated in the coal mining and washing processes. The coal gangue and the coal slime become industrial wastes with the largest storage amount and annual output and the largest occupation of stacking sites, and bring a series of problems to the environment and the society. The coal gangue stockpiling occupies a large amount of land, so that the areas of cultivated land and forest land are reduced; SO produced by spontaneous combustion of coal gangue2、NOxToxic and harmful gas, toxic and harmful elementThe rainwater can also pollute underground water and soil along with leaching and percolation, and serious harm is caused to the ecological environment; coal enterprises also need to invest a large amount of capital every year to solve the problems of expropriation of coal gangue land, pollution of gangue dump, coping with natural disasters such as landslide and debris flow and the like. Therefore, increasing the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and coal slime has been urgent.
The application of the traditional coal gangue and coal slime in the building field is mainly used for preparing sintered bricks or road bed landfill. But the coal gangue baked brick has high energy consumption and secondary pollution, and the coal gangue baked brick has the problems of low strength, easy cracking and the like in the using process. In addition, harmful substances such as heavy metals and the like exist in the coal gangue and the coal slime, and if the coal gangue and the coal slime are used as building materials without treatment, the environment is adversely affected.
