Description

Sludge environment-friendly baking-free brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of baking-free bricks, in particular to an environment-friendly sludge baking-free brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A large amount of sludge or sludge is generated in hydraulic engineering such as rapid urbanization construction, harbor construction and maintenance, river and lake construction and maintenance and the like in China, and the problems of river and ocean pollution, generated stacking pollutant diffusion, farmland occupation and the like can be caused by common sludge/sludge treatment methods such as ocean dumping, stacking airing and nearby burying. For years, China mainly uses clay to sinter bricks, uses clay as a main raw material to destroy cultivated lands, and has high energy consumption in clay sintering production, so that the research on waste clay raw materials and the preparation of sintered bricks by using other novel geotechnical materials such as sludge or silt have important significance for protecting cultivated lands and saving energy.
Chinese patent document CN1724446A discloses a wall material and a method for processing wall bricks by using the material, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of sludge, 0-60 parts of silt, 10-40 parts of fly ash and 0-5 parts of additive. The processing steps are that the sludge and the fly ash are mixed to prepare a green body, and the green body is dried and then crushed to obtain dry powder; then mixing, grinding and crushing 0-45 wt% of dry powder, 0-60 wt% of silt, 0-80 wt% of sludge, 10-40 wt% of fly ash and 0-5 wt% of additive, and adding deodorant or chlorine dioxide bactericide to obtain a blank; and drying after blank making, and roasting at 900-1100 ℃ for 18-36 hours to obtain the finished product brick. Although the method is environment-friendly, the brick has long firing time and high energy consumption, and the prepared brick has unstable performance and is easy to crack or fall off in the using process.

The pretreatment process of the sludge and silt is very complex, and the performance of the baked brick prepared by the additive is unstable, and cracks or corner drops are easy to occur.
In summary, the baking-free brick prepared by using sludge/sludge at present has the problems of long time consumption, unstable product weight, difficult achievement of the folding resistance, compressive strength, wear resistance and freeze-thaw resistance, immature production process, long processing time, high energy consumption, unstable product performance and the like, so that further intensive research on the preparation of the baking-free brick by using sludge/sludge is urgently needed.
