The forming method of the packing paper tube as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two connecting ends are respectively a first end with a step surface facing the outside of the composite paper board and a second end with a step surface facing the inside of the composite paper board, the first moisture-proof barrier layer is a layer of barrier film coated on the inner layer paper, the head and tail ends of the barrier film are sequentially staggered from the other paper materials, one end of the barrier film at the first end is provided with an outward-folded edge to form a folded edge portion, and when the composite paper board is butted, the folded edge portion of the barrier film is butted on the barrier film at the other end of the inner layer paper.
11. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two connecting ends are a first end facing the outside of the composite paperboard and a second end facing the inside of the composite paperboard, and a transverse cutting portion is provided at an end of the inner paper adjacent to the first end, the transverse cutting portion being located at a back side of the first moisture barrier layer, and an end portion of the inner paper is folded inward of the transverse cutting portion to form a connecting edge located in the first end.
