As shown in fig. 16 to 24, a second embodiment of an ac charging post according to the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the second embodiment employs a supporting device having the following structure: comprises a hanging plate 5 and a fixing plate 6 for fixing on a wall body. The hanging plate 5 is provided with a second threading hole 51 and a second connecting hole corresponding to the second nut insert 212, and a plurality of hooks 52 are provided on the hanging plate 5. Meanwhile, an arch-shaped bridge 61 corresponding to the hook 52 is provided on the fixing plate 6. The rear cover 2 is fixedly connected with the hanging plate 5 through screws. Therefore, the wall-mounted alternating-current charging pile is formed, and the use flexibility and the applicability of the charging pile are improved. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, a depression 53 formed by punching is provided in the middle of the hanging plate 5, a first notch 54 is provided in the lower half of the hanging plate 5, and a second notch 62 is provided in the lower half of the fixing plate 6. The arrangement of the incoming cables is facilitated by the recess 53, the first break 54 and the second break 62. In order to enhance the sealing performance of the joint of the hanging plate 5 and the rear cover 2, the hanging plate 5 is provided with the cylinder 55 extending into the wire inlet hole 21, and the second wire threading hole 51 is arranged along the axis of the cylinder 55, so that the waterproof connector can be installed conveniently. In order to facilitate winding, the hanging plate 5 is provided with a fixed winding hook 7 in the embodiment.
Practical application shows that the alternating current charging pile can have the following beneficial effects: the floor type and wall type forms are provided, the selection is flexible, the installation is convenient, the cost is lower, the electric control box can be applied to both indoor and outdoor, and the electric control box adopts a sealing structure, so that the generation of dirt and condensation can be effectively prevented; the structure is simple, the size is small, and the occupied space is reduced; the emergency stop button and the micro-switch are used for realizing the purpose of stopping immediately after being pressed, and the emergency stop button is safe and reliable and can effectively ensure the safety of personnel when a fault occurs.

Claims (10)

1. An alternating current charging pile comprises a charging gun (1) and a disc type electric control box, wherein the electric control box is fixed on a supporting device, an electric control device connected with an alternating current power supply through an incoming cable is arranged in the electric control box, the electric control device is connected with the charging gun (1) through an outgoing cable, the alternating current charging pile is characterized in that the electric control box comprises a rear cover (2) and a front cover (3) which are distributed oppositely, a wire inlet hole (21) is formed in the middle of the bottom wall of the rear cover (2), wire outlet holes (22) are formed in the lower side of the peripheral wall of the rear cover (2), a plurality of first connecting columns (23) facing the front cover (3) are arranged on the inner side of the bottom wall of the rear cover (2), through holes are formed in the first connecting columns (23) along the axis, a plurality of buckling positions (24) are formed in the inner side of the peripheral wall of the rear cover (2) at intervals along the circumferential direction, and lamp strips (31) connected with, a gun seat (32) used for placing the charging gun (1) is arranged on the lower half portion of the front cover (3), a second connecting column (33) corresponding to the first connecting column (23) is arranged on the inner side of the bottom wall of the front cover (3), a first nut insert is arranged on the second connecting column (33) along the axis, a buckle (34) corresponding to the buckle position (24) is arranged on the inner side of the peripheral wall of the front cover (3), a first sealing groove is arranged on the outer side of the peripheral wall of the front cover (3), and a first sealing ring (35) is arranged in the first sealing groove; the perisporium of protecgulum (3) is in the perisporium inboard of back lid (2), buckle (34) and the mutual lock in knot position (24) that correspond, first sealing washer (35) extrusion is between the perisporium of protecgulum (3) and the perisporium of back lid (2), first spliced pole (23) and second spliced pole (33) that correspond pass first spliced pole (23) through the screw and are connected with the first nut inserts in second spliced pole (33), waterproof joint is installed respectively to entrance hole (21) and wire outlet (22), the waterproof joint that the incoming wire cable and the outgoing line cable correspond to from entrance hole (21) and wire outlet (22) passes.

An alternating-current charging pile according to claim 1, characterized in that a micro-break switch hole (25) and an emergency stop button hole (26) are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the peripheral wall of the rear cover (2), a second sealing groove is arranged on the periphery of the micro-break switch hole (25), a second sealing ring is arranged in the second sealing groove, a micro-break switch cover (27) is arranged on the outer side of the micro-break switch hole (25) of the rear cover (2), and an emergency stop button (28) connected with an electric control device is arranged in the emergency stop button hole (26).

An alternating current charging pile according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner side of the bottom wall of the rear cover (2) is provided with a first annular and radial reinforcing rib (29); and the inner side of the bottom wall of the front cover (3) is provided with a latticed second reinforcing rib (36).

An alternating current charging pile according to claim 3, characterized in that a bulge (210) is arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall of the rear cover (2), the bulge (210) is provided with a third sealing groove (211) at the periphery of the wire inlet hole (21), and a third sealing ring is arranged in the third sealing groove (211); the bulge (210) is also provided with a plurality of second nut inserts (212) at the periphery of the third sealing groove (211).

An alternating current charging pile according to claim 8, characterized in that a depression (53) formed by punching is formed in the middle of the hanging plate (5), a first gap (54) is formed in the lower half of the hanging plate (5), and a second gap (62) is formed in the lower half of the fixing plate (6).

An alternating current charging pile according to claim 9, characterised in that the hanging plate (5) is provided with a cylinder (55) extending into the wire inlet hole (21), the second wire passing hole (51) being arranged along the axis of the cylinder (55); a winding hook (7) is also fixed on the hanging plate (5).
