The utility model provides a fill electric pile.
In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, the charging pile includes a chassis 100, a connector assembly 200, a charging cable 300, and a limiting bracket 400; the case 100 is provided with a threading hole 101; the connector assembly 200 comprises a connector main body 210 and an end cover 220, wherein the connector main body 210 is installed at the threading hole 101, one end of the connector main body extends out of the case 100, and the end cover 220 is connected to one end of the connector main body 210 extending out of the case 100; one end of the charging cable 300 is disposed in the case 100 to be electrically connected to the dc output, and the other end passes through the connector body 210 and the end cap 220 and extends out of the case 100; one end of the limiting bracket 400 is fixedly connected to the chassis 100, and the other end of the limiting bracket stops at the end face of the end cover 220 departing from the chassis 100.
One end of the charging cable 300 is located in the case 100, so that the case 100 protects the charging cable 300 and other electrical components disposed in the case 100 from damage caused by rain or dust to the electrical components and the charging cable 300. In addition, one end of the charging cable 300 disposed in the chassis 100 is used for being electrically connected to the dc output, and the other end of the charging cable 300 extends out of the chassis 100, so as to facilitate charging of the electric vehicle. The threading hole 101 is formed in the chassis 100, so that an avoidance space is provided for the charging cable 300 to pass through the chassis 100. In addition, by installing the joint main body 210 of the joint assembly 200 at the threading hole 101, a certain sealing effect can be provided for the threading hole 101, and rainwater or dust can be further prevented from entering the case 100 from the threading hole 101. The threading hole 101 may be a circular hole, a rectangular hole, or a hole of other shapes. The end cap 220 is connected to an end of the connector body 210 extending out of the housing 100, so that when the charging cable 300 passes through the connector body 210, the end cap 220 can press and lock the charging cable 300 against the connector body 210. Specifically, the end cap 220 and the connector body 210 may be connected by a screw thread or a snap fit. In order to ensure the stability of the connection, it is preferable that the end cap 220 is connected to the joint body 210 by means of a screw connection. In addition, the other end of the charging cable 300 passes through the connector main body 210 and the end cover 220 and extends out of the case 100, so that the connector main body 210 has a better supporting and protecting effect on the charging cable 300, and the charging cable 300 is prevented from being scratched by the edge of the threading hole 101 due to the fact that the charging cable 300 is directly contacted with the edge of the threading hole 101 of the case 100. It should be noted that the structure and connection relationship of the internal components in the charging pile chassis 100 belong to the common general knowledge in the art, and are not described in detail herein.
