本发明提供一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,针对缺陷区域弃用铺层梯度打磨环节,直接在缺陷中心钻制一个直径较小的通孔,再使用L型旋转割碎装置将缺陷区域蜂窝芯进行全深度割碎破坏处理,确保缺陷区域蜂窝芯已被割碎后利用通孔和注射器进行灌封胶注射/搅拌,确保灌封胶完全填充缺陷区域腔体,然后执行固化工序。固化打磨恢复原表面,即可在较小程度破坏原结构铺层的情况下充分填充缺陷区域,达到修补目标。

一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料零件的修补方法,特别是蜂窝夹芯结构复合材料的修补方法。
背景技术
随着蜂窝夹芯结构复合材料零件在航空航天领域中的应用越来越多,在制造过程和实际使用中,复合材料零件的损伤不可避免,尤其对于机身蒙皮,梁等需要频繁周转的大型零件,在存放、流转加工过程中极容易因保护不周造成损伤,由于蜂窝芯本身缺陷导致的胶接后板芯区域缺陷也为数众多。这些缺陷往往造成零件无法继续加工,飞机无法继续使用,在无法使用热压罐成型工艺进行修复的情况下,如何快速高效的对复合材料的板芯区缺陷进行修补,并尽可能恢复其强度,是复合材料行业急需解决的问题。
传统的板芯区灌封修补方法是打磨去除缺陷区域的外层碳纤维蒙皮,暴露出全部缺陷后使用灌封胶将缺陷蜂窝芯挖出或灌封,灌封胶固化后再通过铺叠对打磨去除的铺层进行还原。这种方法固然可以完全修复损伤区域蜂窝芯,但对原本正常的结构铺层造成较大破坏,同时打磨铺层及铺叠还原铺层对整个修补周期、环境、难度提出了更高的要求,因此研究出一种能够较小程度破坏原结构铺层,降低修补复杂程度和修补周期的工艺方法,对复合材料夹芯结构件的制造具有重大的意义和应用价值。
发明内容
为了克服夹芯结构缺陷打磨铺层修补在强度和周期方面的不足,本发明提出一种降低结构损失的高效灌封修补方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,步骤为:
步骤1、在零件的缺陷区域中心钻制一个通孔;
步骤2、使用L型旋转割碎装置将缺陷区域蜂窝芯进行全深度破碎处理;
步骤3、使用注射器通过通孔注射灌封胶并搅拌,确保灌封胶完全填充缺陷区域腔体;
步骤4、固化;
步骤5、打磨零件。
所述步骤1中钻制的通孔直径为2至4mm。
所述步骤3中搅拌过程中采用L型搅拌棒对腔体内的灌封胶进行搅拌。
所述步骤3中填充灌封胶至稍微高出零件表面。
本发明针对缺陷区域弃用铺层梯度打磨环节,直接在缺陷中心钻制一个直径较小的通孔,再使用L型旋转割碎装置将缺陷区域蜂窝芯进行全深度割碎破坏处理,确保缺陷区域蜂窝芯已被割碎后利用通孔和注射器进行灌封胶注射/搅拌,确保灌封胶完全填充缺陷区域腔体,然后执行固化工序。固化打磨恢复原表面,即可在较小程度破坏原结构铺层的情况下充分填充缺陷区域,达到修补目标。
本发明可在较小程度破坏原结构铺层的情况下充分填充缺陷区域,实施简单可靠,提高了材料修复强度,达到修补目标。
具体实施方式
为了进一步说明而不是限制本发明的上述实现方式,下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。所有这些构思应视为本技术所公开的内容和本发明的保护范围。
本发明按以下操作进行:首先对缺陷区域进行表面清理工作,确认缺陷的中心点,在缺陷中心钻制一个半径R1-2mm的通孔,通孔贯穿修补区域结构铺层即可。再使用L型旋转割碎装置将缺陷区域蜂窝芯进行全深度割碎破坏处理,确保缺陷区域蜂窝芯已被割碎后利用通孔和注射器进行灌封胶注射,注射过程中可更换L型搅拌棒对腔体内的灌封胶进行搅拌,确保灌封胶完全填充缺陷区域腔体(稍微高出表面)后执行固化工序。固化后打磨零件表面至平滑过渡,恢复原表面,即可在较小程度破坏原结构铺层的情况下充分灌封缺陷区域,达到补强的修补目标。对于一个结构铺层为10层,直径10mm的缺陷,采用传统打磨去除铺层的方式至少需要去除面积为300mm²的结构铺层,而采用本灌封方法仅损失3-12mm²的结构铺层。

1.一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
步骤1、在零件的缺陷区域中心钻制一个通孔;
步骤2、使用L型旋转割碎装置将缺陷区域蜂窝芯进行全深度破碎处理;
步骤3、使用注射器通过通孔注射灌封胶并搅拌,确保灌封胶完全填充缺陷区域腔体;
步骤4、固化;
步骤5、打磨零件。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中钻制的通孔直径为2至4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中搅拌过程中采用L型搅拌棒对腔体内的灌封胶进行搅拌。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种降低结构损失的蜂窝夹芯结构零件修补方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中填充灌封胶至稍微高出零件表面。
