The upper and lower die frames are large iron castings, high in strength, non-deformable and easy to machine, and die steel or alloy cast steel is selected for the upper and lower die inserts according to the actual conditions of manufactured parts. Because large parts are mostly of equal cross sections, the processing of the water channel is relatively easy. However, it is difficult to get the burned slabs into a 10 meter long mold. Therefore, the guide devices are arranged on the two sides in front of the upper die insert and the lower die insert firstly to guide the conveyed plate and prevent the plate from deviating; a plurality of groups of slideway type feeding and discharging devices 9 are arranged in the lower die insert, and the red sheet material can slide for 9 meters under the assistance of the slideway type feeding and discharging devices 9 and smoothly enter a water-cooling die so as to avoid stopping on the way of conveying and being incapable of reaching a pressing position under the condition of insufficient sheet material power; in order to prevent the plate 10 from sliding out of the die pressing position too fast, a plurality of limiting blocks 6 are arranged at the discharging end of the lower die insert to limit the plate.
During pressing, the upper die insert 3 presses the plate 10 downwards, the spring 97 is pressed, the plate 10 completely presses the bearing into the mounting groove, and after pressing is finished, the spring 97 is reset to eject the support 91 and the bearing 93 out for feeding and discharging at the next time. The slideway type feeding and discharging device 9 is immersed in a water tank (namely a slideway mounting groove), namely, the slideway type feeding and discharging device 9 is cooled to quench and cool a workpiece, circulating water flows into the water tank through a water inlet valve 81, when the water level is higher than a baffle 82, the water overflows from the upper side and flows into a water collector through a water outlet joint 83 and a water outlet hose 84, the water outlet quantity of the water inlet valve 81 can be adjusted, and the water inlet valve is connected to a cooling circulating water channel in a mold.

The other part is a flat part, when the flat part enters a die, a transfer device on an automatic line pushes a sheet to move forward to a positioning point along a slide way, a lower die surface presses a bearing on the slide way into a water tank in the closing process of the die, an upper die surface is in zero-clearance contact with the sheet and absorbs heat, the bottom surface of the sheet is in line contact with a plurality of bearings of the slide way device to absorb heat, and the other part of the bottom surface of the sheet is about 1.5mm away from a circulating water surface, so that the flat part also plays a heat absorption function and. Through tests, the quenching performance of the steel plate at the position where the slideway is arranged is the same as that of other positions. After the shaping and quenching are finished, the press is lifted, the pressed part is jacked up under the action of the spring, the material taking arm enters the die, one end of the part is sucked up by the sucking disc, and the part is dragged out of the die to a specified place. When dragging, most parts always slide on the slide way of the die, and for large-sized flat plate pieces, the parts are difficult to take out without the method.
