Background
The lubricants used are different due to different forging patterns and different operating temperatures. The glass lubricant is mainly used for forging high-temperature alloy and titanium alloy. For hot forging of steel, water-based graphite is a widely used lubricant.
The existing method for using the lubricant is that a spray gun sprays the lubricant on a die, and the temperature of the die is about 300 ℃. When the lubricant is sprayed on the die, a considerable part of the lubricant is atomized at high temperature and drifts around, some factories adopt an air suction pipeline to suck the lubricant into outdoor air or a sewer to cause pollution, and in addition, the graphite milk after high-temperature spraying contains a large amount of metal oxide skin, so that the filtering and the cleaning are inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a graphite emulsion collecting device which is simple in structure, not only realizes clamping and overturning of a mold, facilitates overall spraying of graphite emulsion, but also realizes filtering and recycling of graphite emulsion.
