mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain plant extract.
According to the raw materials, the preparation method provided by the invention is adopted to prepare a chemical formula which can decompose formaldehyde and can self-clean:
adding fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis extract, methylglycine proline, phytic acid and sodium alginate into water, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a first system; stirring other raw material components uniformly to obtain a second system; the second system was added to the first system and stirred at 30 ℃ for 15 minutes to obtain a composition.
The composition provided by the invention can effectively adsorb and decompose micromolecular organic matters such as formaldehyde and the like, is high in decomposition efficiency, safe and environment-friendly, and does not produce secondary pollution; the glucoside in the invention contains a large amount of hydroxyl, is easy to dissolve in water, is colorless and odorless, and has better catching capacity on formaldehyde; polyethylene glycol, mannitol and the like are rich in a large number of hydroxyl groups, generate formaldehyde adsorption activity, and the polyethylene glycol is easy to absorb water; the soap contains saponin plant extracts, stabilizers and the like, can decompose formaldehyde, sterilize and inhibit bacteria, has a self-cleaning effect, can avoid the corrosion problem of the existing products to metal parts, and has the functions of mildew prevention, corrosion prevention and rust prevention; the composition provided by the invention is simple in preparation method and easy to operate, can be widely applied to the fields of building materials and the like, and can be used for controlling harmful substances such as low-molecular aldehyde and the like from the source.

1. A chemical formula capable of decomposing formaldehyde and self-cleaning is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight:
0.8-1.0 part by weight of gleditsia sinensis extractive, 4.2-6.4 parts by weight of methylglycine proline, 1.0-3.0 parts by weight of phytic acid, 2.0-2.5 parts by weight of sodium alginate, 3.5-5.0 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, 1.4-2.0 parts by weight of mannitol, 0.6-1.8 parts by weight of sepiolite fiber, 2.0-2.8 parts by weight of talcum powder, 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of graphite, 12-15 parts by weight of ammonium polyphosphate, 0.2-0.8 part by weight of wetting dispersant and 3.2-5.0 parts by weight of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.
2. The chemical formula capable of decomposing formaldehyde and self-cleaning according to claim 1, wherein the raw material components further comprise:
0.8-1.6 parts of dencichine, 4.5-6.2 parts of nano aerogel, 0.8-1.0 part of plant extract, 1.0-2.0 parts of glucoside, 0.4-0.6 part of whey protein extract and 2.0 parts of stabilizer.
3. The chemical formula capable of decomposing formaldehyde and self-cleaning according to claim 2, wherein the raw material components comprise, by weight:
0.8 part of saponin extract, 5.6 parts of methylglycine proline, 2.0 parts of phytic acid, 2.3 parts of sodium alginate, 3.9 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1.7 parts of mannitol, 0.9 part of sepiolite fiber, 2.4 parts of talcum powder, 2.0 parts of graphite, 13 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 0.5 part of wetting dispersant, 3.8 parts of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 1.2 parts of dencichine, 5.1 parts of nano aerogel, 0.9 part of plant extract, 1.5 parts of glucoside, 0.5 part of whey protein extract and 2.0 parts of stabilizer.
4. The chemical formula capable of decomposing formaldehyde and self-cleaning according to claim 2 or 3,
the preparation method of the whey protein extract comprises the following steps:
adding water into whey protein powder, dissolving, preheating at 70-75 ℃ for 2-3 min, cooling to 45-50 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 8.4-8.6, adding trypsin for enzymolysis, and inactivating the enzyme in a boiling water bath for 10-15 min after the enzymolysis is finished to obtain a whey protein zymolyte;
and cooling the whey protein zymolyte to room temperature, adjusting the pH value to 7.0, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, and freeze-drying to obtain the whey protein extract.
5. The formaldehyde-decomposable and self-cleaning chemical formulation of claim 4, wherein:
the adding mass of the water is 6-8 times of the mass of the whey protein powder;
the enzymolysis time is 4-6 hours.
6. The chemical formula capable of decomposing formaldehyde and self-cleaning according to claim 2 or 3,
the preparation method of the plant extract comprises the following steps:
putting maca roots into water, heating, filtering, and collecting a first filtrate;
putting the bamboo leaves into an acetic acid water solution, adjusting the pH value to 3.5-5.0, and then soaking; carrying out ultrasonic extraction on the mixture obtained by soaking, filtering and collecting a second filtrate;
and uniformly mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, concentrating, and freeze-drying to obtain the plant extract.
7. The formaldehyde-decomposable and self-cleaning chemical formulation of claim 6, wherein:
the mass ratio of the water to the maca root is (16-20): 1, the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the heating time is 120-140 min.
8. The formaldehyde-decomposable and self-cleaning chemical formulation of claim 6, wherein:
the mass ratio of the acetic acid water solution to the bamboo leaves is (10-12): 1; in the acetic acid aqueous solution, the volume fraction of acetic acid is 20-30%.
9. The formaldehyde-decomposable and self-cleaning chemical formulation of claim 6, wherein:
the soaking temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the soaking time is 12-16 h; the power of ultrasonic extraction is 450-500W, and the time of ultrasonic extraction is 10-20 min.
10. A process for the preparation of a formaldehyde-decomposable, self-cleaning chemical formulation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
adding methylglycine proline, phytic acid and sodium alginate into water, and stirring at normal temperature to obtain a first system; stirring other raw material components uniformly to obtain a second system; adding the second system to the first system, and stirring at 30 ℃ for 15 minutes to obtain the composition.
