The full-function insulin pump according to claim 2, wherein the spiral counting device is provided with an infrared or electromagnetic induction device corresponding to the housing, when the injector rotates a circle, a value is read once and displayed by the reader, and a magnifying lens is provided outside the reader, so that the value can be read clearly and the injector can be used by the elderly conveniently.
