The motor 10 is a disc-type sealed motor and provides power for the axial-flow pump 9.
The cleaning liquid storage 12 is provided inside the casing 2, communicates with the first water inlet 91, and is opened to introduce the cleaning liquid into the washing cylinder 3.
An ultraviolet lamp 21 and an infrared lamp 22 are respectively arranged at the upper position inside the casing 2.
The working principle is as follows:

According to the vortex principle, the cylindrical washing cylinder 3 is easy to form a rotating water flow, and simultaneously, the spiral high-speed washing of the water flow is kept under the guidance of the spiral flow deflector 32.
And secondly, reversely flushing.
In the first step, after the water flow fills the whole water storage tank 8 and the washing cylinder 3, the first water inlet 91 is closed, the motor 10 is operated in reverse, the axial flow pump 9 is driven to operate in reverse, and the washing water in the washing cylinder 3 is pumped out in reverse and pumped into the water storage tank 8 through the second water inlet 92.
The reverse washing process can wash and wash tableware in opposite directions, and can eliminate dead angle to the maximum.

In the process, the tail end of the blowdown valve 5 can be opened, and residues remained in the blowdown valve 5 can be discharged. The blowoff valve 5 is detachably connected with the blowoff pipe 4, and the blowoff valve 5 can be detached after being blocked, so that the treatment is convenient.
And fourthly, rinsing with clear water.
After the tableware is washed clean by the washing water repeatedly, the tableware is washed by the clean water finally to remove the residual washing liquid on the tableware.
The blowoff valve 5 is opened to drain all the washing water in the washing cylinder 3 and the water storage tank 8, the second water inlet 92 is closed, the first water inlet 91 is opened, the external clean water is pumped into the washing cylinder 3 to wash the tableware, and the residual washing liquid is washed away.
And fifthly, sterilizing and drying.
The cover door 31 of the washing drum 3 is opened, the infrared lamp 22 is started to heat and dry, and then the ultraviolet lamp 21 is started to further sterilize.
