As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the steaming oven further includes a quick-coupling assembly 60, and the baking tray 30 and the second connecting portion 53 are connected by the quick-coupling assembly 60. In the present embodiment, the quick-connecting assembly 60 includes an insertion rod 61, a screw 62 and a locking nut 63, the locking nut 63 is located on one side of the baking tray 30 opposite to the second connecting portion 53, the insertion rod 61 penetrates through a through hole correspondingly disposed on the second connecting portion 53 and is in clearance fit with the through hole; one end of the screw rod 62 is connected with the inserted link 61, and the other end is connected with the locking nut 63 through the corresponding plate mounting hole of the baking plate 30; the outer diameter of the lock nut 63 is larger than the diameter of the disk mounting hole. The insertion rod 61 of the quick-connection assembly 60 penetrates through the through hole formed in the second connecting portion 53, so that the quick-connection structure 60 can be conveniently detached from and installed on the driving rod 50, and when the baking tray 30 and the driving rod 50 are separated, the screw rod 62 is rotated to enable the insertion rod 61 to move towards the baking tray 30 until the insertion rod 61 runs out of the through hole of the driving rod 50, so that the baking tray 30 can be separated from the driving rod 50.
Furthermore, the diameter of the insertion rod 61 is larger than that of the tray mounting hole, and the arrangement can ensure that the quick-connection assembly 60 cannot be separated from the baking tray 30 and is not easy to lose under the limit of the locking nut 63 and the insertion rod 61 after the baking tray 30 is separated from the driving rod 50.

A steaming and baking oven is characterized by comprising an oven body (10), an oven door (20) arranged on the oven body (10), a baking tray (30) arranged in the oven body (10) and a driving device; the box body (10) is provided with a door opening (11) for the baking tray (30) to slide in or out; the door (20) is movably connected with the box body (10) and is arranged corresponding to the door opening (11) so as to open or close the door opening (11); the driving device comprises a push rod mechanism (40) and a driving rod (50) for connecting the push rod mechanism (40) and the baking tray (30), the push rod mechanism (40) and the driving rod are both arranged on the outer wall of the box body (10), and the driving rod (50) is connected with the box body (10) in a sliding manner; the push rod mechanism (40) is used for driving the driving rod (50) to slide relative to the box body (10) so as to drive the baking tray (30) to slide in or out of the door opening (11).
2. The steaming oven according to claim 1, wherein the body (10) has an extension plate (12) extending outwardly along an edge of the doorway (11), and the driving lever (50) is slidably inserted through the extension plate (12).

The steaming oven according to claim 2, wherein the push rod mechanism (40) is a screw rod driving structure (40), the push rod mechanism (40) comprises a screw rod (42) mounted on the box body (10), a motor (41) connected with the screw rod (42), and a driving block (43) in threaded connection with the screw rod (42), and the driving block (43) is connected with the driving rod (50).

The steaming oven according to claim 3, wherein the driving lever (50) comprises a first connecting portion (51), a box passing portion (52) and a second connecting portion (53), the box passing portion (52) connects the first connecting portion (51) and the second connecting portion (53), the box passing portion (52) extends along the sliding direction of the baking tray (30) and slides through the extension plate (12); the first connecting portion (51) and the second connecting portion (53) are respectively located on two opposite sides of the epitaxial plate (12); the first connecting part (51) is connected with the driving block (43); the second connecting portion (53) is arranged close to the doorway (11), and the second connecting portion (53) is connected with the baking tray (30) and extends in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the baking tray (30).

The steaming oven according to claim 4, wherein the first connecting portion (51) is inserted into the driving block (43), the first connecting portion (51) extends in a direction perpendicular to the box penetrating portion (52) and the second connecting portion (53), a socket is provided on the driving block (43) corresponding to the first connecting portion (51), and one end of the first connecting portion (51) far away from the box penetrating portion (52) is inserted into the socket.
6. The steaming oven according to claim 4, wherein the extension plate (12) is provided with a receiving groove (123) corresponding to the second connecting portion (53).

The steaming oven according to claim 6, wherein the end of the second connecting part (53) is connected with the end of the box penetrating part (52), the second connecting part (53) is in small clearance fit with the slot wall of the accommodating groove (123), and the clearance between the second connecting part (53) and the slot wall of the accommodating groove (123) is 0.15mm-0.60 mm.

The steaming oven according to claim 4, further comprising a quick-connect assembly (60), wherein the baking tray (30) and the second connecting portion (53) are detachably connected by the quick-connect assembly (60); the quick-connection assembly (60) comprises an insertion rod (61), a screw rod (62) and a locking nut (63), the locking nut (63) is positioned on one side of the baking tray (30) back to the second connecting part (53), and the insertion rod (61) penetrates through a through hole correspondingly formed in the second connecting part (53) and is in clearance fit with the through hole; one end of the screw rod (62) is connected with the inserted rod (61), and the other end of the screw rod passes through a plate mounting hole correspondingly arranged on the baking plate (30) and then is in threaded connection with the locking nut (63); the locking nut has an outer diameter greater than the diameter of the disk mounting hole.
9. The steaming oven of claim 8, wherein the diameter of the plunger (61) is greater than the diameter of the pan mounting hole.
10. The steaming oven according to claim 1, wherein a weight block (31) is provided at the rear end of the roasting pan (30).
