In this embodiment, a valve structure 31 for opening the communication hole 309 is installed on the first boss 302, the first boss 302 is disposed offset from the axial center of the stirring device 21, and the valve structure 31 specifically includes: a toggle plate 303, wherein a lantern ring 304 is arranged on the toggle plate 303, and the lantern ring 304 is sleeved on the first convex column 302 and can rotate around the first convex column 302; a cap 305 sleeved on the first boss 302 and positioning the collar 304, wherein one end of the cap 305 is fixed on the first boss 302 through a screw 306; a hole plug 310 installed at a position opposite to the communication hole 309 on the dial plate 303, for opening or closing the communication hole 309; and a biasing means 307 connected to the dial plate 303 and the second cup 3, for keeping the dial plate 303 in a state where the hole plug 310 closes the communication hole 309 when no external force is applied to the dial plate 303.
In the present embodiment, the biasing device 307 is made of an elastic material, and may be, for example, a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the first boss 302, one end of the torsion spring is indirectly connected to the second cup body 301 through a supporting leg 311, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the dial plate 303.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the biasing device is a rubber band or an extension spring, one end of the rubber band or the extension spring is connected to the second cup body 301, and the other end is connected to the shifting plate 303. The dial plate 303 is kept in a state where the hole plug 310 closes the communication hole 309 when no external force is applied thereto by the tensile force of the elastic band or the extension spring.
In this embodiment, a notch, such as a U-shaped notch or a V-shaped notch, is provided at the lower side of the stirring plate 303, and when the stirring device 21 in the first cup 2 stirs liquid, the position of the notch of the stirring plate 303 will not block the flow of the liquid, so that different beverages can be mixed more sufficiently when the beverage brewing machine is in operation, and the stirring liquid flow can stir the stirring plate.
In another alternative embodiment (not shown), the bottom of the second cup body is not provided with the second boss, and the communication hole directly penetrates through the bottom of the second cup body so that the interior of the first cup body is communicated with the interior space of the second cup body through the communication hole. The hole plug in the valve structure is arranged on the shifting plate and opposite to the communicating hole in the bottom of the second cup body, when the shifting plate is subjected to external force, the shifting plate rotates relative to the first convex column, the hole plug opens the communicating hole, and when the shifting plate is not subjected to the external force, the biasing device enables the hole plug to close the communicating hole.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the first cup 2 of the beverage maker according to the present embodiment separated from the housing 1; as shown in fig. 3, after the first cup 2 is separated from the base 1, the temperature control device 11 disposed at the lower portion of the cup seat 121 of the base 1 is sprung upward by an elastic force, the temperature control device 11 protrudes from the upper surface of the heating plate 116 at the bottom of the cup seat 121 through the heating plate hole 122, because the heat insulating sleeve 113 of the temperature control device 11 is supported by the spring 112, after the first cup 2 is separated from the base 1, the spring 112 returns to an uncompressed state, so that the heat insulating sleeve 113 protrudes from the heating plate hole 122, and at the same time, the temperature control device 11 cuts off the power supply of the heating mechanism 13, thereby preventing the occurrence of dangerous accidents caused by the dry burning of the heating mechanism 13 after the base 1 is separated from the first cup 2 in the beverage brewing machine.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the first cup 2 separated from the second cup 3 of the beverage brewing machine according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the rim of the second cup body 301 is provided with a flange, and the radius of the flange is larger than the inner diameter of the first cup body 205, so that when the second cup body 301 is placed inside the first cup body 205, the flange can limit the second cup body 301. A rubber ring 312 for closing the upper side of the first cup body 205 is provided on the outer periphery of the second cup body 301 at a position close to the flange.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the configuration of the first cup and the stirring device of the beverage brewing machine according to the present embodiment; as shown in fig. 5, a rotating shaft 203 is fixedly arranged at the center of the bottom 201 inside the first cup body 205, the top of the rotating shaft 203 has a conical structure, a convex edge 208 is arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft 203, the stirrer 202 is mounted on the rotating shaft 203 and can rotate around the rotating shaft 203, the stirrer 202 has a shaft hole 210 matched with the rotating shaft 203, an inner edge 209 is arranged on the inner wall of the shaft hole 210, the inner edge 209 is matched with the convex edge 208 arranged at the upper position in the rotating shaft 203, and the inner diameter of the inner edge 209 is smaller than the outer diameter of the convex edge 208, so that the stirrer 202 is limited. When the stirrer 202 is to be mounted on the rotating shaft 203, a certain angle and a certain pressure are required to press the inner edge 209 over the convex edge 208, so that the stirrer 202 cannot fall off from the first cup 2 after the first cup 2 is separated from the base 1. The matching component 204 is arranged at a position of the stirrer 202 close to the cup bottom 201, and the matching component 204 and the magnetic component 107 in the driving device 12 generate an interaction force, so that the driving device 12 can drive the stirring device 21 to rotate, and the liquid in the first cup body 2 is stirred.
The brewing process of the exemplary beverage brewing machine of this embodiment is as follows:
firstly, a first cup body 205 is placed in a cup seat 121 of a machine base 1, then a second cup body 301 containing beverage is placed in the first cup body 205, a cover 4 is covered, a heating mechanism 13 is started to heat, when the heating temperature of the beverage brewing machine is lower than a set temperature, a driving device 12 drives a stirring device 21 to rotate anticlockwise through magnetic force, as shown in an arrow direction in (a) of fig. 6, a shifting plate 303 is acted by a biasing device 307 on one hand, and simultaneously is acted by impulsive force formed by the flowing of the liquid in a first cup body 2, so that a hole plug 310 is pressed at the position of a communication hole 309, the liquid in the second cup body 301 is prevented from flowing into the first cup body 205, and the communication hole 309 is closed. When the temperature of the beverage in the first cup body 205 is heated to the set temperature by the heating mechanism 13, the temperature control device 11 feeds back to the controller 105, so as to adjust the rotation direction of the driving device 12, the driving device 12 drives the stirring device 21 to rotate clockwise, as shown by the arrow in fig. 6 (b), since the impulse force of the liquid flow in the first cup body 2 received by the pulling plate 303 is greater than the force of the biasing device 307, the pulling plate 303 rotates around the first stud 302, so that the hole plug 310 is far away from the communication hole 309, so that the communication hole 309 is in an open state, at this time, the liquid in the second cup body 3 flows into the first cup body 2, and different beverages are mixed more fully through the stirring of the stirring device 21.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the user can also manually adjust the controller 105 to control the driving device 12 to drive the rotation direction of the stirring device 21 according to actual conditions, and can also control the valve structure 31 to flexibly adjust the taste of the brewed beverage. In an alternative embodiment, the set temperature can be set in a user-defined manner through a graphical user interface on a display screen or through an intelligent terminal in wireless connection with the controller, and the taste of the beverage brewing can be adjusted flexibly.
Fig. 7 shows a structure of a housing 1 ' of another exemplary embodiment of the beverage maker according to the present invention, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, in addition to the components included in the housing 1 of the above embodiment, the housing 1 ' further includes a micro switch 14 adapted to control a power supply of a power unit of the housing 1 ' and a transformer 15 adapted to adjust an operating voltage of the housing. The micro switch 14 includes a switch main body 141 mounted on the mounting bracket 119, the switch main body 141 has a terminal (not shown) electrically connected to a power supply and a terminal (not shown) electrically connected to the power consumption unit (e.g., a heating mechanism, a temperature control device, a driving device, etc.), the switch main body 141 is fixed on the mounting bracket 119 by a bolt 143, the micro switch 14 further includes a push rod 142 penetrating the heating plate 116 and the mounting bracket 119, an upper end of the push rod 142 protrudes out of the heating plate 116, a lower end of the push rod 142 is connected to the switch main body 141, and a spring (not shown) is disposed in the switch main body 141. When the first cup body 2 is placed on the machine base 1 ', the bottom of the first cup body 2 presses the push rod 142 to compress the spring in the switch main body 141, so that the micro switch 14 turns on the power supply of the power utilization unit of the machine base 1'; when the first cup body 2 is taken off the machine base 1 ', the spring in the switch main body 141 is restored to an uncompressed state, and the push rod 142 is pushed up, so that the micro switch 14 cuts off the power supply of the power unit of the machine base 1 ', and the safety of the beverage brewing machine is ensured when the first cup body 2 is taken off the machine base 1 '. The transformer 15 is fixed to the bottom cover 102 by bolts 151, and the transformer 15 can adjust the operating voltages of the base 1', including the operating voltages of the respective power consuming units (e.g., the operating voltage of the driving device 12, the operating voltage of the temperature control device 11, the operating voltage of the heating mechanism 13, etc.). The transformer 15 is arranged, so that the voltage stability of the brewing machine during working can be guaranteed, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
Fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of a temperature control device 11 'of a beverage maker according to still another embodiment of the present invention, in which, as shown in fig. 8, an aluminum sleeve 115' of the temperature control device has a large size to ensure that a temperature controller (not shown) provided therein for monitoring the temperature in the first cup 2 can acquire more accurate temperature information, a heat insulating sleeve 113 'and a spring 112' sleeved on the outer periphery of the heat insulating sleeve 113 'are provided on the outer periphery of the aluminum sleeve 115', and the spring 112 'has an elastic force with respect to the temperature control device 11', and when the first cup 2 is separated from the housing 1, the spring 112 'pushes up the temperature control device 11', thereby stopping the operation of the heating mechanism 13.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a stirring device of a beverage maker according to still another embodiment of the present invention, in which a stirring portion 211' having a substantially circular ring shape is provided on the outer periphery of a stirrer 202 of the stirring device, and the stirring efficiency of the stirring device can be improved by this arrangement.

Claims (18)

1. A beverage brewing machine, comprising:
the device comprises a machine base (1), wherein a mounting frame (119) and a driving device (12) arranged on the mounting frame (119) are arranged in the machine base;
the first cup body (2) is detachably arranged on the machine base (1), and a stirring device (21) driven by the driving device (12) is arranged at the bottom of the inner space of the first cup body (2);
a second cup body (3) disposed in an inner space of the first cup body (2), the second cup body (3) being provided with a communication hole (309) for communicating the first cup body (2) and the second cup body (3) and a valve structure (31) for opening or closing the communication hole (309);
the cup cover (4) is covered on an upper opening of the first cup body (2) or the second cup body (3);
wherein, the upper side of the machine base (1) is provided with a cup seat (121) suitable for accommodating the first cup body (2), and the lower side of the cup seat (121) is provided with a heating mechanism (13) suitable for heating the first cup body (2);
wherein the valve structure (31) is configured to open or close the communication hole (309) in response to a liquid flow in the first cup (2) resulting from stirring of liquid by the stirring device (21);
the temperature control device (11) is arranged in the machine base (1), and when the temperature in the first cup body (2) reaches a set temperature, the rotation direction of the stirring device (21) is controlled, so that the opening and closing of the communicating hole (309) by the valve structure (31) are controlled through the stirring direction of the stirring device (21).
2. The machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the second cup (3) has, on the lower side, a first downwardly projecting stud (302);
and, the valve structure (31) comprises:
a dial plate having a collar (304) telescoped over the first boss (302), the collar (304) rotatable about the first boss (302);
a hole plug (310) installed at a position opposite to the communication hole (309) on the dial plate (303) for opening or closing the communication hole (309),
and a biasing device (307) connected to the dial plate (303) and the second cup (3) to keep the dial plate (303) in a state where the hole plug (310) closes the communication hole (309) when no external force is applied.
3. The beverage brewing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that a second boss (308) which is convex downwards is arranged at the position of the outer bottom of the second cup body (3) and is deviated from the first boss (302), the second boss (308) is a hollow structure communicated with the inner space of the second cup body (3), and the communication hole (309) penetrates through the side surface of the second boss (308) to be communicated with the inner space of the second cup body (3) through the inner space of the second boss (308).
4. Beverage brewing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said communication hole (309) extends directly through the bottom of said second cup (3) to communicate with the inner space of said second cup (3).
5. The machine according to claim 2, wherein said first stud (302) is arranged offset from the axial position of said stirring means (21).
6. The machine according to claim 2, wherein the end of the paddle (303) close to the stirring device (21) is notched.
7. The beverage brewing machine according to claim 2, wherein said biasing means (307) is made of an elastic material.
8. The machine according to claim 7, wherein the biasing means (307) comprise a torsion spring fitted over the first stud (302), one end of the torsion spring being connected to the second cup (3) and the other end being connected to the dial plate (303).
9. The machine according to claim 8, wherein the biasing means (307) comprise a rubber band or an extension spring, one end of which is connected to the second cup (3) and the other end of which is connected to the dial (303).
10. A beverage brewing machine according to claim 2, wherein said valve structure (31) further comprises a cap (305) for positioning said collar, said cap (305) being fixed to said first stud (302) by means of screws (306).
11. Beverage brewing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said second cup (3) comprises at least three feet (311) arranged at the bottom thereof for supporting said second cup (3).
12. Beverage brewing machine according to claim 11, characterized in that said biasing means (307) is indirectly connected to said second cup (3) through said foot (311).
13. The machine according to claim 1, wherein the heating means (13) comprise:
the heating plate (116) is arranged at the bottom of the cup seat (121);
a heating pipe (118) mounted on the lower side of the heating plate (116); and
an insulating ring (117) adapted to separate the heating plate (116) and the heating tube (118) from the frame (1), the insulating ring (117) abutting the mounting frame (119).
14. Beverage brewing machine according to claim 13, characterized in that said temperature control means (11) comprise:
an aluminum sleeve (115) penetrating through the heating plate (116) and the mounting rack (119), wherein a temperature controller (114) is arranged inside the aluminum sleeve (115);
a heat insulation sleeve (113) sleeved on the periphery of the aluminum sleeve (115); and
and the spring (112) is sleeved around the heat insulation sleeve (113) and is abutted against the mounting frame (119).
15. Beverage brewing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that one of said drive means (12) and said stirring means (21) is provided with a magnetic part (107) and the other with a cooperating part (204) magnetically reacting with said magnetic part, so that said drive means (12) rotates said stirring means (21) under the influence of the magnetic force between said magnetic part (107) and cooperating part (204).
16. The beverage brewing machine according to claim 15, wherein said cooperating member (204) magnetically reacting with said magnetic member comprises a further magnetic member.
17. A machine as claimed in claim 16, wherein a microswitch (14) is provided in the housing (1) at a position offset from the drive means (12), suitable for controlling the power supply to the electricity consuming unit of the housing (1), the microswitch (14) comprising:
a switch body (141) having a terminal electrically connected to a power source and a terminal electrically connected to the power consumption unit, the switch body (141) being fixedly attached to the mounting bracket (119);
a push rod (142) with one end connected to the switch body (141) and the other end protruding from the bottom of the cup holder (121); and
a spring disposed within the switch body (141) adapted to urge the push rod (142).
18. A machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said stirring means (21) comprise a rotating shaft (203) arranged at the bottom of said first cup (2) and a stirrer (202) mounted on said rotating shaft (203) and rotatable around it;
the top of the rotating shaft (203) is provided with a conical structure, and a convex edge (208) is arranged on the peripheral side of the rotating shaft (203);
the stirrer (202) is provided with a shaft hole (210) matched with the rotating shaft (203), an inner edge (209) is arranged on the inner wall of the shaft hole (210), and the inner diameter of the inner edge (209) is smaller than the outer diameter of the convex edge (208).
